Solid platform for marketing automation and social media
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great as an all in one platform. For social media, I love that I'm able to schedule up to 15 posts in one click. I like being able to follow a user's journey if they completed a form fill as well.
It's very easy to learn how to manage landing pages. Very small learning curve there.
Love the automatic emails that are sent out when someone is enrolled into a workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside for me using the social media feature is only being able to post one picture on Instagram. I believe it's a limitation with Instagram though. Also, it's a little clumsy if the photo size isn't within the guidelines of Instagram.
Also, once a post is scheduled, you can't go back and edit the bulk action. So if I scheduled 15 posts and misspelled something, I have to go back and individually edit them all. That can be super time consuming.
I also think that HubSpot is expensive. It's sometimes hard to justify the price. But I'm sure there are features I'm not fully utilizing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me streamline posting to multiple social media sites.
Creating tracking URLs as well. I can better track ROI for certain posts.
I use website analytics in my monthly reports. Great to see where traffic is coming into the site from. By creating those tracking URLs, I can really dig down into the data.

There's so many features in HubSpot. Be sure to utilize as many as you can!
I use the social media platform to track and post content on our business accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
Besides being able to schedule content for the social platforms, you can analyze a variety of results on the dashboard you are able to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a report that allows you to see your followers broken down by month including your original number of followers versus just showing s list of who follows you and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish you could export the data in the reports featured on the dashboard so you could track trends more easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great platform for tracking and monitoring social media as it allows you to schedule posts and see the interactions and reach of your audience with each post. The dashboard is a great visual to see trends and results within the social media as well. The chat online is a great and fast way to help get answers quickly and our rep is pretty good about getting back to us or jumping on the phone to answer questions or help set things up that we need. Besides social media, the email features are great and user friendly. The best feature in the email is that you can clone an old email allowing the settings to stay the same and coding part of the email to be consistent. This is great because instead of building out a whole new email, you can just change the wording for the updated email.
Absolutely Loving the Ads Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ads tool in Hubspot is glorious! It makes tracking results from my various ad sources and campaigns much easier from a reporting standpoint. I'm able to see which campaigns drove applications and how many of those were signed deals - all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could select multiple ad sources / results and display them in one spot for comparison -- or tag them as related to each other to display the same data comparison. It'd be really helpful to see Google, Facebook, LinkedIn from a single tagged campaign in one spot for comparison/discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't necessarily say they were problems - it's more so allowing for an ease of workflow by limiting the amount of additional steps/triggers necessary to achieve our goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is great - I assure you it's the CRM you're looking for - Look no further!

What do you like best about the product?
The level of sophistication and in-depth tracking that is made possible. Being able to break down and segment users by page, campaign and funnel is important. Hubspot does a nice job with the customization of tracking and how in-depth they go. This is the major importance and benefit to us. Being able to have so much training and resources is another big like of HubSpot. They have some incredible training material and resources that help elevate your game even outside of HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is "too much" for smaller businesses. It at times can be overkill or too expensive for smaller operations. If you are ready HubSpot is a great platform - if you're just getting started there's probably a better solution as you are easing into things unless you have the support that is familiar with HubSpot or relies very heavily on the HS team and their training materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved tracking, lead generation segmentation with Hubspot. The big benefit it has provided us is identifying the customer journeys. Being able to break down and segment users by page, campaign and funnel is important. Hubspot does a nice job with the customization of tracking and how in-depth they go. This is the major importance and benefit to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have several paths of conversion and using many different online channels, HubSpot is a great tool if it's in your budget and you have the capacity.

The scheduling of social media function is great and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like warnings about certain files not able to be uploaded. For example, GIFs can no longer be published by a 3rd party app/ platform onto Facebook. This caused some issues with scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to split support requests and enquiries through the contact form and subsequent workflows.

Make sure you make use of all its features. It's an incredibly powerful tool, but you need to make the most of it to justify the cost!

Wonderful utility to accomplish your goals
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot keeps track of things that we forget about. It gives us the tools to see if emails, social posts, or landing pages are working without a ton of effort on our part. It automatically sends me email when we have a new lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything that I don't dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of automated emails and social post I make. I can also create landing pages for special projects we are doing across multiple platforms. We are also looking to transition from using CRM and only use HubSpot for keeping track of Sales leads.

What do you like best about the product?
In our organization, Hubspot has marked a before and after in evaluating and automating marketing actions. Additionally, with the sales and marketing modules, both areas can work more integrated in closing opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hubspot is a relatively intuitive tool, there is a learning curve for certain users, and it takes time to adapt to the interface as it is full of options, possibilities, etc. Perhaps for this reason, the most complex part is contact management, list creation, etc., as well as emailing, since it uses advanced code when you seek to develop functions outside of the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing to improve the alignment between sales and marketing as well as ensuring that the company has a global and detailed view of the performance of all marketing actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start first with the Academy tutorials to familiarize yourself with the tool and the inbound methodology is essential, even expand it with in-person training at the workplace led by experienced users of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to schedule social media posts and has good analytics on social media interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
That many places still allow dirty data (does not format phone numbers or capitalize country names, etc. As well, simple suggestions like these seem to be ignored for a year or more even if multiple users bring it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general, it is a pretty standard CRM, great customer service, would recommend. The benefits for us is that it is doing its job for the most part at a much more reasonable price than Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider it, but do a genuine trial of it with your data imported into it so you can see if it covers all your bases.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot landing page and template builder have been the most helpful tools in creating positive user experiences. The landing pages are customizable and the template builder helps my team save time and helps lighten the workload along with giving analytics that we can learn from to keep improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish hub-spot offered more in-depth programmer resources for new users to learn and keep improving their skills. For example, how to customize things in Hubble vs css.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has successfully created a useful email client list that help us nurture our customers, and give them additional resources to continue to grow with our company. Our workload has lightened significantly and the analytics that are given help us learn what works best for our market and keep helping us improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a very in-depth useful tool. It might take some work up front to get it going, but once you start using it. It helps you be more productive, learn what your customers want, and helps you grow your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is constantly listening to user feedback and improving their systems to work better for real people. I love the social planning and automation tools! We've been able to automate many aspects of our business which has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features I'd love to see within HS like the ability to post videos to social and easier coding for landing pages. I'm glad that our account rep is always asking what we'd like to do next so he can either point us in the direction of a tool we may have missed, or submit our feedback to the team for consideration of new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to post to social when our audience is most active despite work and personal schedules. We're able to automate the buyer's journey to meet customers where they're at with the most relevant content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We don't use Hubspot to log sales (i.e. leads, deals, etc.) so I would recommend making sure HS is compliant and compatible with your current needs before signing up! From a marketing perspective, it's a great way to work smarter for your business.
