Huge HubSpot Fan!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and how intuitive the platform is. Also, if there are times when a question should arise, the HubSpot Academy and Knowledge Base are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The HubSpot team is phenomenal and whenever there has been something on my "wish list" HubSpot is already working on it and before I know it, it's an implemented feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small marketing department and HubSpot has allowed us to expand our reach with the resources we have. Marketing loved it so much that we soon were utilizing HubSpot for sales and our service as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for yourself, you'll be happy you did!
Land Gorilla with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Easy enough to customize the code base for landing pages and email templates. I make a lot of custom one-off templates for our marketing initiatives. The A/B testing is really simple and intuitive to use. Being able to test completely different templates against each other really helps hone in on the messaging and styles that your prospects engage with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor organization abilities within Files and Templates - Files. Need to have nested folders in there. The project manager lacks the ability to effectively filter and each for tasks. When a project is created, it does not list by whom or on what date,—same issue with the Tasks.
We would like to have ALL file housed in one place. Right now we split between the Marketing Files and Sales Documents. This creates a version control problem between teams and and extra step for us—I add to Marketing Files and another team member then ads to the Sales Documents.

We use a form right now for our careers page, thats been helpful. Customer support is typically really good! The Vidyard integration has really helped us out as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much easier to use than some of the bigger competitors out there and at a much more competitive price. Customizing your pages and emails is really easy with the WYSIWYG, and with a little knowledge of front end web development you can really tailor the experience you deliver to your prospects and current clients.
Solid Platform With Room For Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very straightforward, user-friendly and it offers all the essentials to a great level of proficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
The email creator is limited in creativity and has difficulty being consistent. You can create your own emails from scratch using a building-block style creator to build your emails - or you can purchase a pre-made templates however both have some rather glaring flaws.
- The desktop email vs mobile email is drastically different if you create an email from scratch. Things will appear out of the structure, making it appear in one long line
- When sending a test email or even the final version - sometimes the email will change at random. The biggest culprit is font color being changed in random sections. I have random text be sent out in purple, light gray and blue despite never making these changes.
- The marketplace is absolutely useless, unfortunately. You cannot edit templates whatsoever and what you can alter ends up looking horrendous. Glad to not have paid for any templates, but you can see the negative reviews for those who did.

The information feedback on emails is very helpful.
A great tool to consolidate management of social media
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have content to publish it makes it easy to go in and schedule a month's worth of posts. I do this when we have new blog posts and there's even a calendar view so you can see at a glance where you might be missing something. You can sort to show only a certain campaign, only a certain network, or which accounts on that network if you have multiple (as I do).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot will tell me I'm going to have an issue with a featured image on a post, but I've discovered that sometimes there is no actual image. I'm not sure if this is a Facebook issue or a Hubspot issue. It's also much better for posting than it is for monitoring when it comes to social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're posting more now than we ever have and we like the ability to see our results right inside of Hubspot. Our social accounts are another area that we're using to drive traffic to our website. We haven't been able to track a sale yet to a person from a social channel, but I think we'll get there. (We have a very long sales cycle.)
Optimizes Scheduling and Blog Posting
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post for every single one of my accounts in one place. It's very easy to post things crossplatform and on multiple accounts at a time. I primarily use it for scheduled tweets, and it makes it super easy to keep everything organized. In addition, when I post curated content, it adds in the author mention for me so I'm giving proper credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that only one tweet can be scheduled at the same time or with the same content. It makes it clunky to have to go in to schedule the same blog to be tweeted at a different time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts our blog and our social accounts in one place so I can push content out to everywhere it needs to be quickly and effectively. I can schedule 20 posts in 20 minutes using Hubspot because it's all in one place and I just check the accounts and times I want to post.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're thinking AT ALL about doing inbound marketing, you need to use Hubspot. It's the quickest, easiest, and most aesthetically pleasing way to do marketing automation.
HubSpot Ads Tool is the most convenient and easy to use tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about HubSpots Ad tools is the ease of use. From hooking up your accounts to tracking performance there is nothing like it. To be honest, I stopped using the Facebook and LinkedIn view and strictly use HubSpot to track campaign performance. My favorite feature is its ability to track contacts inside of your CRM. When we run targetted campaigns in different metro areas I always know where it came from. Love the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish HubSpot would add to their ads tool is better reporting. You can make lists to determine what contacts came from what campaign, but you can't pull that out of the backend or create reports based on 'ad interaction'. Other than that, solid tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem the HubSpot Ad tool solves for me is the visibility into campaigns. Facebook or LinkedIn can tell you impressions, clicks etc. but it can't show you who actually converted which is a major benefit.
Social Limitations, but Great for the Majority of our Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
I think our marketing team as a whole thoroughly benefits from HubSpot. It's easy to collaborate on, track metrics, and it is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more social posting capabilities. For example, I can't post Facebook or Instagram stories, videos to Instagram, GIFs to Facebook, videos larger than a certain size, or videos to YouTube. Out content is video-heavy, and I find myself having to use social platforms more than HubSpot for posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The campaign tool has helped me analyze the impact of organic social posts for our company. It has proven that organic posts with the right messaging can perform similarly to paid promotion.
Love this tool for my tech startup
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of support, great functionality, and the knowledge base tool is useful as an educational resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike. This works just as I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for marketing automation (email marketing), landing pages, thank you pages, social media management and monitoring, analytics... it's a one-stop shop marketing suite. Highly recommended.
No More Confusing Pixels
What do you like best about the product?
Using Hubspot Ads, creating Facebook Pixels has become an incredibly simple process that no longer confuses my tech team. It's incredibly streamlined and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Hubspot is the costs. It's incredibly pricy. But the caveat to this is by charging a higher premium, they are able to focus on their customers more, because the customer care is outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing, marketing, and marketing! As much as I would love to say sales is being solved, I simply can't right now. However, that will be changed in the near future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for something cheap, Hubspot is NOT that answer. However, if you are looking for something to do EXACTLY what it claims it can do, then this is it.
The support is outstanding. Building Landing Pages is powerful, and designing an SEO / Social Media / Marketing strategy is out of this world with it.

All-in-one marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
How the tools are connected to the CRM and the way that data can generate a variety of dashboards. You can cross information from your website events to deals, and this is something very innovative to have an accurate ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some timing between the automatic property updates and the submission's notification. Maybe the notification could be sent after the complete properties process it's done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate tracking of marketing channels to associate the right leads and deal creation information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a web developer in-house, I would recommend to you to give him or her a training to develop your website in the hubspot CMS in order to use the complete set of tools.
