Easy to deploy, scalable and effective tool to reach almost every marketing target

solving: easy exchange of information within the inside sales and sales team, profiling and evolutioning of the leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the integration between different systems. Easy to navigate and understand where things are located. I also think the automation tool is excellent, is very easy to use an allows a plethora of capabilities in a very easy system. I think that it's an excellent system for a team that doesn't have a lot of available development bandwidth to implement landing pages, lead gen forms, drip campaign, lead field mappings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation in what I can accomplish. Lack of clarity on the landing and blog page backend. I also think that certain features aren't fully baked but rolled out to customers. I would like more best practices or easy explanations of how to improve marketing tactics. I also think that there are too many field/properties and it can get confusing as to which fields are actually being used and which are just 'gathering dust.\
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads. Communicating with leads effectively. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Making sure that we understand which leads are receiving which marketing assets. Useful in segmenting our lists and understanding our database. Great task/next steps tool. I've realized looking into our CRM and knowing who should be involved in which email campaign and who should not.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated workflow system, it saves our team a lot of time where we would have to send a lot of emails out as our customer base is big and as a telecoms company, we have a lot of customers in different stages of their build.
With the automated workflow we can let them run on their own journey so they're touched enough times but not too often without us having to keep checking in.

What do you dislike about the product?
That the 'sales' side of it isn't great. I know it's a pure marketing system but sales and marketing tends to link together quite strongly, especially in our company we're both dependant on each other so the functions in the sales side could be a bit smoother. I've used salesforce before and some of the functions in those are good.
Also we use our own system on the back end of our website, and it has been quite a struggle to link our system with Hubspot through the API but we're getting there!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been a massive time saver with the automated work flow for emails. When a person registers on our website, they get an automatic email workflow come through until they become a customer. Before we'd have to keep collating registered contacts at the end of every month and sending them out an email. This has allowed the team to focus on other campaigns and bespoke offers that we can push through which is helping us keep our contacts engaged.

we can not use email without footer in hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
while creating emails and landing pages i did not face any problem regarding responsivesness and all the sections hubspot provided like Rich Text and images that type of module i like because we have to put the image on them and it works very well.

Good Quality Landing Page Builder with Strong Integration & Analytics support
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot marketing hub is a one-stop marketing solution. It takes away the hassle to manage multiple accounts in a centralized platform.
The process for building landing pages is unique and nice. Forms integration is also easy. Cloning landing pages really helps to create personalized variants.
Social media scheduler is really helpful in putting social media posts in order.
The single platform also helps us in managing Google ads right from the same dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page builder platform has a restricted access feature which sometimes makes it difficult to understand the modules. This is not helpful for people who have just started with Hubspot.
The landing page builder also has limited features which restricted me to create interactive pages.
In social media platforms, posts preview are not as attractive as other platforms. Still need to rely on the analytics section of the original platforms. The analytic reports do not reflect in Hubspot which it makes it cumbersome.

We're trying to enable quality marketing for our customers using Hubspot. Quality asset builders, reporting, UTM tracking helps us in the proper execution of marketing ops.

Hubspot is a good platform to bring marketing in order. For B2B and B2C it's a good way to manage your subscribers & customers.

Ability to create lists based on the desired data points. Probably Hubspot is the only platform that gives us such ability to segregate the lists.

At present, I don't have anything which I dislike, but I request you to add more font options at present the font options are limited as far as I know.
Also please give the platform ability to divide the lists with a huge number. With this, we can send email to a list of people with limited numbers, let's say 1000 per campaign.
If possible give an option to crop or make edits to the image, yes it is connected to Canva but staying in the single window while working would help us more.

Previously we were unable to get the list of influenced contacts, but with Hubspot, we can now get the list of those influenced contacts.

The best Email Marketing tool to go with. They add updates to the platform more frequently which makes it more user-friendly. I recommend this over all the available tools.

1. Setting up email is really easy with drag and drop modules.
2. Cloning is another great feature.
3. Easy scheduling makes life easy
4. Setting up drip campaigns is easy using workflows
5. Integration with 3rd party apps is easy, we mostly use salesforce integration.
6. Creating zapier to send data to google sheets from hubspot is also very easy and convenient.
7. Importing contacts is one feature that helps us in sending communication to segmented audience.
8. Manual creation of lists is also very effective, using multiple filters we can easily segment the audience as per our requirement.

2. Lack of weekly/monthly report on email health performance
3. lack of Email sender score identifier
4. Lack of CC features in emails is big trouble, and an email can only be sent to the primary email address in that case. The other email ID just gets stored as secondary email and it cannot be used at all.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the templates without any coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to customize templates of our own. The customer service from Hubspot on self-customized pages is low because they only offer services on issues that come on their templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are engaging our customers to directly contact us with the forms on the landing pages. Lead generation made easy.

It's a good tool for Sales CRM and marketing automation.
I absolutely LOVE HubSpot and cannot recommend it more highly!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is key when using HubSpot! Using the workflows to automatically trigger emails is so helpful & saves time for us. The cloning functions for eDMs and Landing Pages allows us to work efficiently and utilise existing designs with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see more depth in the analytics tools, rather than simple engagement metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving using HubSpot include managing a huge database of contacts, many of which are completely different audiences! HubSpots lists & segmentation allow us to manage these effectively.
