Great tool for any marketing team

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use but still powerful! HubSpot Marketing Hub gives you everything you need in one place. Landing pages, email automation, scoring, social, paid ads. It's the only tool you need to launch any campaign!
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page editor is tough to use unless you have someone who can build you a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the hub for all of our tracking and emails. It's also where we build all of our paid landing pages. It gives me the flexibility to launch new ads with dedicated pages without relying on a developer/designer to build the page.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is simple to use and there are new features being rolled out frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design tools could be improved; they lack simple features. For example, a simple code formatter isn't currently available, making it uncomfortable to write code right in Hubspot.

The email builder tool could also be improved in many ways. First, It'd be nice to be able to do A/B testing on automated emails and timezone emails. Not sure why these features aren't currently available, considering they are both important for testing in marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot analytics provide a lot of valuable information that help me understand the audience, as well as attribution of revenues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to look at your marketing needs and ask yourself if Hubspot satisfies your requirements and whether it's the best platform for you.

A Must Have Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love there are so many different ways to do something. Whether it is creating a smart list, email, or landing page, there are infinite ways to complete a project with templates from the marketplace, drag and drop features, to help from the online community. The tools and user interface is very intuitive and is really easy to pick up learning on the fly. It is also very customizable with the Marketing and Sales dashboard. You can display your most important information right when you log in, saving time from running individual reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you are very familiar with front end web design/HTML, working the "designer tools" and modifying email and landing page templates can be daunting. But after a while, and with some help from the Hubspot customer support team via email, chat or online community, you will get the hang of it and become comfortable with the design manager. Then the possibilities are only limited by your personal knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot for A/B testing and a lot of reporting. It allows us to really fine-tune our message to each specific audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest time into the review and learning all of the basics in the Hubspot Academy. Become Hubspot certified. Having at least one person on your team that you can have as the Hubspot Guru will cut down on waste and data management. Establish a style or formula when adding files, templates and naming conventions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, so it makes it so much easy to use. Also, there are many features for producing, monitor and analyze your progress or what you achieved.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Design Tool" is too obsolete. We really need an improvement on that. It seems old-fashioned and sometimes it's a bit tough to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media and email marketing analyzing. So easy to measure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspots ease of use and steller customer service. Actions within the application are easy to understand and clearly laid out. When I do have issues, the community usually has a solution. If not, the CS and support teams are spectacular. I don't think it has ever taken more than 12 hours to get a reply!
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtime for Hubspot seems like it has increased over the past few months. It is usually never more than an hour or two, but it does happen. Thankfully it is typically limited to a specific tool, no the entire marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Easy to build landing pages that are easily replicable
-Forms (great for testing, lots of good add ons like Clearbit etc.)
-Automation (workflows are awesome for syncing event and webinar attendees)
-Demand Gen testing (email, landing pages, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub has every marketing tool you could imagine under it's hood. Email Marketing, SEO, forms, landing pages, chat bots, social media management, ad management, best of breed reporting, account based marketing and automation to a scale you wouldn't believe is all available on this platform. Some surprising things are also available in their free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the free version for what it is, sometimes the Basic Level can feel like you aren't getting very much for the money, and the pro can get pricey if you have a lot of contacts to market to. Thankfully, they have just rolled out a feature that allows you to pick which contacts in your database you want to be marketing to, so that will help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modern Marketing is all about tools, you can't do any of it manually anymore. Hubspot is literally the one tool you need, so you don't have to waste time going from tool to tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with nearly every Marketing Automation platform in the industry and Hubspot is by far the best from ease of use to customer support when needed. We are a small but global company selling both SMB and Enterprise products with a small salesforce and not a very complicated sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout change for creating contact views may be the only update that we haven't loved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All inbound and outbound marketing flows through Hubspot making it easy to quickly assign lads to sales and track their progress through the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides everything you need for marketing in one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, I'd say that the only thing that is a negative is that integrations can be a little cumbersome, but no more than any other system on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this system to host our website, handle all of our paid ad accounts, all of our email marketing, our CRM, our marketing automation workflows, our website tracking and metrics, and our reporting system. It's given us everything we need to run our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time in the setup stage to full customize your Hubspot platform and connect all of your social and ad accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of operation and getting started. Onboarding to usage is a short journey and makes getting the system integrated into processes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
True customization can be difficult. For large brands that want a solution that fits inside their custom stack, there will be some compromises on what can be done with the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying audience members and tracking behavior with analytics datasets.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, and if you are new to marketing automation adoption is quick and easy. Simple to set-up campaigns, integrate with other systems like Salesforce and manage workflows. New tools like integrated chat and bots give you an all-in-one system for Scale-up businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are more technical it can be hard to customize and code in. User management in larger organisations can be a struggle but this has improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised point of contact records with touchpoints clearly detailed - becoming the source of truth of our marketing and supports the sales journey via simple integration into Salesforce.
