HubSpot is my go-to!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track all interactions with a contact is the thing that attracted me most to HubSpot in the beginning. Now, workflows are my lifeline and a major game-changer in being able to stay connected with my clients past and present as our office continues to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish HubSpot offered survey functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for feeling connected with my clients even when the real life me doesn't have the time.
HubSpot is one tool for everything instead of 10 different ones
What do you like best about the product?
When using HubSpot you can do everything in one place and you only need to get to know that one system. That is a huge advantage when you are many users using the same system.
HubSpot is also very intuitive and easy to use.

Its very expensive and even if you have all of the tools in one place many of the tools would be better if you went to a supplier that delivered only that one solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating tasks through emails and workflows. Building campaign landingpages. Taking inquiries through the website and generating leads through gated content such as whitepapers, videos and more.
An excellent piece of software to aid a marketers day-to-day tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, I like how easy it is to use and understand. I have used many marketing software's, but they always seemed to be really 'clunky' and not very user-friendly at all. You can manage everything about a campaign from the pl;at form, from email, social media, landing pages, automated workflows and the lit goes on.
I would highly recommend using Hubspot to manage your marketing activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM side takes a bit of getting used to in terms of using the right properties son the spreadsheets that you want to upload. This takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have mastered it it is plain sailing. There might be one too many steps to import contacts e.g. mapping the right properties.], but it is a good system to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, we are solving the issue of using various bits of software to do what we need and the solution is having everything in one place like we have on Hubspot!. Both our sales and marketing teams are using the platform and working well with each other to ensure that work is consistent and at a level that we should be at.

What do you like best about the product?
You can improve the attention and conversion of your users with many tools. You can track your web visitors so you can give them exactly what they want. It displays a general view of your website and unify all marketing tasks, email marketing, social media, automation...
What do you dislike about the product?
From visual point of view, customisation to adapt the fonts, colors and look and feel of the forms, mailings, etc... is not as easy at it seems at the beginning. Setting up the system is so easy but there are many many tools to setup and track... mostly of them could be automatic to give the admin a report...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grabbing attention of the visitors of our website and better conversion. We know now which visitors are really interested in our services and to convert. Automation of simply tasks so you save time not doing daily tasks that are basic. Scheduling all our social media posts in different accounts and their statistics. Customised mailing campaigns to the users that really want to receive different kind of information. Organization of the database and segmentation

If you want to track your visitors, see how they react and improve your communications with them, Hubspot is the right tool for you
Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like how they tie the sales portion into the ads data. This makes it very easy to see which campaigns are actually making a profit versus just collecting leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't make changes to your campaigns. This gives you great data, but you will have to make edits to the campaign on the actual platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of poor quality leads. I can see which campaigns/ads actually brought in an ROI. My ROAS has never been better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most robust and customizable software out there. It is a lot cheaper than some of the other competitors.
HubSpot Works Well for our Growing SaaS Business
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use, and easy to learn. Very intuitive application, with drag and drop everything. We use it for CRM, contact management, deal management, email workflows and Reports. Strong API lets us put data directly into HubSpot. Good support and onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their social tools could be improved. Their email builder tool is not as good as it could be. Compared to Mailchimp, it is difficult to manage content. We were using HubSpot for social media but switched and use HootSuite now instead. HubSpot could easily integrate what HootSuite gives us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage inbound leads and put "deals" into email workflows.

They are great. Especially easy to start for a small business which is growing fast and needs marketing automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about HubSpot is the ability to monitor email and social media all on one platform. We monitor campaigns as a whole, and it is fantastic that we can add social, email, and more to those campaigns to obtain an overall sense of engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email marketing is limited in terms of design. Sometimes I feel like our emails are not as designed or responsive as they could be because I am limited so much by templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to demonstrate to my team the importance of social and email marketing because I have quick access to data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use for those just beginning in marketing automation. The HubSpot Academy has been so helpful in learning more about the product, but also more about specific marketing functions in general. They just made an update to their email editor so it is now drag-and-drop and it is SO EASY to use.
Useful Asset for Your Digital Marketing Toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
Above all I feel that the training (both paid and free) and support for HubSpot is outstanding. Their online Knowledge Base is a comprehensive resource that provides answers to many questions about the platform. I also love the interface and file handling - it's all very intuitive, and as a creative professional I can say that the design tools are very robust. I never feel limited in executing my ideas. I also love the app integrations that are available. This makes HubSpot even more powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that there is sometimes a brief lag in pages or other designs updating on the published end but this has not been a common occurrence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our company to engage with our customer base on a level that we were not able to before. It has also allowed us to see which contacts lack interest in our marketing content and to target our efforts toward those who do. This has made our marketing much more efficient and we're starting to get a better picture of who our personas are and what they are wanting to see from us.

- Super easy to use. The UI is really easy, lots of support videos, and the HubSpot blog is plentiful. I have yet to find something I have had to give up on
- Quick automation - within a couple of weeks we had set up several simple automations on our lead gen and nurturing activities. We are a smaller business so this rapid turnaround is invaluable.
- Large portfolio of what you can use - landing pages, forms, social media, emails
- Good price
- Reliable - had no issues with usability, emails being sent wrong, good sendability.
- Good support - live chat, phone and email support options all available. Live chat I find particularly useful - often fixing my problems within minutes as they can log in and take a look once I tell them what I am talking about.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for our Lead Gen and Lead Nurturing email campaigns. So we are mostly using the email and form tools.
So far we have set up several simple campaigns but haven't seen much in the way of benefits as we haven't tinkered or tailored via the stats yet.

Landing Page Relief
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is it super easy to set up a template in Hubspot, but once it's done, you can create endless pages in the same style with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you update / adjust single elements or modules on a page, Hubspot will jump up and down on the page after saving, so there is a lot of scrolling involved to get back to the point where you have just been editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to create dozens of landing pages in the same style. Hubspot made it easy to create a template that is perfectly in line with our visual branding. Now we can create a new page with just a click and only need to do minor adjustments before putting it live. A true time-saver! Hubspot also helps with maintaining our sitemap and keeping an overview of the pages we have put live, and gives us a great impression of the performance of our pages.
