Flexibility on creating the best framework to your company throught workflows. There is no "Can't be done" when we talk about hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ads Module should connect with more platforms or with some spreadsheet - otherwise if you work with more than facebook, adwords, linkedin you can't rely on the info is there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All company uses it - from brand to customer sucess with several qualification points we can create paths and frameworks for each stage of the lead

HubSpot Marketing Hub Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use interface. The UI is pretty self explanatory for newer users of certain functions, and that is a big plus as it makes learning and navigating the systems fairly efficient on a day-to-day basis. I also really like that with content creation you can go back to previous versions of landing pages, blogs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often get annoyed with the WYSIWYG text editor for blogs, landing pages, etc. The editor often makes it hard to efficiently work with spacing and formatting text and media, so that you will have to play around it before finding a roundabout way to get what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Marketing Hub solves the problem of coordinating most inbound marketing efforts into one connected space. Being able to contribute to projects as a team on the platform saves time and lets team members pick up where the last one left off, making the process a lot more seamless. Additionally, being able to schedule content in advance proves to be advantageous in saving time when planning out social and blog content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a lot of convenient tools, and additionally really assists with automating marketing processes. This letting you maximize marketing efforts. Also, the platform has all of these tools in one place so it saves time by not having to go back and forth between other tools and singular purpose platforms. Choose this product if you are looking to solve the issues above.
Perfect for marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of your marketing can be centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more type of ads (carrousel facebook ad for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in one platform for all social marketing.
Great experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is so committed to learning how to take the best advantage of every tool they have for our business. So I'd say that what I enjoy the most is to take the courses and then be able to actually do what I previously learn in them.
Also, it is really helpful to have all the tools I need in just one place, so it really makes my job easier and allows me to focus on what's really important.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that sometimes it's a little overwhelming all the tools they have, but once you start learning how to use them, it becomes your best friend for your marketing strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to automatize our email marketing and start a social media strategy more consistent since we don't have to spend so much time in each channel, and we can control all of them from the HubSpot Social media tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the most advantage of HubSpot learning all they have to teach us. It'll really help grow your business, implementing successful inbound marketing strategies.
Great MarTech tool to scale with.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely easy to use and did improve its full suite over the last two years immensely. It doesn't take too much time to get something off the ground and establish a Marketing-Sales funnel. It is extremely easy to use and has a broad set of help-articles, courses, and great and responsive support.
Integrations are also a big plus from a Marketing perspective - we did integrate it, for example, with MadKudu and this worked seamlessly and helped us to streamline the handover to sales even better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it might be a bit too rigid for some use cases and the analytics are not as extensive as they could be. They did improve their analytics in the past two years, but it's not enough for our use case, which is why we switched over to report everything in Tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub does power our Marketing/Sales Funnel at a Scale-Up. It allows to capture leads across different sources, nurture and score them across their buyer journey and hand them off to the sales team seamlessly one they are ready.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool to use. It's important to not try to bend the tool too much and adapt to processes. Whenever possible, try thinking about whether it might be easier to adapt processes to the tool. Complexity does not scale, which you need to keep in mind when setting up marketing automation or sales processes on the platform.
Constantly Improving, Always Reliable, Great Learning and Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The product is already great but I appreciate that they're always finding ways to keep improving in different areas, adding better reporting, more options for automation, more ways to organize and label contacts and companies, etc. Improvements to the email drag & drop editing system have been great, I can design emails so quickly now!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the automation / workflows could use some more tweaking and additional UX upgrades as well as adding more options and a better way to keep them organized. They also don't have as many Learning Center entries for workflows as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a large sales team informed of marketing activity for their clients is a huge win. All of our sales people have HubSpot accounts and can look up their contacts, see what marketing emails they've received and what they've clicked on. We also use the system to track event registrations, so that's really useful.
Easy to use - Lightweight with broad capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive user interface is easy to learn and start setting up campaigns and automated workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a bit lacking - Specifically around attributing traffic to custom tracking links, and being able to export reports. I believe that all reports should be exportable. I also don't like how you run into paywalls in the product. I don't think that features should be visible if they are not available without an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot, we set up automated lead routing, campaign tracking, and lead nurturing.
HubSpot automation can make your life much easier - or harder - depending on who you hire
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot automation is vast, and it has a lot of things you can do. As it integrates with TONS of other apps it is very handy for a good deal of businesses. It is perfect if you are starting a new project, and it allows you to expand as you go with a lot of plans to cover your different needs.
I work with HubSpot as a freelancer, where I implement it to clients on all plans. I also found a few workarounds that HS considers impossible without coding.
That said, I like how versatile it is and how super support it has.
Another super thing is its community. There is a forum full of people trying to help each other, looking for workarounds, for tools and for integrations to make this all happen. And there are often a lot of workarounds needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really really hate about HS three things:
1) Price - it is really expensive and freelancers like me have no way of owning it for their own use
2) Even tho I'm fully certified, I have completed ALL HS certifications, I have no practical way to transfer certificates from one account to another, effectively making me lose all of my certifications I have obtained - which already happened, now I have just PDF files with certificates from HS that anyone can photoshop for themselves as well.
3) HS is a magical tool that makes some things, that people find obvious, impossible to do. There are things one would say "Of course it can do it" immediately, while HS has no way of doing them. And that is really annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do for my clients in HS practically anything:
1) Create pipelines, where every pipeline has its own automation steps, manual steps and rules
2) Create manuals for clients on how to administer their system without a need for me and my services to save some costs
3) Create buyer personas
4) Administer moving from other platforms to HS
5) Manage the introduction of the platform, its perks, benefits, onboarding, since HS has very expensive onboarding done by HS
6) Most often clients hire me that they have HS, but they don't understand it much and use it only at a few % of its capacity. There I engage with their platform and try to use its full power since its not-cheap to pay for its subscription in the first place
Benefits of HS are numerous. Starting with the price - it is positioned exactly for medium-sized businesses (or rich small businesses), whereas its competitors like SalesForce are MUCH more expensive.
Another benefit of using HS would definitely be it's omnipotent. You can do so much with it, I don't code, I use HuBL only a bit, and I use its API minimally, and even like that, I have managed things I couldn't even think off at some of its competitors.
HS has its own code language, called HuBL, which is also fairly useful for clients having custom front-end in HS done.
There are many more, but I run out of space.

Easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media posts in is so easy and quick. The dashboard is very easy to navigate, I can duplicate my posts for other channels while still tweaking them to fit each channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think the social media reporting tools are as good as they can be. I wish they were more detailed and that I was able to export all of the data into a PDF or excel sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes scheduling social media posts in easy. Reporting is quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth the try! But be sure to take the time to explore all of the features
A Handy Tool at Any Level of Proficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The interface for creating pages and articles is a nice blend of WYSIWYG and code tools. If your comfort level is canned templates and wizards, you can produce perfectly attractive copy with ease, but if you are more into the nuts and bolts, the tools are available for nuanced changes and tricksy code bits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the reporting variables and display options are inconsistent and/or limited, but I also admit to not having completed the massive set of free online coursework pertaining thereto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for: Blog performance, web traffic, CRM
Benefits: Better demographic analysis of leads in terms of buyer personas and subjects that draw leads; resulting in identifiable points for focus/discard and ultimately improvement that feeds itself.
