amazing automated digital marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is really incredible, a platform that has a variety of features necessary for the elaboration, realization, optimization and systematization of content. HubSpot allows me to carry out extreme activities in a single platform, it has improved the best preparation and adaptation of advertisements related to digital marketing, with the market. I am surprised at the ability it has given me to continually launch new functions to compensate for market demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the disadvantages present in HubSpot is the continuously updated platform, which implies a deterioration or a labor delay with respect to the increase in digital marketing in the market. In addition, HubSpot is very limited in handling links from a web space to external sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped me a lot in different areas of digital marketing. In social networks it has allowed me to carry out multiple accounts and propaganda on behalf of team members. It has given me shelter of web spaces, since it is presented as a clear and simple platform since employment. It has managed to provide me with complete sales tools to increase productivity and decrease expenses

Great platform, outstanding support

What do you like best about the product?
The tools were clearly designed by people familiar with the job; the tools include lots of great features and are easy to use. (Also, their support is absolutely fantastic. They really work hands-on with you to solve anything you can throw at them.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Their dashboards and analytics aren't quite as robust as a standalone solution like Google Analytics, although I note that they have been building them out lately (they're frequently upgrading the platform and make it easy to learn about new features).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think HubSpot is helping us to see where some of our processes need to be standardized, simply based on how the tools are structured. It's configurable, but it's definitely set up to nurture leads through a funnel, which is a helpful organizational foundation to have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time setting it up and really learning the logic of HubSpot; the more thorough you are initially, the quicker you'll see results.

Great platform but missing major features

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, straight forward, chat is helpful, several resources, fruitful market place, awesome integration opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
slow when building lists, slow in sending large emails, missing in depth campaign analytics, there is no more back button in the email (the hamburger at the top adds a lot of time when the back button should still be there), there should be analytic opportunities for hublys but there are none, there should be opportunities to change an email saved for automation back to a regular send email, you should be able to create a web link for an email in a regular send email not just an automated email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
engagement workflows into salesforce, understanding our audience, segmentation, email marketing, automation, landing page, lead gen, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot should consider coming to organizations that are enterprise users of the platform to understand the areas of opportunity and hear the pain points of their software. Some of the issues we have seem to be unique to our experience - they can understand their customers on a different level if they would take the time to see how organizations use their products and where they hit road blocks to consider for their own product road maps

Excellent CRM Free! for your company

What do you like best about the product?

We were impressed by the software as the calendar offers me a clear vision of what should be planned for the next few days. In addition, I can see when emails, social media posts, landing pages and blogs have been published and scheduled. This speeds up my administration and organization tasks. I also use Hubspot to track account performance and updates, which are very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should update their interface is not so direct and they are missing help buttons and, I don't like that When you create a new contact with the name of an existing company, the system asks you to specify a company name for that contact. For me, it is obvious that it is the same company name under which I create a new contact. He could have saved me a few seconds. the support system should add more options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to sort all dates of activities inside and outside the company in alphabetical and very orderly manner. HubSpot has made my social programming process 100 times easier for customers who use it. It's good to have everything in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it helped me a lot in the company to solve many problems

What do you like best about the product?
Things I love about Hubspot:
1. The learning curve is not too terrible and the community of users is awesome as well as HubSpot Academy, If you are a self-learner, it's easy to hack around in.
2. Landing pages are SUPER awesome and easy to pop-up.
3. A great breadth of information on content best practices
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There are some usability things that are annoying, when you are bouncing around from email to workflow, to landing page - it would be great if that was happening within way fewer clicks.
2. Designing is not as simple as they make it out to be - you really need some basic HTML. There are a ton of ready-made templates available for sale - some for free. But what's off-the-shelf is not ready for prime time - and the drag and drop idea is NOT as friendly as they make it out to be. I would love it if their design tool was just a Canva integration.
3. Social is possible, and I'm using it right now - but I'm going back to HootSuite which is superior.
4. Doesn't play as nice with Google Analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a platform for inbound marketing only. We are using it for campaign landing pages and microsites and lead nurture. If you are a small business, I would stick with MailChimp. Or if you are a super bootstrapped team, or if you are an organization with less experienced talent that are also constrained - go with Mailchimp. Hubspot is great as we are using Salesforce and it has amazing integrations. Hubspot has amazing integrations with just about everything. I appreciate that it provides our marketing team with visibility - good dashboards and reporting. Attractive interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need someone as your superuser or administrator that has working experience in HTML. Ideally, this person would also have design skills, and that ecosystem of additional integrations that make Hubspot valuable from a reporting perspective. Don't use it for Social unless it's part of a campaign, and only then for the reporting attached. If you're doing outbound campaigns, consider Yesware and LinkedIn, and stay away from Hubspot. Hubspot is for inbound.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the main marketing alternative in the market. As a complete alternative, it covers all the tools that the updated digital merchant must possess in their flow. Account From blog tools to even website administration tools, and even systematization. HubSpot's job skills mean that it is enormously simple for marketing teams to admit data and group their efforts into things that really affect the final outcome of the business. It is a really valid tool, easy and simple to manipulate. Very effective for a wonderful and complete digital marketing job
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I do not like are the design tools since they are somewhat complicated for good understanding, in addition, not all features can be handled, some features are limited and can be somewhat expensive. Every day additional function requirements are restricted verses available to all personal users, and not be restricted to budget limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a tool that has really changed my life in the workplace. One of my favorite features is the provision of essential and timely tools. HubSpot is essential for our industry, to continue maintaining leadership, through the use of HubSpot workflows, being able to increase the number of people returning to our space, which generates more labor productivity

HubSpot is the best ready-to-use alternative for companies that have no marketing automation skills. This tool will allow you some customization, it is fast, comfortable and works great. HubSpot is excellent I recommend it

Great for Marketing Automation, but Skip for CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is its marketing automation that allows even the least tech-savvy user to create complex workflows, lead forms, website tracking pixels, and manage social media platform ads all in once place. Being able to do website traffic analysis, social media engagement, and email campaign graphs all in one dashboard is very useful for quick overviews. Integrations with Microsoft Power BI can put all of that data to even greater use if you are so inclined to get a connector for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with HubSpot from a CRM perspective is an administrator's worst nightmare. You can't tell who has deleted items, can't rearrange certain columns when viewing records (no particular rhyme or reason to this limitation). Get the marketing hub and use Salesforce for your CRM. The two natively integrate so that is at least one easy way to get away from HubSpot's CRM admin woes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to do targeted marketing campaigns and complex workflows in an easy-to-understand way. It has helped us align our nurturing campaigns and get drip marketing rolling in a personalized manner using the very useful and comprehensive tokens system. Being able to organize and schedule posts from our social media accounts all in one place is very useful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to share content on multiple social media platforms and the stats that accompany those social posts. However, I think the tagging of organizations' handles could use some improvement. Sometimes, when I copy a company's handle directly from their social media page, their name doesn't pop up on HubSpot when drafting a social post, which limits our potential reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been kicked off the newsletter email list for the newsletter that I specifically create/send every week, even though I'm an active, engaged user. Some of my coworkers, who are also very engaged, active users (meaning, they open/read each newsletter) were also kicked off our newsletters' email lists and aren't able to resign up for our newsletters because they've been blacklisted. This makes me wonder how many other engaged, active users of ours have been kicked off our newsletters' email lists, and how this is affecting our overall open rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us create/track our social media engagement, newsletters, promotional e-blasts, and more.
