Excellent email templates, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I have able to generate inbound sales qualified leads without any prior experience of marketing. Quality of online certification courses is very high. Using Hubspot is user friendly, it's being adding value to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paid plan are little difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us to increase our inbound volume.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an easy application to get started using. I like that you can start creating pages and email and organizing your contacts with little ramp up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM is not friendly to tracking offline events. This is very frustrating. It is nearly impossible to accurately report the sources of contacts entered manually by a salesperson, imported from a sheet, or synced from a third-party app like a webinar or live event registration. I also think that the lack of being able to report on Forms data in aggregate is truly terrible. I spend hours manually assembling team and board reports each week because I can't get aggregated data across forms, or even create a report on forms at all. This seems like a bizarre misstep since forms are one of the key parts of the inbound method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to move skilled web development labor to less technical team members because the app is easy to use from a marketing perspective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is very useful for smaller businesses, businesses that can generate all or most of their leads online, and businesses with a straightforward B2B sales process. I have now used HubSpot with two companies that have a complicated sales structure and Hubspot's architecture is clearly not up for it.
Must-have for all marketeers!
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has become a must-have to me. Creating landing pages, emailing and segmenting among users is super easy and makes my everyday work way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Design Manager isn't very user-friendly at first- An onboarding video or product tour could help a lot!

Alignment between Marketing, Sales and Customer Succcess.

Less useful for customer success issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us to consolidate all of our commercial data in one place. We have been able to create highly effective forms, workflows and nurture campaigns to take our users on a journey. Training other teams to use reports and dashboards has had a huge impact on the flow of information in the business, and has highlighted many problem areas and successes for us to highlight.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have never found a CRM that is able to fully cover the needs of a marketplace business. However, HubSpot offers enough flexibility to be able to mould the CRM to cover 90% of the needs of our marketplace.
Easy, versatile and continually developing
What do you like best about the product?
I had to start using HubSpot with little to no traning and therefore it was extremely helpful that the interface is easy to understand and navigate. You can easily start by using some of the simpler functions and slowly graduate to use the more complex design manager or HubDB. The learning centre is also critical to my usage of HubSpot as I can always deepen my knowledge of the platform without taking hours and hours of expensive courses. The "help" section is also quite useful as the HubSpot team provides thorough support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Excel integration only works for very simple Excel documents. A more complex integration of Excel would be particularly helpful for our business. From a purely marketing perspective it would be nice to have an events section for trade shows, fairs and similar events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation tools are critical to minimize the time we spend on simpler tasks so we can focus more on more complex selling tactics. We are also working to use the tickets tool to improve our service level. HubSpot is really quite nice for sales and marketing alignment and from a purely marketing perspective it makes it quite easy to support the sales team in a variety of ways.

It is very easy to use and to get familiar with so the day to day operation will not take long to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with everything. Hubspot is a versatile tool that helps a company to handle and improve productivity

The properties option is a bit complicated to get hands on for a beginner. Also I wish it could have features like finding contacts of a company through search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automation and Unified Analytics. Being into Marketing Hubspot saved a lot of my time in automating several marketing tasks
User Friendly One-Stop-Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. From building landing pages to creating social posts to importing contacts, Hubspot's platform allows for easy organization of strategies and campaigns, and also allows you to track the work you've done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to navigate between one area to the next - for example when building a landing page, forms are built separately and might require opening a separate window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to combine all the elements of a campaign into one area. This allows me to track the results of each of the different elements and better understand how the campaign as a whole is working (or not) .
Hubspot For FB Landing Pages
What do you like best about the product?
I loved HubSpots flawless pixel integration and tracking. We recently used HubSpot to launch a landing page for our Facebook ads in hopes for a higher conversion rate. So far we have been able to measure accurately how well the landing page is doing compared to FB forms. Overall, the tracking material is accurate and inline with the tracking information on Facebook, making our job in determining the value of the landing page much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into some issues initially with connecting our FB forms to our HubSpot account. We tried troubleshooting and had no luck. This was frustrating as we were on a very tight schedule trying to launch our Ad campaign before a specific date. Eventually, we were able to get help from the HubSpot team who was able to connect our FB profile to our HubSpot profile within the day. From there on out, we did not run into any more problems with integration between the two platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are deciding whether having a landing page for our Facebook ad campaign has a higher conversion rate than using Facebook forms. With a simple and slick design, not only have we seen an increase in total submissions, but we are seeing that these submissions are higher quality than our Facebook forms. All in all, we are starting to fine tune the landing page and are seeing positive results, which is adding more value to our campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to go out and get help from the friendly HubSpot Staff. With one of our only problems, we initially tried to solve it ourselves, but would have been much better off consulting a hub spot specialist.
Novice Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I appreciate the ease of use, as well as the helpful guides and support team. Additionally, being able to create emails and landing pages from existing templates is a plus. As well as, being able to connect, post and monitor the analytics of our social platforms in one place is great. One other tool that has been a help is the "test" option. This allows you to see if the email you've created will render correctly with various email providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that Hubspot is ever changing to improve the platform but it can be frustrating when things change

Hubspot is allowing us to conveniently create and send emails, blogs and newsletters to key contacts; thus, keeping our customers engaged. The option to create landing pages has allowed us to navigate around some of the limitations we have with our current website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is fairly easy to learn the platform for any novice that is familiar with Marketing and willing to do the work.
I would recommend accessing the help tools and support team when issues arise, using the test and preview tools before sending emails, posting landing pages, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Academy and How-To Articles have been the most helpful tools that allow myself to self-teach new skills and easily reference any question I have regarding the tool. I really enjoy the Campaign Analytics as well since we can easily set Campaigns and analyze at scale. I also like the blog tool/editor as it is super easy to write, optimize and publish blogs and send automated email notifications as well. Plus the built in SEO tips & tricks helps us boost our blog searchability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot really think of the least helpful aspect of HubSpot besides the Sales portion of tool, but that's only because our organization doesn't utilize it (hence being the least helpful). I really enjoy every as aspect of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're really able to see if our Email Marketing Campaigns are successful or not and if they are generating any revenue through the GA integration. The Campaign Analytics have been especially helpful to compare our Regional strategies as well. We're also to easily see if any of our content, (emails, blogs, landing pages) are mobile/tablet responsive which helps a lot with overall engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When looking into using HubSpot, consider your contact database size. Ours is currently 60K contacts and can be difficult to manage. Make sure it can integrate with your CRM platform for further optimization.
