Good platform for a team working remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing makes streamlining content across all channels simple and saves me time. Good CX and good customer support. A little primitive in database management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if they had a wide selection of marketing images to use. Being able to edit images in hubspot would likely make social media marketing even simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hub is a good platform to organise my various marketing content and channels. I can create content calendars, schedule emails all at once and then carry on with the rest of my work. It saves me a lot of time and repetition.

Helps a small team accomplish a lot by freeing up time and automating, scheduling tasks.

I love that Hubspot allows me to schedule all my social media posts in advance across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be nice to schedule story posts for Facebook and Instagram

Great Tool for organizing and scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the hubspot marketing tools is that you are able to add multiple accounts to the platform and view your social media schedule in a calendar view. This allowed me to stay super organized as I could see what I had scheduled coming up, and where I could add in some more posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would I could do is post to multiple twitter accounts like I am able to do for Facebook and LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a great sense of collaboration between a team since everyone is able to see the social media schedule. It has allowed all departments in the organization to have an input and ideas to share about what we can post!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool! I recommend completing some of the HubSpot Academy courses before digging your nails in! They're very useful and well help get your foot in the door if you're having issues navigating the dashboards!
HubSpot is a great tool for a Marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is the User Experience layer that it offers as compared to some of it's competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i don't like about HubSpot is the connect between Contacts/Companies and Sales is a bit weak. I can do much more in terms of reports if the connect was stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Contact/Company lifecycle stages are like the backbone onMarketing Hub and help us track the customers journey all along till he/she is an Evangelist. So all the teams get full visibility to the customers life cycle and the stages a customer goes through.
A game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to schedule content and analyse its performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Used with lots of clients.

Supporting clients who want regular content reaching their audience. Community building too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Hubspot, being from a CRM background using other tools, I find this much more user friendly - and the support function is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the inability to do more than I want to. E.g. having multiple CTA's in an email causes breakage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realised that the support team are very good. They are able to physically help and take control if you need them to, which is great! I also appreciate the fact that the chat is functional most hours of the day - and there are also options to go from phone to chat to email too. The support is really good, and I would recommend it to users too!

Email engagement and automations based on contact's activities and engagement in your website, as well as multiple scoring possibilities. With the Marketing Hub, we are able to gain richer insights into our contacts and their behaviour on our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use comes at a cost, which means that sometimes complex processes in HubSpot can be hard to implement, or the sources of conflict can be hard to pinpoint. Nevertheless, their customer support is amazing and super responsive both via chat, call, and email.

We have taken advantage of their email automation and tracking capabilities, as well as scoring contacts based on their engagement with our website. The ability to rely on HubSpot insights also boosts our ability to customise and tailor our messages.

A sound application to store a great quantity of data and nothing can hold back this amazing application to hand its amazing effects on the economic system. Everything is clear and quite easy to operate. Companies go with market trends and improve their performance.

A safe way to store data and allocate quickly whenever needed, but data should be guaranteed as this application is for big companies and all data is stored on a single software. Networking with good speed is another query to justify its working and the whole system can be crashed at a slow speed.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is diligence for business obsessions who want to practice their business for 24-hours and it’s entirely about the good manager to supervise the project’s detail and send notification by email, messages, and calls. Can’t have enough of this powerful software as it commands all our business details as a professional. Its free version offers the best user experience and the paid edition is not pricy when we visualize it going and it holds in all billing and invoice detail and a good helper in bringing off the details.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how intuitive and user friendly Hubspot is. I had never used it before my current job and it made learning a lot easier when you’re already learning so much. I also love how easy it is to clone emails, landing pages, workflows, etc which cuts back on so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could clone things from different accounts.

I definitely am able to use the metrics to determine best time to email and also able to reach so many people with our workflows
