Everything you could need in a Marketing Automation Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot, is a fairly simple system to set up and utilize. I do love that there is a large amount of educational resources available, both from HubSpot and other users on Youtube and the internet with a quick google search. If you can't find what you're looking for, the support chat is always, always helpful. I love that the platform has free and for purchase templates and that you are able to modify them to fit your needs. The reporting is excellent and I love being able to set up my own dashboard so I can see data that's relevant to me. Landing pages and email templates are normally easy to edit and manipulate. I like that there are free templates as well as paid for templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, templates are hard to manipulate unless you have a good foundation knowledge in HTML and CSS. Some options are hidden and can be tricky to manipulate. Understanding workflow flows and IF / THEN statements to set up workflows and reports can also be tricky. We also have a little bit of trouble with white-listing and bounced emails in China. We have many reps and customers in that region that have been bounced twice because the IP and sending email were viewed as spam. We are trying to work with them and Hubspot to get them unbounded so they can receive our emails! Sometimes help documents can be outdated, which can be frustrating if you're following steps. Links, buttons and options may have moved and it makes the help article obsolete. The cost of the software can be scary, it is a huge investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big program we had was making sure contact data was correct and verified. We have a system where our reps can input data into our mainly used CRM. Sometimes the data input into that system is not correct or valid. In Hubspot, we can make sure this data is valid and correct and push it back (with some connections built by a 3rd party contractor) to make sure any data updated by users on landing pages or form submissions is pushed into our CRM that the rest of the company uses. A way to reach out to our customers and have viable data is very important. Hubspot allows us to send nicely designed email to anyone we choose. Being able to automate a lot of the work and clone automation has also been a huge time saver, allowing us to focus on other things.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is not only user-friendly and easy to use, but anytime you need assistance navigating through the abundance of tools, there's a HubSpot team member ready to assist you. Our agency's email marketing has become infinitely better, more design and user-friendly, and the analytics portion has really helped our team understand our marketing metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when asking for assistance, we're directed to a support page rather than being walked through the issue at hand. The social media tool could be more robust and allow multiple photos in posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our email marketing has, become more manageable and grown, our inbound prospecting and communication has become streamlined, our ability to schedule follow ups and give focus to project workloads has proved beneficial.

Definitely worth the investment if you have the contact data base and robust marketing needs that are served by hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use - when it comes to creating landing pages and emails, I don't need to be an IT whiz. I love the prospector tool, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do run into a technical issue that gives me trouble, but HS Support is always easy to get in touch with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to streamline our email marketing, landing pages, campaign tracking, and social media calendar all in one place.

It's a great tool for the novice and expert marketing team alike.
Expanded functionality for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Great functionality on top of marketing automation, such as social, website, chatflows, ads, SEO, projects, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizational structure isn't where it needs to be. Campaigns don't contain all associated components/assets, and a folder structure is much more pleasing to the eye and very organized individuals.

Managing comprehensive marketing campaigns and creating assets that support brand consistency.

While the automation is fantastic-
The reporting features make HubSpot usable for leadership meetings to show the return on campaigns instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mass sequencing is an add on, would like to have that included!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation to keep our message top of mind, on demand reporting for the marketing team as well as leadership, keeping inside sales team prioritized and higher converting landing page options!
Good software for marketing professionals with limited design skills
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to create emails, use campaigns and collaborate with the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Landing pages are not drag and drop! Also, there is limited customization for emails if you are use to having more flexibility with padding, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound marketing and trying to make the phones ring. More outbound means more inbound. We can put together emails very quickly ad hoc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the simplest CRM/Marketing software I have used. It can be used by someone with little to no CRM experience but can be challenging for a marketer with some design experience.
Integration and Collaboration for Cross Functional Approach
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy tool to integrate sales and marketing - uniform/consistent resources via documents tool, meetings with meaning and easily scheduled via meetings tool and helps to put a name to a face when meeting someone for the first time, marketing automation and integration with blog are user friendly and easy to share/modify. Updates frequently to address bugs and advancements in technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations, such as the blog tool, are limited and cannot translate to other pages on a Wordpress site as it is a rather static tool. Meetings and Documents are easy for marketing to manage but require a sales subscription to access even if you are not 'using' the tool outside of document management, for example. Reporting is an additional feature and depending on how you choose to use the system it can be cumbersome to pull data from form submissions to see a real conversion to sales rate (as opposed to only submission conversions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross functional integration to keep multiple teams informed and supply consistent, traceable resources along with maintaining our corporate blog and integration with forms, landing pages, and contact management. Overall, a robust program that is helping our teams work more fluidly together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the tutorials and be more familiar with the software - take the new course if it is available and learn about the changes that HubSpot might have implemented or learn about new options that your team can utilize. Know that sometimes you might have to find a way to make a system fit your business model a little more specifically and keep an open mind.
Easy Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I manage the social media for my company and I love the calendar view. It's easy to schedule my posts in advance on each platform. I have tried other social media scheduling platforms and this is by far my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if there is but I would love it if there was an option to add a "comment" on an instagram post to include hashtags not in the actual caption of the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time by being able to post content on multiple platforms simultaneously.
User-friendly, intuitive, powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflow automations and ability to manipulate data records in a simple manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that HubSpot doesn't have a merge tool or feature as part of the subscription.

It's the best CRM and Marketing Automation platform on the market. It does virtually everything and maintains ease of use entry marketers and sales people up to seasoned experts.
HubSpot Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to schedule content on ALL platforms - I like how the calendar is laid out in front of you with all scheduled posts and you can also schedule drafts to plan for future post ideas!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't upload more that one image on Instagram, you can't tag on the actual photo for Instagram, you can'y upload a "location" for Instagram posts, it is difficult to upload some IG pictures for sizing reasons - it would work on phone (for portrait mode as an example) but not on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better time management with scheduling posts ahead of time. Helps with social media planning/ ideas - as they are all laid out in front of me.
