Pretty easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Not being a super technical person, I've generally found the Hubspot solution to be easy-to-use. It has also helped us keep most of our marketing activities under one tech hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations can be less than seamless, particularly between Hubspot and Salesforce. There have been numerous occasions when I've been bounced between the two support teams with little to no resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On site lead capture, setting up automated workflows to engage with contacts, publishing social content, email marketing for prospects and clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Decide if you need marketing automation and a CRM. We found a lot of overlap between the two but already had a CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create social posts for multiple accounts across all platforms at one time.
Having the ability to see analytics by campaign and platform. This helps me decide which platforms are more successful and focus money there.
Additionally, I love that you show the links directly to the posts as well as comments made and re-share data.
I have found this to have the best reporting capability of any tool I have used.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag people in Facebook posts. I like that I can tag businesses, but I have to go to the platform directly to tag a person when I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only is posting easier, but my time to manage postings is also cut in half. I am able to see what campaign are effective with just a few clicks and the reports tools makes it very convenient to share stas with the executive office. I also find that email creation is much faster than other tools and the deliverability of my campaign and open rates and improved dramatically. This tool tells me the exact time that is optimal for my audience. But hands down, the best feature is the ability to see the customers activity and all of the touch points that are driving decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to look around and talk to other vendors, then you will be certain that Hubspot has the best product and team to help you solve all of your marketing challenges.
Great All in one Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with the Hubspot Hub tool is positive. It's interface is easy to navigate - they have an array of features to take advantage of: From email campaigns, social media tracking, and more. I will also praise the help our team receives from the support team and always feel like we're receiving top notch care. Whenever we feel like we can be improving in any specific area, our representative comes with blogs, suggestions and moral support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of their email marketing service: I feel like I can't create as much custom HTML or easily edit in there. An easier way to give our audience an opportunity to resubscribe. Ability to better A/B test automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I inherited someone else's mess and disorganization on HubSpot. The ability to clearly navigate the Hub in a short amount and easy manner allowed me to quickly to clean up lists, chat with the HubSpot staff for support and better utilize tools that I might not have thought of utilizing before.

Calculate the current amount of services utilized to get through one marketing campaign. Now go through HubSpot's Marketing Hub features to see how many of those features can be condensed through one service!
Social Media with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The schedule tool works the best for me to get everything I need laid out
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be a able to post multiple pictures on instagram and look up accounts to tag like with Facebook, I understand this is less likely because of Hubspot and more likely because Instagrams UI sucks

Creating a more consistent and engaged social media presence that allows us to continue growing our business with a plan instead of at random
Awesome tool that makes social media management a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
We use the social media planning features and email marketing tools almost daily in our business. It's streamlined, easy to use and helps keep our Instagram game at the top. Being able to schedule posts and emails weeks in advance is a breeze for a company that is run entirely by two busy women. Sitting down and planning our weekly social media strategies and then just letting them automate takes a lot of daily stress away, as we are often too busy to get to Instagram daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is that I can't currently tag other businesses or products in the social media planning tool. We have to go in and manually add those in the individual apps when the photos post. All in all though it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beating the Instagram and Facebook algorithms is a daily battle. Marketing Hub helps us with best practices to get the greatest return from our posts. We're also able to use the email integrations to reach out directly to our best customers, in a time when they may be uncomfortable coming to our shop in person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! Even our small 2 woman business has found great success with these tools.

Can’t schedule video posts as well as you can on the social platforms themselves

Great tool for busy social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with all of our networks plugged into one place. I can schedule out posts to any of our networks and even tag other pages from the Hubspot platform. The reporting is all one place as well so I can get a holistic view of our social media results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally glitchy, sometimes a post will lose its article preview or won't tag a business page. It gives you holistic reporting, you'll still have to go to individual platforms for nitty-gritty analytics but overall helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Marketing Hub makes a holistic evaluation of our paid and organic social strategies easier. We are able to evaluate campaigns at a glance and monitor new data easily and in one place.
Hubspot Marketing is easy to use when you've got the training
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is easy to use when everything is linked together. Our biggest struggle in the beginning was syncing our CRM, but now that it's in place, Hubspot is a great tool! I love being able to create/design email and make things automated easily for workflows. Also the social media tool is way better than our old way of doing things manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email templates don't play nicely and need some coding help, but overall it's still good. Also in the beginning it was difficult to setup a Hubspot scoring system for our customers, but after a little bit of help from a Hubspot gold member, things came together quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of right now, we don't have many issues other than we do see some inconsistencies in our HS analytics. That can be frustrating from time to time.
Hubspot - a necessity in our Marketing Department
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do several different types of marketing on one platform. My favorite part is the chatbot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email platform can be a bit cumbersome, especially if I want to control RSS Feed. I wish it had the ability to pull at any increment I'd like and as many posts. I have an internal blog that is not so much marketing as it is communications. As such, it doesn't have the same goals/requirements as a marketing channel.
We also struggled big time with the IP addresses within our company. We use a very strict spam blocker and it took a lot of work to get all our internal employees the right email messages.
Also, the Instagram compatibility could be better (but I think a lot of platforms experience challenges with Instagram)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems that we had with Mailchimp. Hubspot seems to have more robust email reporting and contact tracking, AND it's more user friendly. Benefits: All-in-one marketing tool and so much more than that, even.
