HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us scale our content marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Data for our ongoing marketing activities all tied together in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the system wants you to use Hubspot landing pages all the time but we like control over the design in our CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now using fewer tools to perform the same job, but with better capabilities and less time wasted!
All you need in one neat, user-friendly package
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple campaigns at once can be a lot to handle. I love that social media posts can be scheduled under campaign labels so you can easily see what is being scheduled for what and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule duplicate content for multiple Twitter channels can be time-consuming.

Comprehensive Social Media Management and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
- Social media management to draft and schedule social posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Ability to preview what posts will look like before scheduling
- Easy to upload and manage graphics, videos, gifs
- Comprehensive analytics that are user friendly and help you gauge success of your posts + identify trends
- Listening tools allow us to find people talking about us online and engage with them

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is best for organizations with a deeper social strategy and intermediate to advanced social team. Personal brands and very small organizations may not need all of these tools for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes social media strategy more time efficient. Makes social strategy more effective because we can analyze performance of our posts and understand what topics make people click, interact, etc. Helps us understand social traffic to our website and how people are finding us.
Industry leader but highly expensive for smaller companies.

Advanced options allow a ton of possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep for beginners. Price keeps increasing at every contract renewal.

Email marketing automation and customer engagement for a B2C publishing magazine brand.
Saves Me Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well integrated Hubspot is with all the software my team uses. It makes collaboration super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been noticing a lot of bugs when creating emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale and automation. We are able to create complex campaigns with multivariable testing that just wouldn't be possible without Hubspot.

Great for multichannel campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great to have everything in one place. For a number of clients now, I am able to manage LinkedIn, Google Ads and Facebook campaigns all from one place, create lookalike audiences really easily and see combined ad stats in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot! So far it is doing what I need it to!

Multichannel management, lead nurture and reporting all in one place

Mobile number integration only limited to some regions/countries

Incredible Software For Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use, email tool, and contact management. This tool has been incredible for our team to be able to see how users are being contacted, and also the integrations with Salesforce are amazing. Before we implemented Hubspot, we had multiples tools for social, email, contact management, list management - it was really hard to manage. I love that with Hubspot everything is in one place, and our team can all use one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can't think of anything - this tool has been a game-changer for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place: our social tools, email, reporting, ads management, and contacts has been the biggest benefit!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jump on a call with them as soon as you can and learn how they can benefit your organization's growth!
HubSpot makes posting social across patforms a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post across all channels, and even across accounts, with one click. I also love that the photos I've already uploaded for our blog and website are already easily accessible to post on social, rather than having to re-upload photos to a new platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While tagging businesses is super easy, it can be a time suck when I'm unable to tag people in posts. I don't love having to go to the platform to do so. Also, I'd love to be able to post multiple photos on insta thorough HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to do all things from one platform! It's such a time saver.
User-friendly marketing system
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to track far more lead activity than we were before, and we can do more segmented, personalized marketing. It's very user-friendly and intuitive. The email builder is much easier to use than the software we were previously using. I love how it shows "revenue generated" for each item - such as a blog post, an email blast, or a downloadable eBook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing WordPress blogs is a little wonky - it takes some manual work to get them to look right in Hubspot. And for some reason, even though I have my homepage shortcut set to the social monitoring tab, it takes me to sales reports. Have checked the setting multiple times and it should be working, but it's not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get far more detailed insights into blog traffic data and what sources are actually driving traffic to the website. It has also streamlined our process - before we were using a handful of different services for social media management, email development, and blog analytics. Now we do all that through Hubspot.
