What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the campaign tracking, the formatting and how user friendly blog posting is, I also enjoy the integrated social media outlets and the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if the resizing and image uploading for things like background headers was easier or if there was a tool within Hubspot that would allow you to reformat without having to do it outside of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding where leads are coming from and tracking attribution with the amazing new attribution reporting tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot marketing hub makes it easy to get all your marketing needs met in one place. The best part? Their customer service team. You'll never wait more than a few mins and usually the representative will do everything they can to get your ask done while on the phone. Super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a time when I needed to get important emails sent out and there was a brief outage, but hours later it was fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If not creating your website with a developer who really knows Hubspot you may find some issues in easily making changes. Luckily the team is a phone call away.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. I am able to automate emails, responses, reminders. It makes everything streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a knock on HubSpot, but our sales and marketing teams are not on the same page when using HubSpot. It makes using it difficult at time - data isn't always accurate or well maintained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to create forms, landing pages, and emails that go out to current and potential clients. The reports section is awesome! It makes measuring KPIs easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that your sales and marketing team agree to the use and application of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easier to use with adding modules. Less coding involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need a template and depending on your access, its not always easy to adjust templates, or you need coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, easy to pass leads to different people in organization.

The perfect tool for Marketing Automation

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for the past 11 months. Opening it up daily, setting up workflows, creating email templates, managing leads and preparing automated workflows. I must say this tool is one of the most impressive tools I have used. It just makes my life easy, it doesn't need a lot of technical configurations, plus even if you get stuck on something, Hubspot's Customer Support is top notch!

The best thing I personally like about Hubspot is ease of setting up workflows. It allows a wide variety of automations to work with and its super simple!! We send out like 50,000+ emails every month with just few clicks and the best part is it has detailed insights on how the emails performed along with goal completions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being from a technical background, I didn't find anything which could I dislike/which limits our company's operations. Only thing which can be made better is the email builder and blog templates. The drag and drop feature within the email template can be made more fun and interactive with new set of templates. Other than that, I love Hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate pretty much everything on our Marketing operations through Hubspot. Workflows and email marketing is something we use daily.

Sending out emails to thousands of users, scheduling and filtering them automatically through workflows is something which makes it unique.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an organization looking to work efficiently and save time, Hubspot is the best tool out there to manage everything at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Inbound Marketing philosophy of Hubspot. I base 100% of my own marketing strategy on this strategy and this is the strategy that I sell to my clients.
My favorite tools ? Workflows and Automated Emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot updates it tools frequently, so there is nothing I dislike for long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead gen : at least +20%.
Conversion : +10 % conversion and less time spent.
Sales automation : +25% time saved.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create a Marketing campaign, the landing page builder is so easy to use and navigate. Fantastic detail of personalised content in your communication with your potential or existing customers. Virtually unlimited fields for Contacts that you can customise for your business. Loads of templates you can use or purchase to achieve your results. Very convenient to schedule your actions and automate a huge part of otherwise manual work with emailing customers and prospects. The software automatically allows creating dynamic lists from your marketing email audience, i.e. the ones who opened the email or the ones that did not open the email as well as the bounced contacts and unsubscribes if any. The software also provides the heat map of clicks on your marketing emails in case you have more than one CTA. It is very easy to build links into the email or have a CTA placed. Integration with Zoom webinars and G Suite is another thing that makes everything work in a very very well orchestrated way for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
User rights could be more diverse to access more features, i.e. the roles of users could be more configurable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Potential customer reach is great with Marketing tools as well as conversation templates that allow a more personal approach. And the functionality and level to what you can personalise your communication is fantastic! You can also collaborate with colleagues very easily. You have statistics at the tip of your fingers either on mobile or on PC.

What do you like best about the product?
My most favourite bits of HubSpot email marketing is being able to use it for email templates as well as email tracking, saving lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful bit of HubSpot marketing is for sequences, you cannot unenroll in bulk so this takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems being solved by HubSpot marketing include seeing email opens statistics and seeing ROI of marketing efforts. Reporting on these is excellent and clear.

What do you like best about the product?
HMH makes managing campaigns across email and social media simple and intuitive. Landing pages are easy to build, customise and monitor overtime. Managing marketing outreach within HMH all in the same place makes reporting far easier too, especially when associating activity with specific campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is no reporting 'dashboard' for social activity, but i'm sure this is in development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing campaigns across email and social media - As previously mentioned. It also provides Sales with the ability to view campaigns ahead of follow-ups as well as viewing how a contact has viewed, interactive with outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how powerful the tool is, different small tools working together: landing pages creation, email creation, automated workflows, contact management, analytics dashboards, social, ppc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. I do think it's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create automated workflows and segment my contacts list is the best way to create detailed marketing campaigns for each audience. Also, being able to see the navigational behaviour of each contact is such a TREMENDOUS insight. You can see how many pages each user visited before contacting you, from which url they submitted a contact form... Endless information...

Hubspot is for you if you want to use a tool where you can store all your marketing information, campaigns and data
