integrated marketing tools for growing businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Kind of an all-in-one tool for digital marketing managers such as myself. email, social media, blogs, CTAs/lead generation, automated workflows, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't tag humans in scheduled LinkedIn social media posts. Have to post via LinkedIn natively to tag humans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is basically our lead gen engine. We have dozens of forms and landing pages that get countless downloads all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is able to keep all of our contact information in one place allowing us to build a marketing system that is truly customer-centric. The interface is very intuitive and requires almost no training to get our staff going into the system. We moved to utilize the entire HubSpot suite after we realized all of the advantages of the marketing hub and then as we built out the system we added one component after the other. Our favorite component is the CMS. When coupled with the marketing hub and the CRM we are able to build dynamic webpages that are focused on a specific customers' needs and goals and have the information on the website dynamical updated to match the specific visitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is very comprehensive, there are barriers between different components offered by HubSpot that limit desired functionality, one of the features that we end up need most often is a way to connect a person from the sequences tool in the sales hub to a workflow in the marketing hub. There are some limitations when creating filtering rules for active lists regarding OR and AND functions in use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that we are solving with HubSpot is data being disjointed between different systems. By getting all of our data into one system we have seen significant performance improvements and operational efficiencies in our team. It has also reduced our need to maintain multiple connections and keep different systems updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While HubSpot is a great tool it is not the only solution out there and depending on your business processes and resources it may not be the perfect fit for your organization. You need to spend time assessing the needs of your organization and your growth goals to make sure that you select the platform that is able to deliver the results that you want. Every platform has its strengths and weaknesses. We were able to combine many of the different tools that we were using into the HubSpot platform but in the process, we did lose some of the functionality that we had before but the functionality that we had was not critical to our business so the loss was deemed acceptable. And I would certainly say that we gained a lot more then we lost.

What do you like best about the product?
360 degree visibility on your contact's activities. You have an ability to collect great insights into our contacts and their behaviour on your site.
Its perfect if you are working in B2B bussiness. Also they have a great support team and the communtiy. Whenever you need an help or have question, you will get your answers in the same day. They are constantly evolving, adding new elements and features and improving the platform. Also it has a great market place where you can develop and improve your website or your brand's experiences. Lastly It is coverage in terms of integrating with other marketing tools is great too.

The best benefit that I realized is the 360 degree visibility into your contacts. With this you can develop measurable and managable marketing campaigns. It is also great to manage your customer relations with email marketing tools. If you also purchase the Sales Hub and the other platform options you will receive a 5 star autoamation and management both for your marketing and sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Scorring mechanisim and logic behind it might be developed, but I may not say that I dislike.
-Some of the options for some integrations must be enhanced. Sometimes you don't need to push/pull all the data from other integrated tool.
-Reporting part is not super enough. You still need to use other tools to get proper metrics. Reporting part are also not super flexible. Lastly you cannot send the reports to non-hubspot users.

However my overall comment is I really like the tool!

Its easy to implement and manage landing pages.

The best benefit that I realized is the 360 degree visibility into your contacts. With this you can develop measurable and managable marketing campaigns. It is also great to manage your customer relations with email marketing tools. The tool is easy to use by teams and people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always start with the educations of it. I would recommend that make sure your all team receice its Inbound Marketing Courses.

Also if you want to get 360 degree visibility to your contacts, I would definitely recommend!

Best Tool to learn

What do you like best about the product?
All kinds of features (Building Landing Pages, Website Pages, Blogs, HubDB) are helpful to develop web applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's bit difficult to learn the Hubspot initially after keep on exploring the Hubspot, now it is easy to understand the functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By Using a Hubspot I created a Multistep form, Blogs Posting.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of HubSpot are the template and sequence tools as they simplify my email promotions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes rather difficult to move a contact when they change companies (i.e. primarily when trying to "disassociate" them from one company and move to another).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep my email marketing organized, particularly by providing sequences for follow-ups. It also allows you to keep notes on each account/contact in addition to showing your email and phone interactions. I also use it to see where I am in the sales process with any given client (i.e. initial contact, info gathering, proposal, contract, etc.

Great Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and publish website pages, blogs, and send emails with their tools. We use the marketing suite in combination with their CRM and Service Hub and it is great to have one place for data on our prospects and customers all the way through the funnel. The workflows tool is very simple and intuitive for setting up automation, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design tools are a little restrictive - I think you make compromises for the ease of use. There are things that seem like they should be easy to change but are not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to generate leads from our inbound marketing efforts. We've set up a scoring system to help our sales team know which leads to pursue first.

What do you like best about the product?
Very little but I'm sure that for the right organization, this is a perfectly capable tool.

My impression is that organizations driving significant, web-based, lead generation activities where they are looking to accelerate movement through or out of their purchase funnel would find value here. In my mind, you need a lot of web-based volume and velocity for this tool to make sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the client service, or lack thereof, to be absolutely unacceptable.

Previous leadership of our organization selected and "stood up" the tool and, upon analysis of our utilization, we hadn't touched the service in quite a while. As a new senior executive at our company, I reached out hoping to engage with some sort of client relationship manager and the person "assigned" to our account was unresponsive and after pinging them multiple times, they finally engaged but seemed put off by it.

I explained the situation and that before making a determination on the tool - I believe that the selection/implementation of any tool has as much to do with its success/failure as the tool itself - I'd like to better understand what we are and are not using and how we might get more value out of it.

HubSpot set me up with some sort of onboarding/client success manager who seemed more focused on running through their playbook (i.e. making us fit their solution) than really getting to know our business and helping us figure out how to make the solution work for us.

In addition, there were several questions we posed around integrations with other systems (e.g. sales effectiveness tools) and the answer was most frequently we don't have anything but you could build a custom solution/

Subsequently, we canceled the service and are likely to make a full transition away from HubSpot...

Net net, if it directly aligns with your requirements, out of the box, it could probably work for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive algorithms and connections to social media which make it easy to target buyers and clients specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say that there is anything that I dislike about this product except for the fact that it may be to invasisve in its ability to gather information about one's internet habits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing the right clients and potential clients with the right material that is based on their typical internets searches. We used it for recruiting. We found it to be very helpful in finding the right person to recruit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider this platform as the most comprehensive way to learn more about a potential client or partner. With the features and abilities that HubSpot offers you will have a very large amount of information to make an educated decision.

All in one marketing solution

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use for a marketing automation solution. It has everything you'd want in an email solution, subscription management, contact management, landing pages, tracking, etc. Their customer service is excellent too; very prompt, easy to get ahold of, they usually know the answer right away but, if they don't, they will research it and get back to you asap.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting module is miserable. We ended up doing all reporting in Salesforce, which is also meh, but much, much better than Hubspot.

Connecting with customers and prospects through email, chat, and web during signup, onboarding and post-purchase.
