Robust and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I have found HubSspot, while being very robust, to be a user friendly and intuitive platform. There are so many knowledge base articles and education available to easily learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything at the moment that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is our sole marketing platform. I used it daily for social media, email marketing and lead generation; as well as marketing automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to go through the various training from the beginning. Set a schedule and follow through with completion. I did not and regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hubspot is the many tools that they provide.
Plus, it is a user-friendly tool, where they always try to update with the current trends. For instance, I loved using their integrated tool with Vidyard into my emails. With in a few clicks, I can easily include personal videos to my contact to keep the conversation interesting for all.
The sequences are a nice feature where I can pre-built personalised automatic emails.
All my emails with my contacts are sync to my outlook, so I never miss a message ;-)
My dashboard allows me to track my progress in concrete numbers.

What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few days or 1 week to adapt and understand the system. The concept of lists of contacts can be a little confusing in the beginning.
For this reason, I highly recommend to follow their academy to make sure you cover all of the basis and understand the full potential of the tool. You can even make it a competition in your team with the most courses done on the academy hub!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better overview on our contacts, allowing us to better respond to questions and interests, and ability to centralise all information in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice as mentioned before is to take the time to do the academy online to have a firm foundation. It really is worth it because there is so much to try and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating versatile object properties to tune the contacts and company database to our CRM and Saas app.
Event triggers is another lifesaver allowing us to segment and create real-time workflow registration according to user actions.
Workflows options are added all the time allowing us to improve the performance of our funnels making them more engaging.
The creation of CTA, Forms, and Emails is intuitive, The drag and drop option allows you to create Emails from pre-built templates almost with coding.
I must say that Hubspot's support is very good and most of the time take care of our needs within minutes allowing us to move forward without delays.

Popup-forms cannot be fully customized and targeting triggers are a bit limited.
Workflows canvas is not flexible enough making it impossible to duplicate an action or a group of actions. It would be also nice to have the ability of multiple enrollment triggers right within the workflow itself.
Reporting should be improved, especially report customization and design. Attribution modeling is hard for us. I would also like to see better groups of attributes and the ability to rename elements like Contacts, Lead and Opportunities.

Hubspot allows the creation of automated processes so I can focus on developing new processes and making old ones more efficient. It allows us to collect user data from different data sources into it's CRM and create workflow automations based on many criterias in real-time.

No matter if your a startup or an enterprise Hubspot can deliver most of your needs without the hassle or complex development.
The Hubspot Academy is a very good resource to get certified on marketing in general and the usage of Hubspot. it is highly recommended for all marketing team members to utilize this resource.

Maybe a little complicated when you have a multi-lingual business. For the knowledge base and marketing emails and workflows.
All my files and folders are messy and I spend a lot of time looking for things.
We don't use much of the ads and social media. I don't see a benefit in doing so.
Sometimes some features are lacking, but other ones come out quickly, so in the end, I almost always find a way out.

I've never used another CRM but we do all CRM, marketing and sales. So everything is linked to HS for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my digital agency can all complete our work using this one program. They are also very responsive when we have questions for them which makes the user experience even better. I like that when you make changes in HubSpot for social media it automatically updates on the platforms as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitation on size/number of accounts. I work in social media specifically and the design of the platform is not very agency friendly. Where we are we would need to bump up to the Enterprise level which is much more expensive. I wish they would reconsider how this aspect of the tool is organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked with HubSpot to fix connection issues for social media accounts as well as asked for more information with system updates - they are very responsive and willing to help!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very intuitive. It's always very easy to figure out how to do things in HubSpot, and if you can't, help articles are always useful and easy to find; plus support is just an email, chat or phone call away. The team is very responsive and usually go beyond what you expect. I'm always discovering neat little features that make my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media reporting is not robust. Twitter somehow never shows impressions. It's a bit hard to create a monthly report as information is scattered in different places. Top posts only shows 10 posts, so for all metrics you have to view posts individually, export data and do your own report.
Also, HubSpot changes a lot very frequently. It can sometimes be too much.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to communicate with our customers in a smart, easy way. HubSpot has allowed us to understand our customer data base, given we have more visibility into our customers than ever. We are also able to deliver specific messages to different types of customers due to customer segmentation and smart content. We also have a lot of insights from having our customer satisfaction surveys sent through HubSpot. Workflows and automation have made on-boarding a success. Live chat has been a wonderful sales tool that allows us to reach our customer at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
First things first, Hubspot is very easy to use. The capacity to adapt existing landing pages, create very professionnal emails without help of the Design department in most cases is absolutely great. This give a amount of flexibility and reactivity that every marketers aims at!
Also, I just love the way Hubspot is structured and how different components fit with one another (landing pages, emails, campaigns, workflows..). The platform's user experience as well as its user interface is very clean and fits perfectly to a daily user's habits like myself.
At last, the in-depth analytics for each component that allows testing, produces a continuous improvement environment.

Being a very complete software, it takes some time and possibly training to understand the extent of Hubspot possibilities.
Tutorials that are available in the academy can be usefull but are not hands-on enough and lack step-by-step approach.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main project I am working on using Hubspot consists of the creation of Landing Pages and Emails with personalization for internal and external use.

What do you like best about the product?
In one word: inter-connectivity. HubSpot can be your CRM, email marketing management tool, social media tool etc. And all that is connected together. Go Pro and you can even take advantage of automation tools - emails, workflows... it's so much of it to just put it all here! It works miracles if your work includes lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's project management tool is probably my biggest dislike, it's limited in what it can do. There is no proper way to filter tasks and projects, which is a real pain if you have dozens and dozens of them assigned to multiple people...
Also, let's be honest, if you want to delve deeply into automation and other advanced tools, it's quite expensive. But the value for the money is there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated lead generation tool in a form of the HubSpot Score, accompanied by automated emails and workflows, were the biggest game-changers for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is offering a lot and a lot of options (marketing, sales, services...). Firstly, recognise your needs - what is it that you need for the marketing purposes of your organisation? After you have that, it's best to contact a HubSpot representative, tell them your needs, and go from there. It's the easiest way to find out if HubSpot can give you what you need. Doing all the research only on your own would be very time-consuming (believe me, I was there).

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to personalize our marketing emails using both smart rules and dynamic content. HubSpot email workflows are also very easy to create and offer a lot of versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that generating lists takes a long period of time. I also dislike the fact that you are unable to customise emails for both mobile and desktop, to optimise your emails for both platforms.

We have been able to further segment our contacts and send personalised content as well as create workflows that we can easily track and test.
