What do you like best about the product?
I like using the social media planner because I can publish on multiple platforms, making edits across handles and reviewing at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting aligned more closely with the stats form the platforms directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to plan social media while reporting on performance.

Hubspot makes SEO fun and friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
The SEO Cluster planning map, which Hubspot offers to plan your SEO mapping and strategizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prompts when your webpages are not correctly optimized can be more clear if the mistakes are highlighted on the webpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEO, SOCIAL MEDIA REPORTS, PAID MARKETING and a lot more, I have been using them at their fullest and I am still discovering new things I can do with the help of Hubspot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definite YES AND A MUST!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts in advance across all platforms. I also really enjoy the ability to copy a post to another platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports accurately reflect likes, follows, and comments. I also don't like that I have to reconnect social accounts periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our social posts to increase significantly with ease. Our company has gone from posting a few post every month to posting something everyday. HubSpot makes it easy to schedule posts and to post multiple things at once across a variety of platforms.

There is some limitation with scheduling in bulk and tagging users within those posts on social media platforms.

The social scheduler is tough to use at times and I wish it was more optimized for Instagram.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great opportunity to brand and advertise.

The downside is having to toggle between screens to get info. But I still think it’s an awesome service.

What do you like best about the product?
Having never used any other CRM before, HubSpot makes it easy to log in and get to work fast! The intuitive user interface and functionality has helped me complete a greater amount of work in a shorter amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is the loading times. Every now and then, the CRM will not load correctly/stall out entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem HubSpot solves for my team is the rate of outreach. With HubSpot, we are able to increase the speed of our emails sent, calls made, and report building.

What do you like best about the product?
I love many features about HubSpot, but I do have to say that their customer service is top notch. All of my questions are answered well (often with more effort than expected) and quickly. While I think all the elements are rather straight forward and well designed, having such a responsive chat support is golden.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their forums are a tad underdeveloped. I was unsuccessful trying to figure out a coding project for a landing page, and had to do a bit more research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many! Easy video integration into blog posts, easy to use and share landing pages, file storage and sharing ... big fan of all the procedures and elements offered by Hubspot.

Big fan of Hubspot for a myriad of reasons, particularly their level of support.
