Most cost effective, integration friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use compared to so many other CRMs and has very good integrations with all the major digital marketing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was fairly complicated to figure out how to add custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting, nurturing, closing leads, and reporting that data back to the advertising platforms.
Easy to Use and Fun to track
What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed report about each lead's activity. Really helps figure out a prospect need before making contact, so I can seem like even more of an expert to the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now I truly have no complaints about hubspot. all is good thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of leads and prospects is very easy and clear, user friendly. Helps when I connect with the prospect and can sorta pinpoint their pain based on their activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to report on traffic, landing pages, blog posts by views etc is an incredibly helpful and convenient tool integrated in the CRM system which means we don't have to create these reports externally. The fact that you can create blog posts and share to different social media platforms with the click of a button is really helpful. The calender view of when each post is due to be published is incredibly handy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to found a downside to the HubSpot Marketing Hub!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing has enabled us to do almost everything we need to do in one CRM system which makes our workload significantly smaller and our work far more streamlined. The reporting tool is something we use on a daily basis for a multitude of departments. We have several workflows in place which makes tasks that would usually be done manually far easier and quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot itself has been a pleasure to use. The CRM system is easy and self explanatory and if I have any questions then the live chat team are always helpful, polite and generally always solve my problem(s). The reporting tool is handy, easy to execute and saves a lot of external work. The publishing section is so quick and easy and, as long as you integrate your accounts, needs almost no skill to perform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, easy to use and nicely explained. What's also really great is that you can get 24/h support via chat, email or phone and there's always a real person (not a bot) on the other end to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead capture forms don't always display on external platforms, such as Wordpress. A person can only be added to a workflow once and not re-enrolled, which sometimes means manual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all contacts in one platform is great. We use HubSpot for lead and contact management, sales emails, live chat, newsletter, forms and partly reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for startups but also established companies!
HubSpot used to have a mid-market ceiling, now it's scales to enterprise.
What do you like best about the product?
A huge number of the marketing tools we need, all in one place, means that the whole team gets value from HubSpot and uses it on a day-to-day basis. Less hassle managing lots of integrations also means better, more joined up data right through marketing, sales, and customer success.
Unlike some competitors, HubSpot has a great user interface and is actually nice to use - which makes a huge difference to adoption and reduces the time to value for new team members.
It's easy to create dashboards that are easy for the whole business to understand which helps with engagement and transparency between teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the limitations that I've struggled with in the past on the Professional tier (that led me to start evaluating some more "enterprise" competitors) have recently been resolved—there's now much more reporting available, they're expanding their ABM feature set, and calculated fields are now available.
That said, their first line support is a bit hit or miss—you often get someone who doesn't "get" marketing or doesn't have the depth of product knowledge to answer fairly basic questions. I'd also love to see more complex attribution models (currently only available in Enterprise) available in the Professional tier. That would make HubSpot a complete "no brainer" for almost anyone choosing a marketing automation / sales CRM tool.
The reporting functionality, whilst simple to use, is quite basic in terms of being able to create complex queries so you need a third party reporting tool to support in-depth reporting.

HubSpot makes it quick to iterate on marketing and sales ideas, measure the results, and improve. With everything from social media monitoring to basic organic search and ad ROI reporting in one place it's easy to quickly get a high level overview of how campaigns are performing.

Could Not Be a Bigger Fan!
What do you like best about the product?
1) HubSpot support is by far the best in the industry! They are incredible. If you need assistance with a report or editing a landing page their support team is so well cross trained!
2) Robust API Integrations! This makes reporting a breeze as well as increased our productivity! This is a huge selling point for me!
3) Intuitive. The entire platform is easy to use and set up logically! You can customize your view based on department as well!

1) I wish they offered more certifications that are not just HubSpot platform focused.
2) Recently, the platform has experienced a few data outages. This can set productivity behind. However, their team is quick to communicate this with users.

Problems Solved: Marketing Hub has made our team substantially more productive. With everything in one platform, you can easily complete tasks.
Data aggregation is such a plus! Not all stakeholders are well versed in marketing reporting. However, reporting and aggregation on the platform is robust!

An Easy Way to Implement Email Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
So, for context, I primarily use Hubspot to implement email campaigns for potential clients. For this use, it definitely does a great job! Each email is timely and has little to no issues with delivery. I'm able to track all the things I need to in terms of my campaigns. Managing them is pretty easy as well. We also have it integrated into our Salesforce, and it works super well in this regard!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many complaints with this program. One main criticism I have is that it takes longer then I'd like for my Salesforce integrations to sync with Hubspot. The website itself can be a little confusing to navigate, but to be fair, I don't utilize the actual website a ton.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, my entire company is now working from home. During this time of quarantine, we have been relying a lot more on communicating with prospective clients via email. This is where hubspot went from a great feature to a vital one. It's become integral to my communications with clients. It's so easy to set up email campaigns, and I set up a lot of them every day. The program has actually become so important that it's part of our daily quota system. I couldn't imagine having to send individualized emails to every single one of my prospects that I need to communicate with on a daily basis. Hubspot saves me a ton of time and energy when it comes to email communication!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to communicate your product to a large amount of prospective clients, Hubspot will fit all of your needs!

We consider hubspot as a comprehensive software, which allows the collection of different kinds of important information about customers in easy-to-personalize analysis, and that we can use whenever we want to increase the chances of having better sales opportunities, or in any case, to ensure that we will be able to continue to retain customers for some time to come. In both cases, it is very convenient for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it can focus on the use of SEO that we give to our website, Hubspot does not have a manager that allows direct tracking of links. The solution we found was none other than using other software to cover such a function.

Making contact with people within hubspot is very easy to achieve, since the scope that we can obtain will completely depend on our ability to take advantage of the communication tools within the platform, and at their reach. Hubspot can be the ideal platform so that each professional relationship with customers can be nurtured to the maximum, and this in turn serves to generate more opportunities to sell products. Hubspot is unlimited in terms of reach, since depending on the plan we can work with infinite people, and that serves to ensure that inbound marketing campaigns are always at a good level of reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to quickly expand the profit margin you can have through online sales, hubspot is the perfect software. In fact, it has so many uses that the results could be worked to offer detailed keyword or profit data.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place makes Hubspot really powerful. Everyone on the team has access to the tools and features they need to do their job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be numerous ways to achieve the same outcome in Hubspot as some of the features cross over each other such as filters, lists and workflows. This means it can sometimes be difficult to know what the "best-practice" set up is. That said, Hubspot support are always responsive and helpful whenever these types of questions arise.

We needed a platform that the whole sales and marketing org can use for end-to-end planning, tracking and reporting.
