Great service, but high initial price point

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has all the tools you need for inbound marketing, and they integrate easily with just about any other system. Uptime so far has been 100%, and the system is fast and generally easy to use. The company also seems actively engaged in improving its services--which is good, considering that other companies sometimes take on an attitude of "you're just not using it right."
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone and chat support have basically disappeared since I started using HubSpot, so any support requests take a few days to resolve. The file editing system (website builder?) seems clunky and not very intuitive. I can't even begin to imagine building a website using their platform--fortunately, no one's ask me to yet. HubSpot also seems to lack an intermediate price plan, which means that I can't convince many of my clients to use it. Going from $50/month to $800/month is a big jump.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used HubSpot to totally transform the digital presence of one of my clients (the only one that can afford the price tag). By using HubSpot to create blogs, landing pages, CTAs, pop-ups, emails, workflows and everything else on the inbound list, we've increased traffic and lead generation exponentially.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before springing for the Professional tier, try the Starter and see what kinds of limitations you come up against. This will give you a better idea of the features you actually need, and how much you should be spending to get them.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and automation functionality is my favorite tool in HubSpot. Workflows can help any marketing/salesperson regardless of their level of technical knowledge. Some of our team members have multi-step, complex workflows and some of our team members use one-step, simple workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the campaign reporting had slightly different functionality. You cannot attribute multiple campaigns to landing pages, but we often have multiple campaigns driving to one landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the automation HubSpot allows us to create, our Admissions team can focus more time on their enrollment efforts and less time on manual processes.

HubSpot: Your One-Stop-Shop for CRM/Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Bonus: the sheer depth of tutorials and how-to's makes using HubSpot a breeze. Double bonus: they are constantly adding new features which makes the platform ever-more robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is hardly a negative, but there are so many features in HubSpot that it's easy to get a little overwhelmed by just how much you can accomplish. Sometimes it's difficult to know where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and scheduling multiple social media accounts through HubSpot has put so many hours back into my week. I know that the posts will appear correctly, link correctly and go out at the right time. Unlike other scheduling platforms, I know I can trust HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to automate things, but customize them so that your clients would never know they are. Sequences and Workflows are your best friend for a more efficient and effective day. When originally working with HubSpot, I was nervous to use these automated tools, but you will only get more comfortable with them if when you use them more.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform has one issue... it is not Instagram friendly. You cannot use Carousel, you cannot adjust picture size like you could if posting from a phone. You can't space things like you can from a phone. I also wish they had more social media reporting. I have my own reports I have created that I track on a google spreadsheet instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to set tasks, customize templates for a more efficient work flow. I recently also started using the HubSpot app and have loved it. You can make a call, log it, and create your next task right from your phone. This has helped me when I'm working remotely, especially if you are working and suddenly your internet goes down... using the app on my phone solved that.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the best for your inbound campaign which capture the real time data and it convert from prospect to leads. Overall Hubspot is the best inbound marketing campaign and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike from my side because we are getting lot of revenue with this tool.

Hubspot host the user conferences and inbound marketing campaign and Hubspot also offers for software for marketing, sales and customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is much easier to use than other marketing tools I have used such as Marketo and Eloqua. It's great that you have a team of experts on hand to address any issues you have at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothin to dislike. What else can I say!

it's very quick to set up campaigns and offers flexibility with email templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hubspot makes your job more automated and productive. Thousands of emails can be sent daily effortless. You just need once to create workflows for each journey flow of your product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive. However, it can easily be compared with a salary of an extra employee in the Marketing & Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot offers time efficiency. It guarantees that we will be consistent in terms of how we communicate with our stakeholders since everything is automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive while easy to use. Nice marketing design templates provided for the user to just easily input the content which helps to save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools like workflow are quite complicated to use. I hope that hubspot could provide some short and easy to learn video for us to better understand the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the coding about the marketing template design. I always use live chat to ask question and the stuff can always understand my question and solve my problem in a short while.

If you are looking for a comprehensive and user friendly software for your company, Hubspot is definitely one of the best option you should consider.

What do you dislike about the product?
It costs hefty. Tool is not for mass mailing campaigns. Can mainly be used for inbound marketing only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our blogs and registrations go through Hubspot. We use Social Media automation tools and email marketing tools too. Fact that support is just a click away, makes thing better. Even if you go wrong, hand holding is around so you are certain to make experiments and learn.

One Platform to Rule Them All.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to tie marketing efforts to ACTUAL REVENUE. Rather than being perceived as the company barnacles, your marketing team can show the real value of their contributions.

- Extremely user-friendly. Your marketers won't form codependent relationships with your devs because they can actually make the simple tweaks themselves.

- Sales and marketing aren't silo'd and can actually operate in the same universe. Behold: Planet Smarketing.

- Plays nice with other software. Great API/integration capabilities. And if you ever want to migrate off, it's a really simple process. Migrating from anywhere else (looking at you, Wordpress) takes massive effort.

- An extremely reasonable price when you consider the fact that comparable platforms don't include security and tech support. You end up paying a lot of extra fees elsewhere. Great, free education in the HubSpot Academy.

- HubSpot is a pioneer of inbound, and the capabilities reflect that. They go together like Han Solo and Chewbaca.

- They live up to their brand promise of being helpful and human. Their technical support and Academy education is certainly helpful. And I'm like 99% sure they're human, based on my interactions with them.

- Lead gen, and nurturing, and reporting, oh my! It's pretty much a complete package with blogging, easy-to-build website and landing pages, social media scheduling, ads, email marketing, automation, video, live chat, bots, A/B testing, campaign reporting, analytics, and more. And what it doesn't offer, it integrates with
What do you dislike about the product?
- Companies that don't use HubSpot.

- It's really robust software. A lot of companies need training and help with operations within HubSpot. Not something I necessarily dislike (because it keeps me employed), but it is something you should take into account before making the investment.
