Everything at one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the required tools for the marketing and sales team at one place with a single sign in
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of complicated for a not tech savvy personnel since they are offering everything in one basket
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing leads, live chat service for our website and also planning to use the support desk along with the ticketing system, email sequences and knowledge hub features

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and they have so many resources for you to learn how to maximize its potential. It also offers some amazing tools for sales teams and for automating your marketing campaigns

The price isn’t the lowest , but they give you so much for free and their platform is easily the best so it’s worth the price

I’m using it specifically for sales. The CRM is amazing. I also run all my marketing automations on here. Email drips specifically

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can easily find files, emails, forms and LP's that you have previously set up. As long as you use proper naming conventions that you use across the board, things can easily be found, even years after putting them together!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how hard it is to navigate HTML in the email section of Hubspot. I liked the older version better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to compare email stats from each send and it is very handy having all contacts in one area. I find that as long as you do the research about what services Hubspot offers there are many benefits that you might not even know about!

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of our clients on our site. We are coming closer to enabling you to accurately identify our clients based on their habits and the pages they visit! Moreover, the workflow allows for a very smooth-running process, from the presentation of the form to manual delivery to our Sales managers. Preparing the necessary fields so that the sales manager can understand the customer's requirements makes the process easier for all involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still not sure if this is the case, but I would like to be able to insert a " comments " to the installation message, which is not in the header of the password message itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows to see what works and what doesn't work for different campaigns. This enables me to better target my campaigns and adapt them to specific target groups. I can measure the effectiveness of our online activities and give direct links to qualified advertisers.

Amazing marketing management tool that has all the features of a single, very versatile tool, and when I recommend it! HubSpot, is the best and guarantees excellent results.

Easy to use. All information is clear and navigation is intuitive. HubSpot removes a lot of the 'chores' related to creating and executing marketing campaigns. It connects Marketing efforts to Sales results.

If you are buying the entire package you feel they are asking for an upgrade for too many different functions.

The Best Sales and Customer Support tool for the Money!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with all of my Gsuites applications and tools such as email and events. It is perfect for the starting agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way the contact screen is centered on the left-hand-side. I have seen better presentations for contact information. I wish I could customize this layout and move it to the top (instead of the left)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am importing leads, calling them to set appointments, and them managing them in my pipeline with automated tasks. This saves time and makes sure that the client gets the attention they need to close.

I would recommend taking all of their free training and courses. There is so much there to learn from. You will become a master at CRM and HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is an invaluable tool for marketing teams both small and large. It allows you to have robust functionality including email campaigns, social media scheduling, workflows, forms, CTAs and more all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the templates can be a bit difficult to edit if you want to customize. Although they do put out updates and upgrades fairly frequently, so I believe they are getting better and improving those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to create landing pages, forms and CTAs in order to capture leads and then track performance of different messaging and campaigns. Having that information in one dashboard is extremely beneficial when gauging success.

I really like that you can see the social media analysis in individual posts, it's great for marketing techniques and lead generation because we easily link it with different tools, I also love that the platform has free and buy templates and you can modify them to suit your needs. you need, the website interface is clean and easy to navigate, SEO optimization is very simple for beginners and it is excellent for understanding how to implement better keywords on websites, this platform has all the tools you need for marketing, it is a really advanced marketing software, also social tools are very easy to navigate, I like how it saves us time through workflows and allows us to focus on other tasks.

I really like using this platform, it has a wide variety of tools and functions that give me many opportunities for marketing management, my experience with this software has been very positive and I have nothing bad to mention about HubSpot.

This tool has allowed our small team to increase our work output, Hubspot has provided us with a centralized solution compared to all the tools we were using, thanks to this platform I can manage everything in one place, HubSpot does a great job with your sending email to help you see everything you need before hitting submit, most of our content is done using HubSpot blog tool, we are very satisfied with this powerful software.
