Loved every instance I encounter with HubSpot on daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
Well, first I loved the clean UI that they have for the portal to use it. Clean, easy to understand, easy to manage and easy to navigate through.
Second, great way to manage the chaos while doing thousands of email campaigns, workflow or assets.
Third, quick live support if you are in middle of something and can't find a way. Loved it, too.
Forth, The new Email builder. It's so perfect in terms of creating responsive emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of simple stuff that can be fixed.
1. Changing of the cases on First or Last name
2. Adding First and Last name in the from name while sending the email.
3. A way of sending a test email from actual email address rather than 'noreply@hubspot.com' for better understanding.

Everyday Marketing problems
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to use with great support all the time available. With the new email marketing platform it's super easy to match with your brand.
Great Newsletter Options + Emails
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of HubSpot is creating a newsletter and other automated emails. I find the entire system intuitive, but also efficient. At my work, we send a lot of follow up emails that can be generic, so HubSpot has options to work smarter rather than harder when doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer more options for analytics. I find that it's not always easy to find what I am looking for on HubSpot and often have to cross-reference with Google Analytics when I'm studying website traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the greatest things about HubSpot is its newsletter analytics. I have been able to refine our company's inbound marketing campaign to increase our click-through rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HubSpot Academy! It's such a great resource when you need to figure something out and you're unable to speak to your HubSpot rep.
Learning curve, but very customizable to your company's workflow once you know how to use it
What do you like best about the product?
Email, list generation/segmentation, and workflows are very user-friendly and easy to use. Lots of integrations with third-party apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adapting lead categorization to your internal company structure can be difficult. Creating custom landing page templates is not very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gauging the interest level of a lead via specific interactions has allowed us a much more pinpointed approach to how we acquire targets for the sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We had a terrible implementation partner, do your due diligence and find a partner that really knows what they're doing. We had to jump in and learn everything for ourselves after our partner left us high and dry.
Great All-in-One Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place is the best part. We're able to build and track everything we need to keep the sales pipeline full and smoothly transition new customers to the on-boarding team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delineation between contact, company, and deal workflows gets annoying sometimes. This causes us to need 3-4 workflows to complete an action that could conceptually be put into one workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using HubSpot to manage our sales process, specifically utilizing lead statuses to track how prospects engage with us prior to scheduling a demo call. We're realized that we can automate a lot of these lead statuses automatically, freeing our sales team to focus on building relationships rather than keeping the system up to date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to watch their trainings and map out what you'd like to build before you start playing around inside the application. This extra work will help you save time and keep things organized.
90% of all businesses can use and scale with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use and understand. Doesn't take a lot to figure things out. The user interface is nicely set up so even showing it to co-workers who don't use HubSpot as much as I do can digest it easily. HubSpot does a great job with their email sending to helping you see everything you need to before you hit send. Lots of double-checks that HubSpot will do for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting capabilities are very elementary. Wish you could go a little more customized with those. The workflows are great and easy to use, however, you have to be pretty creative with how you do things if you need a more complicated workflow. Wish workflows had more capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation is simple with HubSpot. Gathering, moving, and classifying contacts on who is ready for sales is a simple process and HubSpot does it well. HubSpot's exporting features are also good. Puts things in excel reports that are very useful. However, I wish that HubSpot would have some better reporting capabilities inside the tool so you could make dynamic reports within HubSpot instead of exporting data and doing it in Excel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are just starting out, or need a tool to help you take your business to the next level with your marketing and automation, HubSpot is your tool. I would highly recommend it to anyone. There are drawbacks as with any software, but HubSpot overall is a great tool.
The HubSpot Marketing Department
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing department of one, HubSpot makes it feel like I have help and a full staff that is executing on email, webinars and social media at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for HubSpot and Zoom to integrate so that the contacts were updated with which webinars they have attended/signed-up and not attended/not registered for so that we can set contact attributes but also follow-up with contacts based on those groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently set Email workflows for webinar promotions, social media management, blogging and plan to do much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small team looking to extend your staff, HubSpot makes it really easy. I can work ahead to schedule marketing items for days that I am busy or not in the office.
Good Features, a Solid User Experience, and Consistent Updates
What do you like best about the product?
The wysiwyg email editor makes making email templates incredibly easy. A/B testing is amazing. Hosting content behind forms and having landing pages for our advertisements is helping us capture new leads. All of these features are what I like best. They help us cover new ground as a marketing team and when we sign in we see new updates. It seems Hubspot really uses user feedback and is consistently updating the tools and pages available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The breadth of functionality can create complexity. For people who are just getting started, the complexity can create a learning curve. Originally our workflows were too complicated to actually fit into our marketing operations. However, after some time with Hubspot, it is intuitive enough that you can figure out what will work for your firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had never sent emails before, never used tracking links, never had the ability to host landing pages, never monitored click-through or engagement rates, or took part in lead scoring. Hubspot has helped us do all of those things for the first time. Now we keep our brand in front of customers more often and can truly position ourselves as a thought leader. We can follow up with our hottest leads and we learn what type of content works and what to prioritize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something that feels lightweight but offers deep functionality, go with Hubspot. Like any transition, it may take a while to settle into how you want to handle things and how exactly you use the functionality but we've been very satisfied so far.
Powerful and Continually innovating, very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility of our customers on our website (not hosted on HS). We are getting closer to being able to accurately target our customers based on habits and pages visited!
Also, workflows, make it a very smooth process from form submission to our sales managers hands. Prepopulating necessary fields to make it very clear to the sales managers what the customer is requesting simplifies the process for everyone involved.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of informed updates (constantly discovering new features that we are not made aware of). Not that this is a negative, new features are great but a daily "what's new" when you log in could be valuable for maximizing the platform!
Management of dated data. Populating tasks from form submissions instead of contact property fields will help ensure data accuracy is passed to our SM's who use salesforce for their portion of the sales cycle. Relying on contact properties can sometimes create confusion, as some data can be outdated if a field is left blank on a form which is then populated in the token. Having to make a new process for every form and every possible occurrence of that form is cumbersome. Having one contact form for example, for all instances, could significantly reduce the number of CTA's / FORMS and be streamlined in a workflow (creating less triggers etc.). Overall this could be a massive improvement!

