Great tool for Start ups

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is always growing. If there is a functionality that they don't have, give it some times and it will more than likely roll out within a couple months or within the year. I also like that they prioritize their updates base off of what the community needs. If you would love something to be added, make sure the community have your back and up vote your comment.

I also like how great of a community hubspot is. Not only do you have access to everyone's brain in the hubspot community all over the world, but you also have quick and easy access to their support team. If their support team isn't someone you would like to speak to, you can always message your CSM and they will do their best in assisting you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality that i thought was suppose to be basic when it comes to marketing automation, isn't there and you will need to submit a community post with people upvoting the functionality.

Dynamic properties aren't really a thing in workflows.

I said in my likes that functionality is base off of community, but sometimes when you can't articulate your idea effectively, it doesn't get up voted, which in turn doesn't get the attention it needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect most/all platform to one centralize CRM without the need of having someone doing an API code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get ready to understand that Hubspot is still evolving and always improving. So don't come in expecting everything will be the perfect user experience. Sometimes the way you're use to doing things in one platform, you'll need to do them differently with hubspot and find a work-a-round.

Hubspot Gets the Job Done, and Well!

What do you like best about the product?
On our marketing team, we use Hubspot for a variety of different tasks, including social media scheduling, email marketing, CTA tracking, and more! It gets the job done and I have never had any problems. It is fairly easy to learn how to use it and if I ever have something I don't know how to do, an easy search helps me get it done. It has really elevated our marketing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike is sometimes the coding can be confusing. I know basic html, CSS, and javascript, but sometimes if the team has wanted to manipulate something it requires a more in depth knowledge of javascript. We've been able to figure this out but making this more user friendly would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using other social media schedulers before, and not really taking full advantage of what hubspot had to offer. Since we started using the social media tool as well, we have been able to get a lot done in one place which has made it super easy and central. All the tracking is also great and helps us a lot with attribution when obtaining leads.

Marketing automation removing silos

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow tools and the fact that you can do almost everything in one place. It can be used by marketing teams in different countries in different in different languages. It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. Easy to implement and set up new campaigns. Just discovering the ads section, loving the ease of reporting in this area.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a list of suggestions I have that would make my life easier using HubSPot on a daily basis.
That the ability to create folders and search by user isn't available in every section.
More reporting on specific areas.
The need to archive campaigns, rather than delete.
The email and landing page design area is less intuitive and therefore costly to have created out of house so they can be easily adaptable for different requirements.
More LinkedIn social requirements, posting by targeted audience for instance.
The ability to assign emails to type customised by us e.g. newsletters, demand generation (inside and outside of workflows) so you can report on type and line them up against one another to measure effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full view of all our contacts, what they have done with us, giving us the intelligence to do more. Workflow tool is fantastic and sits nicely alongside all the other areas. Everything in one place.

Don't waste anymore time, get started today.

Great Overall Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is such a user-friendly tool for marketers. I love that it is easy to train new teammates.

Functionality wise it is such a powerful tool. I have used email marketing and marketing automation with great success in my companies efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of, Hubspot is always making constant improvements to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to this, we used an outdated email marketing platform - so going on to Hubspot we were able to drastically ramp up our efforts.

We also use a lot of marketing automation to automate much of our lead gen efforts on our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a powerful tool for any marketer! Would definitely recommend to any marketer.

Hubspot- Making Social Media Integration Easier than EVER!

What do you like best about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has been incredibly beneficial for our school's marketing department. Social Media has been our largest growth area amidst the pandemic as we moved to completely online communications with students, staff, faculty, and the surrounding community.

Having so many accounts it was getting to be too confusing to have different departments using different platforms. HubSpot integrates it all into one place and allows us to easily monitor group use as well as ensure messages are consistent across the board. Another problem we were running into with other applications was the interface of the programs. HubSpot has been easy to use and easy to train new employees on. Our only issue has been with the Instagram integration as we often like to post multiple images for our feed posts. For these we have to use the app itself and cannot utilize the HubSpot platform. It would be nice to be able to schedule story posts as well as we often pair a story with our feed posts on the IG platform. Twitter has worked great especially for using images in the tweets. Facebook has also shown no issues. We have been able to recently integrate our LinkedIn profiles and have started to have posts going out from the HubSpot platform to those accounts. The benefits of the platform have far surpassed other applications I have used with this company as well as ones I have used in other companies in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I cannot be more adamant in recommending this product and platform!

The most friendly CRM and marketing automation tool for a startup

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows you to manage all the main aspects of a startup: from creating a well-organized database, to create marketing automation workflow. Rather than other CRM has a very intuitive UX/UI and all the metrics information gathered are very important to establish a correct lead nurturing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some limitations in workflows, especially when a deal is involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the lead scoring system and lead nurturing we have been able to convert much more in the last months. Building workflows, we have automated some manual tasks that were annoying and stoled time from our team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to understand how subscription types work on HubSpot before starting to collect leads :)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the range of features within Hubspot's marketing Hub software. When it comes to workflow usage and set up, testing platforms, and landing pages and forms, you can almost always find a solution for what you're trying to do. In addition, the entire platform is very user friendly with help icons all over the place and a robust knowledge base that allows you to google any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many downsides, but there are a few limitations when you're using other marketing tech or platforms outside of hubspot. If they don't have an integration, it can be hard to get what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found a great solution to monitor email health over time and have been able to run tons of concurrent A/B tests.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely easy to use and navigate. I think it's a must have tool for digital marketers. I use it extensively for lead attribution and to monitor campaign performance. It gives me a very detailed look at what content on my website is converting. I also like how easy it is to create forms and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page tool can be difficult to work with. I wish there was more drag and drop functionality. I also don't like that there is no Bing Ads integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see exactly what converted my web visitors to leads and I can easily monitor performance of landing pages using A/B testing. It's easy to build custom reports and contact lists.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is very easy to use when properties are set up correctly.

The landing page editor could be MUCH more user friendly.

It is very complicated to make sure you are using all the correct properties in the specific way that is needed for the reporting.
