Hubspot makes social media easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can post multiple posts at once

I don't love that I can't post carousel instagram posts from the social media hub

All my socials are in one place and on a calendar so it's easy to see what posts I have lined up
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify your core needs out of a CRM and then call hubspot to see if it's right for you. They have great customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated Analytics. I like that I can see everything for all of my platforms at the click of a button. Showing the value of our social media efforts is integral to my job so the fact that hubspot makes it so easy is a huge plus. I also like the ability to tag accounts from the scheduler - it saves me time from going back in and doing the tagging later. I also like the ability to attribute certain posts to a campaign and have a master report tracking the lead process from start to finish. It is an easy way to be able to tell the customer journey "story" without getting lost in the clutter of tagging and website reporting through google analytics. Hubspot is much more intuitive and user friendly - I just started using it two months ago and I already feel as though I am getting the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot automatically converts all links to hubs.ly with no option to disable - very time consuming to fix. Also I do not think it accurately tracks posts that are made outside of the hubspot scheduler. These are very important due to the fact that some posts need to come directly from the platform (think - shares) and if they are not tracked properly we will lose a large chunk of our analytics that we would've otherwise had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to "set it and forget it" with our social strategy. Save time.
Comprehensive, user-friendly marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Having ALL my info in one area. It's the best. I love the ability to see my organization's entire marketing effort right there in front of me. It's incredibly handy. I am the organization's primary contact and developer when it comes for our social media. As a result, I touch just about everything when it comes to that part of the company. Having everything that we do - on all of our social media pages - right at my fingertips saves me a ton of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really use the "Sales" tab. Frankly, though, that's not really my job. I'm in the marketing department, so I don't touch that. Everything that our salespeople say about the product is aces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company with multiple social media accounts, organizing and coordinating these elements were a giant pain. Hubspot has allowed us collect everything we need in one place - allowing us to get our message out to a much larger audience.
Along with that, we use Hubspot for everything from sending out our marketing emails to getting the insights on our social media - so we know what is working, and what isn't. I've seen a lot of marketing solutions in my time, and - honestly - Hubspot is probably the best. Additionally, I love the ability to build elements for content distribution right in the Hubspot site. They really do make things easy. Any time we can cut down on the amount of services we use, I'm happy.

Don't skimp on the training. Honestly, go through and make sure you have everything set when it comes to training before you start. And ask some questions. They're great at answering them.

HubSpot Marketing Drastically Reduces the Time Commitment for Organic Social
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency, we don't typically do organic social for clients — we focus mostly on paid. I love using the HubSpot marketing platform to provide a little extra value for clients by using it to bulk schedule organic social posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the social media portion of HubSpot Marketing in particular, I'd love the ability to better and more easily customize posts. This includes being able to edits images, add links, tags, etc. Some capabilities exist now, but they are limited and a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With trying to balance providing exceptional service and maintaining agency profitability, organic social can fall to the wayside. This allows me to add a little extra value without investing too much effort into something that takes time to show ROI. Simply put, it helps support organic social campaigns for clients while minimizing the time and effort required.

I like that it is integrated into our main workspace/crm and that our performance is tracked on the dashboard.

I would like to see a better calendar/ long term content planner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub is helping us understand our social media traffic as it relates to our sign ups and conversions.
The (almost) one-stop place for all our marketing needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great place for us to see an almost complete and holistic review of our ads, social, email and website stats. The user experience is great when it comes to scheduling our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter posts and great to see real-time data to help us improve what's working!
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things: one big, one small. First the small: Twitter Ads don't integrate with HubSpot so it isn't a fully holistic view. The big: the Salesforce to HubSpot integration is good, but it could be great with a bit more attention to how users are using it. Otherwise, there are so many great integrations!

HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us become more efficient by automating processes and streamlining workloads! We love it!

7+ Years and Going Strong with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a HubSpot user in three different companies/roles over 6-7 years and would recommend the application for an effective all-in-one marketing solution. Having everything in one ecosystem makes it easier to build a tech stack that you can use to execute rather than having to constantly switch to different programs or troubleshoot integration glitches. Additionally, they continue to make things more drag-and-drop and easier to use. The addition of custom fields allows for customization that will work for all kinds of different industries and use cases. They also have a ton of information in the form of blogs, templates, ebooks, knowledgebase articles and other content resources that are helpful when learning or staying up to date not only on the software but also on the industry. With the ability to chat, call, or email, support for HubSpot is usually very easy to get a hold of, even if the resolutions is often taken "offline" and the reps get back to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a really weird limitation in that you can't customize the default HubSpot contact lifecycle stages and that has been a thorn in my side in some of my roles. Even though reporting has gotten a lot better over the years, it still isn't as powerful as something like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us get better organized so we can market and sell much more effectively. Specifically, we are capturing more information on leads that we could previously, we are able to segment them better, and we are able to scale up our social presense with their easy-to-use tools and related social metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the different levels and limitations of each as well as what functionality you may get with an upgraded version of one of the products vs another. For example, if you have Marketing Enterprise, do you still need reporting add-on functionality.
Greatest tool I've used for Marketing content!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that everything is simple to use and can synch with everything your working on. Allowing you to maintain your brand's image and stay consistent with your designs. I also enjoy that I can share with others inside of my organization and gain inspiration on projects they are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many reasons to dislike Hubspot. Only a few concerns I've ever come across is arranging fonts and margins in a template created by someone else. It can be a bit struggling trying to adjust to a different setting than the drag and drop. I also tend to have difficulties with aligning photos and text properly. Some times, text and photo can appear even in the draft or computer format, but in a mobile device, it can become wonky and not what you planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems by using Hubspot to narrow down who are target audiences are and how we can use the data collected to go after those who have a higher number of interactions on our posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Hubspot for any company, especially if you are using it for trying to expand your name. For my office, we are trying to make our name become more known in this area, and Hubspot is a great way to create multiple marketing campaigns and events. The dashboard for individual platforms is a great way to gain insight on who your next best target would be. Also, it lets you know what is working and what may not be working.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboards, the reports, the pillar pages, and the easy social media scheduling tool. The social tool allows me to see all of my info without having to use another monitoring tool and that's incredibly helpful. I cannot stress enough how much I love the help that I get at HubSpot, they have incredibly knowledgeable support people who are there to guide you to do your best. I always feel like they have your best interests at heart and want you to succeed. Oh, the landing pages and forms are VERY helpful when doing events as I was struggling with how to not clutter the corporate site; this option really helped.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using HubSpot is the lack of guard rails when sending emails. I find it a little scary that there are no warnings when you're about to email your whole database. It's very easy to make a mistake without prompt warning messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my content creation problem through the guidance I've received. It makes my site much more organized and easier for potential customers to engage with the content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't know how you lived without out it. It makes everything easier, faster, and has a great UX.
