Powerful functionality & easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The part about about Hubspot is the ease of CRM management & the ability to search customers by any property imaginable. Workflows, lists, & deals reports are all great ways to manage and sort contacts and always be in control of your data. If I want to know exactly where leads from x channel are at any given moment, I can easily create a report, or even just pull up the report I've already made and saved that shows me exactly that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some specific reports are hard to generate in Hubspot, but there's usually another way to get the information you're after. For example, it's hard to get a graphic of contacts in sales funnel stages segmented by various marketing channels. You'd have to do each marketing channel individually and then compare different reports or screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to track customer behavior precisely, & easily merge existing & new contacts with each other. Previously, we had to manage forms, emails, & performance in different platforms which led to a higher rate of errors & greater uncertainty, confusion, & time needed to complete simple tasks.

Positive experience using Hubspot for Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to share the same social media posts across multiple platforms, simultaneously. This ends up saving time as it's faster than posting on each individual account. I also like that you can view social media analytics on individual posts. This also saves time as I don't have to visit each platform for this information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always have trouble tagging individual/personal LinkedIn pages. I'm not sure if Hubspot only allows tagging of Business pages but, either way, it has not been a good experience. This issue either limits who I have to tag, or increases my time scheduling an individual post as I have to schedule it on Hubspot, and then manually tag individual pages on the post itself on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to go to multiples platforms to schedule social media posts. With Hubspot, everything is all in one place, which cuts back on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd definitely recommend Hubspot for those who are looking for a single platform where they can handle all of their marketing needs and that is easy for everyone to use.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to navigate, but I especially love their support. Chat/email/phone everyone is responsive and helpful immediately and if they need additional help, you still get a timely solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were more workflow enrollment triggers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing. Our Biz Dev manager used to send mass emails through Salesforce and she was blocked by gmail for sending out too many. So we on the marketing team took over email blasts and have seen tremendous success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is super helpful for all marketing needs. We do not use it for the sales department, so I am not familiar with that side.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down, the Reports tab. There is so much helpful data, all easy to see in one convenient place. It's simple to toggle between campaigns as well. I also love that there is a HUGE library of information and knowledge to answer any questions and also to teach me how to become a better marketer.

By the way, for the question "What is your industry when using this product?" it won't let me select some options. I put "Market Research" but it's supposed to be "Marketing and Advertising." We are an Advertising Agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we are unable to schedule scrolling posts on Instagram, so I've had to manually post quite a few times to work around this. Also the fact that we can't Geotag or tag other accounts within the image. In fact, there are kind of a lot of things missing with Instagram that have pushed me to have to manually post, which is unfortunate since we are unable to track the analytics for those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it a lot easier to evolve our strategies for our social media accounts because of how easy it is to see reports at a glance and track analytics as they come in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you plan on integrating HubSpot with any other software... beware. It can get super pricey and complicated. While pretty much anything can be done within HubSpot, this also kind of works against you when you want to incorporate anything externally. And considering that HubSpot is already a pretty intense investment, this might be something to consider before moving forward.

Great all in one marketing suite

What do you like best about the product?
The layout, navigation and ease of use is still amazing. I really like the user interface and the ease of use. It makes the Salesforce interface and ease of use look like something out of the early years of dial up internet. Much superior to Salesforce in almost every respect.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a contradictory statement but there is almost too much and too many capabilities that it's hard to grasp and master or even learn about all of the new features, bells and whistles or even find the time to explore and determine what the new capabilities are. That may be on me and not HubSpot though.

One recent dislike is receiving notice of change in pricing and moving to a license type model and having to deactivate a lot of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation and lead nurturing are the two biggest problems we are solving with HubSpot. We have a long sales cycle so being able to send out regular emails that are relevant to the contacts is crucial. We see a lot of benefits from these automated workflows in terms of lead nurturing and educating our potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to track sales and marketing across initiatives, as well as hold team members accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform comes with a high cost. I've worked with 4 different agencies and had different pricing given to all of us and completely different customer service experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve many problems, such as email automation, connecting our marketing efforts to Salesforce, posting on social, keeping track of content and sharing files, as well as creating website forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is powerful, but you need to make sure your team is committed to learning and using it or you may not understand or see the benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The consistency, and the resources available to you. Also it plays pretty well with your webdev team as long as everyone knows where your site is plugged into Hubspot and why.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a lot more variation in the starter pack for Landing page templates. Having to essentially start from scratch there for even the most basic page concepts is frustrating.

Also the fact that you have to edit the html template to add new columns as your dragging and dropping content kinda defeats the purpose of "drag and drop." There are WordPress plugins that have more layout power that the layout tools in the Landing Page builder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency into what email topics and language are converting with our leads. Y/Y analysis on lead quality and source. Rapid prototyping with web pages and CTAs.

There's generally a benefit of time saved, and consistency between tests. Also, the email editing is easy enough that multiple teams can be involved without technical bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is most basically known as a CRM tool to capture and organize customer information. However, HubSpot can do so much more than that with the workflow, reports, and property options. Our company is very diverse in the customers we work with and how they function. The use of automation allows the groups to incorporate automation into their process to help them get back to the important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the email functionality could be more advanced. Forwarding forwarded emails would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating specialized pipelines and incorporating our group's processes into HubSpot has helped create a more pain-free buying experience for customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Being able to create emails, edit our website, and develop workflows all in one place is a real game-changer for our team. We are able to increase our effectiveness by the tools offered from HubSpot Marketing Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation is easy to use and easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they have too many clicks (like to open a list, I click on the name, which opens a side window, then I have to click on the arrow below. Previously, you would just click on the name).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many benefits - it works well, you can set it ahead of time, saves time, allows you to track open and click rates.

Sometimes the reporting is limited. For example, you can't pull a report with more than two criteria.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great - I really recommend it!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love hoe easy it is to use HubSpot for all the marketing venues to grow our sleep lab business in Alaska and around the World. AlaskaSleep.com went from 500,000 views a year to over 5 million website visitors in 2018 and 2019 each, making us one of the Top 5 Sleep Education Websites in the World. We couldn't have gotten there without HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish HubSpot did was give me one person I can talk to about my tech issues instead of putting in a request to just speak with the person that is open at the time.
