If you go with HubSpot, you have to go be happy with all the features. Great for marketing automation compared to other more convoluted options.
Easy to use marketing programme for inbound marketing
What do you like best about the product?
With no experience of inbound marketing or HubSpot at all I started to work with HubSpot. And it is easy en usefull! Hubspot offers good trainings and is very intuitive to work with. After one month I can make blogs, ebooks, website, workflows and use the complete programma as it is meant to. And that's a big relieve for my sales colleagues. Otherwise they had to go to back to cold calling and that's not what they want. With Hubspot customers find us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales dashboard is useful but I do not like the colours that are used for standard reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot you can position yourself as a knowledge partner. So customers find us and with a short call you can help them with the problems they need an answer to.

Make it more sale friendly so they can make better reports.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an official communication software. it used to be organized contact and management their business also relationship in HubSpot. it is easy to use and it gives the easy access handing of the platform. all features are good working for communications. this software commonly used to manage the communication with the client and discuss project status, and also share a file sample of the product to them. HubSpot features work is perfect can be accessed data using different devices for us to them and sharing the information for issues client participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot needs a powerful internet connection because Even if a company has a strong connection for anyone else. The quality of voice is sometimes unclear to hear because of the slow internet connection. It needs an internet connection to communicate and with people for using the HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use this Software for managing the business and share the file sample with my clients and employee. we use commonly manage the communicate with the client and discuss project status. and it's easy to use because it comes with lots of specific features that let us communicate with others without facing any difficulty.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most difficult things to do in sales is keep up with your follow up. HubSpot solves this with easy to use interfaces and commands that make life easier. From uploading contact from multiple platforms to reminders to follow up and auto emails. Sequencing is actually fun and being able to use an admin day to layout future scheduled emails take away from having to spend time everyday making sure responses have been sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
imports can be difficult if you do not have access to excel. And the mobile feature of scanning is not ideal for all business cards. I wish there were more ways to edit and characterize the fonts and styles within a templet or sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with follow up, callbacks, scheduled emails, and email sequences.
Easy, Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easily separated by marketing and sales. You have email, social, etc. all in one area so it is easy to navigate and get to where you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When updating an email it could be better to save the email when you update it. Other than that, I like hubspot a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are centralizing all of our social media scheduling instead of using hootsuites or another social media tool. We also use it for all of our emails and to draft and send them. It is linked to salesforce which is great.

It is great to centralize all of your marketing needs. We use it for emails, landing pages, and social media outreach which is great so you aren't using a bunch of different platforms. It is extremely easy to use.

The integration of email functions and notes for contacts is top notch, its system is easy to use to create websites and email, I also love being able to create templates and be able to test completely different templates, the HubSpot social networking tool is Easy to use, I use it to monitor, inform and publish, the user experience is extremely easy to navigate, we can also change things before publishing, which facilitates the use of a template for various topics, the Reports tool gives me An idea of ??which publications work best, what I like most about this software is everything related to email marketing.

I love Hubspot Academy! It offers an impressive, extensive library of free training videos in sales, marketing, and the use of their platform. Truly, Hubspot offers an amazing array of free functionality in many areas. We've been working with an implementation specialist as our company switches from ActiveCampaign to Hubspot, and I've just been blown away by our specialist's level of expertise, professionalism, and kindness. They truly set you up to succeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot offered the ability to add tags to contacts, and that there was a more intuitive way to split test workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to get our sales, marketing, analytics (and maybe customer service in the near future) all in one spot, allowing for greater consistency and collaboration across departments!
The Hubspot Experience is a must for any company.
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly features that are easy to manage along the sales pipeline that really keeps us focussed on the job. I find that having the sales pipeline we are actually able to spend our time where it matters most - working at building relationships and keep the administration to the minimum. I feel that Hubspot CRM provides us with a platform to keep our admin to a minimum yet it's effective and reliable. And the Hubspot Academy is the best bonus to the whole software.

Some features take more time to learn, however, once you have mastered it and set it up correctly it works like a charm.

We have also been able to triple our acquisition rate from our marketing emails since switching to Hubspot.

I just wish the software wasn't so expensive. The jump from Marketing Starter to Professional is huge. I think small businesses like ours could benefit from the next level, but we can't afford it.

Before, our CRM and marketing platforms just didn't talk to each other. Now that all records are in one place, we're finding that sending out content that is more tailored to the contact's relationship with us is increasing our acquisition and conversion rates.
