Fantastic!

What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to schedule both email and social media marketing all within the same system. Building workflows also allows us to create targeted content and customer journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few restrictions when scheduling social media posts, not being able to tag people, products, or carousels for Instagram is a little frustrating. We’d also like to be able to offer meetings further in advance than 11 weeks as we have a lot of customers overseas who’s like to make an appointment with our team when in Scotland.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows give us endless opportunities to create targeted content and improve customer follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I'm a developer, mostly I like the flexibility that HubSpot offer with their APIs. I have managed to automate a lot of tasks using the APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboard itself is kinda confusing it could get re-arranged where which menu goes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I'm solving marketing automation issues. Re-engaging contacts and similar stuff. The benefits I have the most are that there are easy methods for connecting HubSpot with other third-party tools for data sharing.

Fantastic Product and Service!

What do you like best about the product?
I like to tinker with our website from time to time, and HubSpot allows me to make changes very easily. Also, I can setup all of my future social media posts in advance, which is a huge time saver! Any time I need help with something, the service team is always available to help and usually gets resolved very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would imagine there are some shortcomings, but I have not experienced any so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we are in a position to update our patient base regularly. I also no longer have to login to each of our social media outlets individually, I can do everything right from the portal. From creating posts to newsletters, my job is much simpler with HubSpot!

What do you like best about the product?
All integrations and the dashboards (reps). Easy data visualization using reports. Make reports are easy to, interactive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to make complex flows in workflows. It would be very interesting if it were possible to include comparison operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management and data visualization (with reports) are the main ones.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic workflows, I am a small team and prior to HubSpot, I had to manually follow-up if I sent marketing messages. Creating workflows allows it to be intentional and strategic. We have increased our leads and our brand awareness significantly with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes referring to the forums or links for information can be a bit daunting, esp if you want to do something right away. Also if you are a kinesthetic learner, having someone walk you through it can be a better option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of any problems. Benefits are increased leads and brand awareness.

Not currently. Keep doing what you are doing.

Easy to use with advanced features

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an intuitive tool which is perfect for a team with a range of skills/experience. I chose the HubSpot platform as our marketing automation tool because of the easy (and fast) integration with Salesforce and the advanced features that it offers including integrations with online ad platforms. I also bought the higher level onboarding support package which was a safety net and I wasn't sure was needed but the additional view of features on the SEO side which I was unaware of was fantastic and changed the way and depth at which I use the platform now. The decision was an easy one but made even easier by the start-up programme which HubSpot offers, where a company under a certain age and funding level can get up to 90% off of the list price. This benefit lasts for 3 years on a sliding scale and then with an ongoing price reduction. For a start-up embarking on marketing for the first time, this brings sophisticated marketing capabilities at a price which suits the business and is invaluable.

We were about to employ an apprentice at the time of taking a HubSpot subscription and between the intuitive use and academy/training programmes this was the perfect accompaniment to his apprenticeship work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The market perception of HubSpot is that it's a lower level 'starting' marketing automation tool. I think the marketing team have some work to do to raise awareness of the advanced features which HubSpot offer. It rivals platforms considered more sophisticated very closely. Also the start-up programme was something I hadn't heard of prior to last year and I've been a HubSpot user for 3 years+. At the time of writing there isn't a Twitter ads integration which would be very useful but Twitter isn't a mainstay of my marketing activities so this is minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot with the integration to our CRM system, Salesforce, has allowed the company to understand what our marketing/sales funnel looks like and has provided capability to monitor contact to lead to win stages of the sales process. The business now has the data throughout the entire process to understand the lead generation model better and sales has deeper insight in to how engaged prospects are with our website and marketing/sales communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! You won't regret it. I manage blog posts and our website CRM separately as it makes sure that we aren't solely reliant on one vendor. This will also provide flexibility should we need to change providers in the future - although I have no plans to do so at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use workflows and clearly laid out system means it's so much easier to use than larger CRM systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have some best practice guides on workflows for growing B2B businesses plus organising the data. One thing - it's hard to delete fields / hide them when they're irrelevant to your business.

Being able to create icons in Adobe and upload them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited fonts, limited composition or options for email layouts. Lack of interactive content, ie. moving imagery, easy and interactive forms, options for different layouts for forms, dropdown menus, huge opportunity for inputs and receiving outputs via CTA in email...

Measuring engagement and how to proceed with a potential lead.

Automation beyond marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automation side of Hubspot, including the workflows, list and sequences. That is is its real power of Hubspot for our company. What's especially great is the fact that you can create advanced logic-based automation workflows really quickly and easily to complete all kinds of tasks and achieve all kinds of outcomes within marketing and beyond. Hubspot is at the heart of our product trial process, which generates great customer value.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can end up with too much redundant data, and it can be difficult to switch off some of the 'snooping' features that we like to avoid as a good practice of data minimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to efficiently scale across our whole business. It enables our trial process. It educates our customers. It helps deliver training internally to our team. It helps manage our partner ecosystem. It does a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot has the great virtue of being both easy and intuitive to use while having a great depth of power and flexibility. You can build incredibly advanced workflows to achieve all kinds of tasks.
