The Best Marketing CRM out there!!

It was kind of difficult to understand at first

Marketing Hub: Effective, but Touchy
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very interactive and intuitive. I’ve only been using it for less than a year and I feel pretty confident with it already.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are WAY too many buttons. It makes the UI feel cluttered and leads to lots of misclicks. Even some backgrounds are interactive, which leads to a messy UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I would have to manually check our social stats from each individual platform AND user. It was frustrating and took forever. HubSpot solves this problem by having one, integrated platform to use.

I’ve used Marketing Hub and many different organizations (of all different sizes) and it is by far the most user-friendly marketing platform that provides power and flexibility. Extremely accessible for all levels of marketers, easy to integrate into most tech stacks, and very scalable.

Can be expensive, particularly for startups.

Seamless workflows, easy to use analytics dashboard, powerful integrations.

Quick and easy automation workflows for our customers. Allows us to make sure they’re being engaged throughout the customer lifecycle so our sales team knows when to step in.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and intuitive. What would take a long time to create assets in pardot now takes me hours less. They introduce products and features that make an impact right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pipeline attribution needs to match the revenue attribution. I want the ability to be able to report in dollar amount for pipeline creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our small team of 3 can be more efficient. Our MOPS person used to do all activities in our old MAP, but Hubspot made it easy for them to adopt and learn and they’ve become self-sufficient.
This is the best marketing automation tool I have ever used!
