User-friendly Inbound Sales & Marketing software with great user community
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very complete tool to tie marketing efforts to sales opportunities and to get a 360° view on campaign performance. Hubspot makes it easy for marketers to execute their inbound strategy and to tie all efforts together, e.g. by using the Campaigns feature: a blogpost, social shares, e-mail campaign, paid ads: you alway get a real time view on what is working best, so you learn what works best for next campaigns. Hubspot offers great support in many ways: in-person help via Helpdesk or our local Hubspot partner, Hubspot Academy and Knowledge base: top!
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor issue is that there is no undo button in the blog editor. But then again, if you suggest improvements, Hubspot listens and checks how to improve their software.
For complex B2B relationships, it requires some thinking how you will manage the accounts in Hubspot CRM (parent company, distributor, multinational, supplier, ...)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot ties marketing effort to sales opportunities: we can see how people found us, whatthey are interested in and easily assign to the right sales person and start building and nurturing the relationship.

I like how intuitive to use it is and all the possibilities of create, share and analize content it offers

if I had to say something I dislike, I would mention the amount of unexpected changes on the interface

Manage the design editor, send personalized mails, analize the visits to the company website...
HubSpot MarketingHub makes my small team feel much bigger
What do you like best about the product?
I spend nearly my entire day in HubSpot - I use the platform to implement, analyze and optimize all of my organization's digital campaigns. The ability to work on everything in one place not only saves me time, but gives me cross-channel and cross-campaign insights that I can't get anywhere else. (I've tried!) With the click of a button I can see how my campaigns are performing, and the optimization tools within the platform help me to make quick edits to improve performance as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design builders in HubSpot are still a little clunky, specifically in the web page builder, but also in the email and blog builders as well. The WYSIWYG editors have come a long way in the last few years, but I do still find myself fighting with even simple table designs on my website pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am largely responsible for the design, implementation, execution, analysis and optimization of every marketing campaign we run. HubSpot allows me to put my digital campaigns on autopilot so that I can focus on developing new campaigns and providing support to my sales team. Without the easy-to-use tools, scheduling capabilities, and insights I am able to get with HubSpot, I wouldn't be able to accomplish half of what I do in a day. Not to mention the insights the CRM tool collects about our leads and customers automatically. From a sales perspective that information is invaluable and allows our sales team members to have relevant conversations with every person who lands on our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Full disclosure - I have drank the HubSpot Kook-Aid. Not only in this tool extremely robust (on both the marketing and sales fronts) but I have also found the inbound marketing concepts behind every tool to be extremely effective. I have either implemented or expanded HubSpot tools for three different companies, all with completely different needs and goals, and it has been the right tool for the job every time. Every year the offerings grow more robust and I find myself pivoting my strategy to test new tools, and usually with quite a bit of success. Because I fully subscribe to the concepts behind the tool, the platform itself works extremely well.
Making marketing dreams come true
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has everything you need for CRM and marketing automation in an easy-to-use, out of the box solution that still has customizations. On the sales side, it cannot be easier to organize contacts and track activity. On the marketing side, making email blasts, landing pages, and forms is very easy to pick up and learn. What is very much one of the best features is found outside the platform - and that's the people and stellar customer service. There is a human element to the HubSpot platform unlike any other out there. They actually go beyond "customer service" and strive for "customer success." You can actually get a human on the phone to help you with your issues or for solving challenges in a way that fits your needs. 11/10 for the customer experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tiny features that would make the platform even better, but no deal-breakers. For example, you can't stop a form from accepting submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Marketing Automation, Event Registration. We have seen benefits in getting the data behind who our customers are, their engagement with us and our marketing efforts, and easy reporting.
Great User-Friendliness
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly easy and intuitive to use, but it still packs a punch in terms of the information it contains. I also really like the reporting functions and how simple it is to aggregate analytics from different forms of promotion into a centralized campaign dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the calendar view on the social scheduling platform, as I don't think the visibility is quite where it needs to be at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes standing up landing pages, blogs, social posts, newsletters, promotional emails, etc. super simple. It's nice to have everything in a centralized system where you can analyze past messaging and associated analytics to help inform what aspects of a campaign have worked well and then iterate if necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is an efficient tool to use, especially if your team consists of people who don't have as much background in web development or programming. With HubSpot, pretty much anyone on our team can easily create a landing page. One thing to make sure you do in HubSpot is naming everything efficiently, because it can become cluttered quite quickly. This is especially important when naming campaigns, creating inclusion and exclusion lists, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has provided us a centralized solution compared to all the tools we were using. Our communication with leads and users is much more seamless, timely, and professional. Even when we've been unable to use every marketing tool Hubspot has to offer, their giant library of integrations has helped us bring everything together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue we've had with Hubspot Marketing is setup and training. It's a very robust tool, so not something you can set up and use overnight. Since we are a small company, one of our challenges has been allowing the time needed to get everything working and employees trained to use it as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to scale for us using Hubspot has been huge. We could not have done it with the previous tools we were using.

What do you like best about the product?
the onborading is very intricate and Hubspot does everything they can to make sure you have help yiu need understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very hard to do. I dont have an IT department and so i had a hard time with the steps where that was necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from infusionsoft. We are enjoying the oferings of hubspot over infusionsoft 10 fold.

Small companies need more help!
Since we use HubSpot, there's real sales and marketing collab.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is connected. It's smart and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
More B2B features wouldn't hurt. Reports, for example, could be more company-centric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From lead capture to contact management, we try and do everything in HubSpot.
Tools on Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics tools (campaign, traffic, marketing email) are great to give insights into your campaigns and marketing efforts. I think it's a great tool to understand your customers better and to build trust with your clients and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we schedule posts on Hubspot, we cannot tag people (just companies) on LinkedIn . I am sure this feature will come soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social posts save me time and I can spend the rest of the time focusing on content strategy. My current problem is to have all my data in one platform. Our conversions are going to another platform so it's difficult to have the whole customer journey in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get marketing and sales team aligned. Sales team need to add information about their deals so marketers can use the CRM properly.
Outstanding Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have been through a lot of different marketing platforms through the years and have come to really like working with the HubSpot System. There are a lot of great things with the HubSpot marketing platform. I would say some of the things I find best with HubSpot is the ease of use, support is great, they have a lot of really good training programs and there are so many other programs that tie into HubSpot through their integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main things I hear from our clients is how often they are updating the system and everything is changing. That just shows me they are continually looking at user experience and always enhancing it to make the system better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I help our clients with is streamlining processes with workflows. They are amazed at how much time they can save when you set up the workflows to do most of the work.