Hubspot has dramatically improved our pipeline visibility from marketing to sales and offers an all-in-one solution for managing marketing content, sales activity, and general customer database management. We can now identify ROI on marketing efforts a little better. Being able to control social platforms and marketing e-mails from a singular platform also has increased efficiency. Several areas are still in the infancy stage of development and could certainly use some "beefing up" (Social section mainly); it is still a fantastic tool and very powerful for getting started.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When implementing the platform, if you are syncing with another CRM there are many things to consider. The implementation is a bit tricky as there will be things you learn as you go and will find yourself breaking and rebuilding a few times over time as your business evolves.
There are also several different things you can't account for when running a workflow (what property is the right one to use in your filters for example, "Equals" vs. "Contains" etc. triple-check your logic, and when in doubt, call support!

Hubspot is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the easier platforms to work through. Their educational tools also provide clear and applicable training on how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can at times hold your hand a bit too much. A bit more customization would go a long way. Their SEO tools tend to be a bit lacking and I typically use other tools for that purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing out posts for clients with ease. Tracking campaigns to ensure that they are performing for clients.
Awesome Marketing Tool for Email Marketing with great Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing automation workflows are by far my favorite feature which has made my work very easy and hassle-free. HubSpot provides the features that let you approach your marketing efforts in a holistic way, including emails, websites, landing pages, social media (both paid and organic), etc. Their on-the-go customer support is remarkable and has helped me a lot during crisis situations. Another commendable thing is the content they produce to educate their customers and keeping them ahead of the competition. It has been a great experience so far with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of things I would like to see in HubSpot features -
1. Social monitoring is only applicable to Twitter as of now. I would love to see other social channels included in the tool for monitoring it all in one place. (Better social listening features would help make the experience even better)
2. Automation workflows can be more dynamic in terms of the flow, for example, if I have to add more steps to an on-going workflow, the newly added steps/activity will ot be executed. So I feel it can be more dynamic in nature and the filters can be more advanced.
