Honest Hubspot Marketing Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you're able to integrate a lot of other services with Hubspot, for example, social ads (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) you can use with the analytics provided by Hubspot or you can integrate GA. Just depends on your preference. So it can definitely be integrated with most major software services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to Hubspot's services. If you're looking for a platform that gives you general marketing capabilities (quickly create a website, review analytics, social marketing), then this is for you. If you're looking for a service that can offer in-depth analytics and allows you to create ads within the platform, then you may want to look elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to have most of our marketing assets and data in one place. This allows for less confusion especially when sharing account access to other vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although this is touted as a one-stop-shop for your marketing needs, always keep marketing assets saved elsewhere as well, including email lists, social advertising and organic drafts. When it comes to social posting, although Hubspot does allow you to schedule and post through its platform, it's still a good idea to create your own calendar in case there is any sort of server errors within Hubspot.
Using HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy and seamless.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the assets and links are easy to save and share within different aspects of the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way links show up when I post to social through HubSpot and that they don't shorten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that I have more time to do things because it is easy to share/find things I need within the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest using HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially if you're already using the CRM or sales - the way all of the arms work together is a seamless experience.
Complete Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub has made my job a thousand times easier. In the past, I had to schedule out my social posts using separate tools. The ability to do this all in one platform saves me hours upon hours. As with everything HubSpot does, the interface is gorgeous and truly enjoyable to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing better that comes to mind. It is a truly excellent user experience and I have nothing but good things to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps me connect with our audience without spending time fighting the tool. The benefits are increased productivity, saved time, and better content.
User-friendly, intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
The social media schedule planner is great. It allows me to schedule multi-channel posts easily. I can view all scheduled posts as a list or within a calendar, which is great. Monitoring and reporting looks robust although I haven't had time to do a deep dive yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicating an older email has given me some challenges. It duplicated the default template they were originally made with. This has take some time to sort out but I still feel cloned emails should prompt the user to choose the format they prefer.

Fortunately, HS support team assisted (they are great) in helping me work through this.
Excellent solution with good user experience for a digital company
What do you like best about the product?
All in one: Social Media, Forms, Landingpages - all reviewed with analytics functions, which is very helpful in Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not yet fully developed. For Example: The analytics tool can do a lot, but they are not quite the same as the social media analytics that you find directly in the social media section. The campaign overview is not quite mature. An analytics-like structure of all results at a glance would help a lot.

The management of forms, landing pages and thus gained leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Hubspot's Marketing Hub, we were using multiple different platforms to complete our social media, email and website marketing. With Hubspot's Marketing Hub, we're able to keep all efforts in one place and it's easier to coordinate analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limited features within social media scheduling and email marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to more closely work with our sales team and present analytics in a more visual way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot Marketing Hub was able to consolidate most of our marketing efforts, leaving more time for us to focus on strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to bulk schedule content. It saves a lot of time.
The access to Shutterstock media library. It offers lots of great imagery.
The social media calendar gives a great oversight of scheduled and published content.
The reports give great visibility of content performance across networks. The visual representations make it easy to digest the information.
The ability to set up and track campaigns make it a lot easier to keep on top of campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Instagram tools are more limited than Facebook Creator Studio. You cannot schedule IGTV content, for example. You also cannot add thumbnails to Facebook videos.
The social tools are not synchronised with the native platforms scheduling tools. For example, Twitter Studio does not show the tweets that have been scheduled on HubSpot and vice versa.
The YouTube reports are separate from the other social media reports.
It is not clear how to make a dashboard with reports collating all the data from all the platforms from one location (e.g. UK).
It is not clear how to add "sticky notes" for upcoming events. You can create a "task" on the team calendar but that doesn't appear in the social calendar and can only be for one day (not multiple).

I am saving a lot of time. I am no longer having to schedule individual pieces of content on the native platforms and I am able to quickly digest content performance across channels thanks to the reports. HubSpot also gives other team members greater visibility of the content that has been published or scheduled and its performance.
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes me feel like I have a marketing department built right into my software.
What do you like best about the product?
I can post to all of my social networks all at once, even editing pictures or scheduling posts to go out at different times if I choose. Our website and blogs look great and centralize our marketing efforts. We use a lot of different technology at our company and HubSpot easily integrates it all. We can build our webpages on this platform and use the analytics to track traffic or use build targeted marketing campaigns to target the persona we really want to hit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like but I find I am under utilizing what we have because there is so much power in what is there that I need to dedicate more of my time to learning how to use it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an issue for a little while where we could not connect our Instagram account when the API changed. We have finally resolved it, that was probably our biggest hurdle and made us appreciate how grateful we really are to be connected to the Hub. From the knowledge in the learning academy to the help we get when we call the support line we really enjoy the the marketing hub.
My Favorite Marketing Program
What do you like best about the product?
The social scheduling and calendar are super easy to use and I love having everything laid out in front of me in the calendar so I can see what I've done and what I need to do when creating content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always generate previews correctly when sharing links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am my company's only marketing employee. I have to keep track of all of the marketing efforts at once and HubSpot makes that easy, while also making it easy for my supervisor to see what I'm doing, and communicate with me on it. We benefit from the multitasking I'm able to do while keeping everything organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used several marketing management software programs while I was a student and in my previous marketing positions. HubSpot is the heftiest and most well rounded program I've used, and I find myself realizing that HubSpot offers features that I wished the other programs had. It's all you'd need for marketing management, and it makes my job as the only marketing employee much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to preview my posts before I post them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are bugs that prevent us from posting on our social media platforms for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving file storage problems in a big way in HubSpot. A great benefit has been the analytics feature.
