Great for small teams and small B2B businesses. All in one system.
What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything in one place. the ability to manage email, webpages, social, our blog and tie it all into campaigns to analyze data and ROI is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little complex like when designing emails, webpages, and more. It helps if you understand coding a bit at times. Templates are great, but it's not always easy to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are much more organized and we can see what's working vs. not working as a whole. It gives us the ability to automate and sequence our marketing outreach. It also allows us to hyper-target not only based on persona, but also on behaviors all from one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start at your own pace. There is a lot this software can do. I would identify smaller goals at first as you learn the system. For instance, if you want to start blogging or posting social media regularly get proficient at that. Or, if you want to grow your email list and start automating emails, that is a great place to start. We started slow and have now moved on to bigger campaigns, implementing Hubspot CRM, and more. Don't feel overwhelmed in the beginning. Give yourself time to get used to it and take advantage of all of the great resources and videos Hubspot has out there to help you learn.

The power of the solution and the entire suite integration of Hubspot Sales, Marketing and Service

Screens can be busy for some tasks. Support only agents should have an easier screen to navigate

We have been able to expand our Marketing outreach throw streamlined workflow and campaigns.

Design, like most CMSs, is pretty awful.

Social Media Scheduler Is The Best Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Their social media scheduler allows you to bulk schedule posts and clone to post on a different day so easily. I schedule between 150-200 posts per month and with their scheduler I can do this in a little over an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting wise it is not ideal for assigning attribution to repeat customers purchasing different products or services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve for the lack of time of a small team with a large product breadth. The automation, scheduling and cloning capabilities makes it easy to accomplish more tasks in much less time.
Hubspot has been easy to learn and use in my work environment. It is also very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is an excellent all-round tool to manage a range of marketing activities. I am new to the platform and I feel it is extremely user friendly and easy to learn. It didn't take me long to get the fundamentals locked down and start using the platform to its potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no options to simply resend an email when it is not currently in a workflow, I sometimes find this frustrating. I also dislike the limited number of feedback surveys, which is currently limited to 20.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized multiple benefits using Hubspot, the ease of scheduling social posts is a standout feature for me. I can seamlessly organise Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts all in one platform. This makes creating and scheduling content extremely easy. I have also used the workflows function to solve multiple problems when keeping potential and existing customers engaged with my email marketing efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is an excellent tool for all your marketing function in one place. Whether that is social media, email or even building landing pages. Hubspot can easily summarise your customer base into potential and exisiting customers so you can tailor your marketing efforts accordingly. The workflows function is also extremely powerful, and I also use the reporting function to great effect when finding out the success of my marketing efforts. Further recommendations for Hubspot users is to take advantage of the platforms in depth reporting, this can be easier than looking in specific programs such as Ads and Analytics for data on your marketing efforts and KPI's such as ROI.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is an intuitive tool for marketing your SMB
What do you like best about the product?
The Social Media tool allows me to keep my social posting organized and gives me wide-lens view of what I'm doing each week, useful with multiple accounts I need to post to. It's also easy to get new staff members and interns up and running, giving them access only to the modules they need to be successful.
My favorite and most-used feature is the email automation, allowing me to create really nice looking templates for onboarding emails that are triggered by a user-action. The workflow setup is intuitive, and I would have a difficult time keeping things straight (especially with all the usecases we have and exemptions that leads to) without the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Lastly, HubSpot's customer support is fantastic. They get back to me quickly and have an advanced degree of knowledge I don't always see in customer support.

The email template builder can be chunky in terms of code, leading to emails that are cut off / snipped by email clients and mess up analytics. We are not always able to send emails as long as we'd like or with our preferred formatting due to this issue, and have had to spend time in redesigning things in order to send out the content we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping me solve onboarding problems for both our supply and demand partners. Our clients and partners need education on our product while we also need to keep it low-touch, and the HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us with these problems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If this product doesn't contain every feature you currently need, ask your sales rep if that feature is in development. We had an issue for a while with a feature that was missing, but after chatting with HubSpot support, they put us into a beta program for the new feature we needed and we were able to use it early.
Love HubSpot's Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I'm still learning about the social media management software, so I'm not yet an expert, but I appreciate how user-friendly it is. It also has a clean interface, making it easy to see past and future posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability to tag people in LinkedIn Posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub unifies our marketing efforts. For socials especially, it's incredibly beneficial to be able to measure performance of each post, its associated blog post and how that converts into a sales opportunity.
HubSpot is easy to use for the most part and the support is great.
What do you like best about the product?
From a marketing perspective, HubSpot provides easy to use workflows and social media tools. The drag and drop emails are also helpful and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to create bespoke marketing email templates and website pages - A lot of the time you need someone with coding skills to build something for you which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the easy to use workflows, we can reach customers and prospects with more targeted content that runs itself and create workflows that guide prospects through each stage of the funnel.

Social media scheduling is a bit unreliable and you need someone to show you around to get the full use out of the platform.

the main benefit for my team is the email contact workflow functionality and lead scoring.
Smart tool with great user interface
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub is really easy to use but provides in the same time lots of functionality and really smart features. I like that everything is connected and that you can track everything you do, from social postings to blog post, emails, websites etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting tool was even more advanced.

With Hubspot Marketing Hub we can manage everything from one place, and in the same time track it and really see what our activities results in.
