HubSpot Has It All

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to customize not only my outreach, but also integrate it with tools I use every day like outlook, WordPress, ZoomInfo. The data that we are able to collect is also vital in monitoring our effectiveness in order to adjust accordingly to help our business succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the workflows had an auto-unenroll option when someone responded similarly to the sequences. As someone who wears multiple hats, it's hard to monitor multiple sources of outreach when they have different triggers. I also would like it if it had an archive option where you can clean your contacts up more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are easily able to see our full-funnel from inbound leads to closed deals and identify weaknesses or places we can optimize. It's helpful to also see past history of a contact that we reengage with to know where we left off.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of the forms and the ability to send mass emails. The combination of the functionalities of the marketing emails and the workflows make my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email templates feature under "conversations" is very weak. You can basically only type the text, with none of the features we would logically need (although those ARE available for marketing emails). The lists and workflows can be unnecessarily complicates due to some oversights (for example, not being able to merge "if/then" parameters). The system is missing many intuitive features like the ability to merge deals, and it often fails to populate information between deals, companies, and contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. I would spend far more time if I had to send emails out one by one. Also the reports and filters features can be very useful for getting analytics sometimes as opposed to just breaking out of the ol' excel spreadsheet

What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot does an amazing job at organizing leads and allowing me to build workflows segmenting leads for follow up emails and for assigning sales staff to do outreach and contacting. Being able to set up lists, use the lead scores and to import/export data into Salesforce allows us to be efficient and diligent in following up with potential marketing qualified leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we've moved away from is using HubSpot as our blog. After moving over to the same tool we use for our main website, the functionality offered seemed limited in terms of design even though it integrated into the HubSpot lead activities. I think the blog capabilities might be something HubSpot could do away with to focus more on sales tools within the program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify the interest of our leads to know who we should focus more on marketing to and who is ready to follow up with sales. Being able to create our lead funnel and set up activities for all the stages has helped us get a better handle as a team on who should be stepping in at different touch points.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think HubSpot is the most concise CRM tool out there, with easy to use menus and navigation and a super active support team that is always available to walk you through any specific setups you want to create for your organization.

Social Media Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I work at a SaaS start up as a content creator. I own social media content and scheduling, but of course wear so many different hats that I need my social tool to move as fast as I do. HubSpot gives me the flexibility to post now, or schedule them for a later date. It has all of the functionalities I need, without all the fluff of other social tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations when it comes to interacting with comments and retweets in HubSpot. I'd like a more robust interface where it takes me into the social platform itself and I can dive deeper into engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me solve the problem of scheduling posts when I am OOO or otherwise. I love this tool that helps me to not put more work on my colleagues, even when I am on vacation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore your options and decide which features of social management are need to have vs. nice to have. Hubspot has both covered, and then some.

Unmatched Marketing Management

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's WYSIWYG interface makes it easily the most intuitive and user-friendly marketing software I've used over the years. Combined with HubSpot's training academy, which includes both general marketing training and HubSpot-specific training, that enables users to quickly search questions, choose between video and text tutorials, and gain certification, I find myself wishing our other marketing tools were as easy and effective to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot Support is slow to answer when you open a ticket through email. I haven't been able to use Chat Support for some time now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining lead insight is easy with HubSpot, as is capturing visitors with our HubSpot lead flows. We've seen a large and trackable increase in leads through these workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is how it helps me see exactly where our leads are coming from. Also the reports have really improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still some functionality issues, such as an editable lead score that I would love to see added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding where our leads are coming from on a monthly basis was very important for our business and Hubspot has been great to track this. It helps us understand where we should be putting our money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the help centre as much as you want, they're great at helping answer questions.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that it integrates with everything that we work with: wordpress, slack, google calendar, zoom etc, and that this integration is pretty easy to set up. I also love the feature that allows us to see if a client has viewed your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
As i have little crm knowledge the learning curve is quite steep, there are so many options that I don't know where to start - but this is less a negative aspect of the product, more a user issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to help streamline all of our internal systems and make our communications processes better and more integrated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you get support for implementation and that you have conversations to find out everything that it can do for you - the options seem almost endless, so make sure that you try to use it to the best of its capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very quick to get started using Hubspot. The dashboard templates, customer support and user guides make it simple to set up all the basic reporting and automated processes you'd need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with other marketing tools are limited - they want you to use absolutely everything in their platform even though some of their capabilities are not the best in the market e.g. email. Their integration with MailChimp only tracks direct email sends, not automated workflows so visibility of other tools is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to create highly customised reports in HubSpot, the reporting in Salesforce is much better. The deals dashboard and 'assign task' tool are great for shared visibility and collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

What do you like best about the product?

Having the ability to schedule out social media posts for the upcoming week in advance in the social media resource in HubSpot provides me with the time I would like to manage community engagement and react in a timely manner. The reports method gives me comprehension of which posts are performing greater than others so I can continue sharing content that our client's followers are searching for.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike for this program it is an excellent application for handling social media

HubSpot has enabled me to more effectively take care of my own time along with my client's social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to distribute our content to all of our social media platforms much faster than our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to create landing pages, you need to know some coding. I know absolutely no coding, so it's really frustrating. The drag and drop feature is not really the drag and drop you normally think of, because it still involves coding in some way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send multiple emails with better reporting. It's much easier to distribute our content to all of our social media platforms. Good integration with GoToWebinar, which is also a good tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you know some coding in order to do landing pages. It hasn't been easy.
