Hubspot is Helping Me Reach My Marketing Goals
What do you like best about the product?
I like having access to a variety of marketing templates (blog, landing pages, website pages, etc.) and the ease of use, especially drag and drop layout features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to open a preview of a template, go "back to products", open the next one and repeat. I would like to be able to open a template, stay on that page and have an arrow to scroll through the library of templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of creating websites, landing pages, pricing pages, etc., without having to hire a web designer. We can quickly modify a template to meet our needs and launch it. Also, we can change content in seconds whenever necessary (titles, images, content...).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want all of your marketing in one convenient location, including analytics and reports, you can't beat Hubspot.
From many systems to just one - loving Hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control, monitor, analyze my social channels, email marketing, google ad accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social was easier to monitor other channels, instead of having to go to monitor section. Hootsuite was what we used for social scheduling before, and its nice that you can see your scheduled messages as well as the other channels you are marketing (like mentions, handles following, etc.). Everything else has been lovely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going from many different systems to one - can monitor everything in one place. We used to have a different system for email marketing, different system for social sharing, different system for ads. The benefits from having our CRM also track the users with the email marketing and the tracking on our site has been invaluable to converting customers and seeing buyer journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use for all experience levels in a marketing automation system. Responsive support staff that welcomes feedback and submits to product team any roadblocks or ideas for future development. Features and functionality enable marketer's to delight a customer or prospect at every stage of the funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility or customizable options around permissioning for users is limited. No sandbox environment to test changes to the system before publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead nurturing, email automation, workflows, blog creation, social media posting and reporting.
HubSpot Makes My Job Sooooo Much Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is so technologically savvy and user friendly to make my job much easier. Until this year I've used another email marketing program (which shall remain nameless) which took three times as long to do the same as what I do in HubSpot. Because HubSpot saves me so much time, I'm now available to work on so many other projects. Because HubSpot is such an up-to-date program technologically, it makes emailing and content creation for blogs and social media easy and effortless to do. As the only marketing person at my company, I LOVE what HubSpot has been able to do for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing about HubSpot that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I've started using HubSpot, I'm now able to create/send emails and create/post blogs and social media quickly and effortlessly. It saves me time and headaches unlike the last program I used.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the clean UI. The tool itself makes it abundantly easy to navigate, even for somebody who has little or no experience. What's more, the online training and academy program make learning about the tool and the contemporary best practices in sales, marketing and customer service actually enjoyable. Plus, you get to add those certifications to your LinkedIn and resume. A nice bonus.
From a technical standpoint, HubSpot over achieves in the marketing automation and content marketing realm. From a writer's perspective, it has every tool you'd need to create and optimize compelling content that's highly targeted to your buyer persona.
Overall, HubSpot is the complete solution end to end — and their own content make it an excellent resource time and time again.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love it if analytics archived for stretched back further in the comparison view.
For example, I recently completed a report on year-over-year results of our social channels. Ideally, I'd like to be able to extend back to the first ever post created and sent through HubSpot to see how things have tracked historically.
Now, does this make or break your decision to purchase the tool. Absolutely, not. It's a little quirk that I'm not sure the tool allows for. Are there workarounds? Probably. But part of the tool's job is to make it easy for me to do my job and adding in more steps goes against that mentality.

Content marketing at large — everything from email marketing needs to blogging, social media and more. HubSpot gives us a single platform to communicate internally and externally.
Powerful tool for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Asset creation is nice and easy, especially drag-n-drop tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The a big gap in the workflow creation tool that does not allow you to add a date specific delay. I've had to build a 3 workflow work-around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We increasing our ability to properly qualify leads before passing them over to the Sales team via the integration with Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small and build on success. If you're considering and/or Salesforce then I would suggest trying Hubspot on it's own first, the out-of-the-box reporting is better.
Hubspot, best inbound marketing tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to find everything. How the people at Hubspot are always available to help. You just have to ask the chat or they will call you back. People always seem to do everything they can to help you.
Also, Hubspot is an easy software to use. There are some people inside my company that are not really familiar with all the computer and internet thing but they can manage their contacts easily and follow the inbound marketing practices. Salesrep usually enjoy how easy it is to use Hubspot as a CRM.

Some reports and really precise features are still lacking.
I have been using Hubspot for 2 years now, dayly. I am in charge of the web marketing and well, I am spending half of my day at least on Hubspot. I have been trying to do many things on the analytics side and sometimes it is quite lacking of details. What I do is submit the improvements that could be made and usually they are new features appearing shortly after !

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot help my company finding 85% of our new clients ! It is where we write our 4 blogs a month but also where our salesrep deal with their contacts. The benefits are quite simple to explain : we wanted profit from using inbound marketing and all this the easy way. This is what is happening right now thanks to Hubspot !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it with my eyes closed ! Its the best way to put your money in if you want qualified prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and simple the HubSpot Market place is to use and the many different features it has to offer to its users. I use this service every day and have been using HubSpot since 2017 in college for some internships. Now as an employee at CULedger, I send 1,000's of emails every month, post on social media 100's of times per year, and manage a database of 9000+ contacts and 5000+ companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the social media tab had more to offer in the way of posting and running ads. The main one being I need to make two different posts for our twitter accounts, but I can make one post for the LinkedIn and Facebook accounts and have it go out on both if that makes sense. The only other thing I do not like is the lack of a dark mode. I do not like having to look at a bright screen if I do not have to because I'm looking at it all day long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has a social media problem with not posting enough and having low engagement. I have realized that this service allows me to post as much and when I want and I have been able to increase the company's following using these tools. Plus we realized that using the social media tools is a great way for me to post our our blogs and other content as well.

Super easy to use, simple and googleable troubleshooting, minimal glitches and lots of support if things aren't working as they should be.

The interface could be a little more relaxed and is currently very text heavy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule and monitor social posts for multiple platforms all from one place. Other products offer that functionality, but HubSpot is our marketing automation tool of choice because we can get actionable data and leverage other facets and features to enable the creation of campaigns and workflows in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things could be more intuitive, but overall, the user experience is fairly straightforward and support is responsive!
