What do you like best about the product?
I mostly work in de marketing segment of HubSpot. I like the way reporting is easy accessible and understandable for a non-marketeer. The segmentation options ensure that you can see exactly which marketing activities have contributed the most to achieving business goals. In addition, it is nice to be able to work easily with different people in different organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the some of the ads module functionalities. I think it's a shame that creating ads in HubSpot has fewer functionalities than in the advertising tool itself. This is useful for starting, but not for advanced, online advertisers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation is super handy to use when you want to invest less time in repeatable marketing activities. And we all know, time is money! Another problem HubSpot can contribute to is the acquisition of new leads. It works incredibly well when you want to centralize inbound marketing activities.
A problem is often that customers do not know what they can do with HubSpot themselves. The HubSpot Academy is a handy solution for this. With this you can learn a lot in relatively little time about the possibilities that HubSpot offers for an organization.

There is always more than what meets the eye!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely flexible for marketers, especially when combined with Sales Hub. The ability to track visitor/lead behaviour and make incremental changes is almost magical- like the mythical rabbit hole for any marketer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to find if a particular outcome/process is possible using current features. Usually plowing through the forums and reading through a mess of comments is weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking customer journeys before they actually sign up for a demo with us.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it for a company which needs a marketing + sales platform. Usually you will find point solutions which are cheaper & better, but nothing compares as a package. And this seamless integration have huge dividends for small teams. Slightly painful to get it right to start with (implementation), but just takes off from that point.
Hubspot shape the way I see Digital Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the Email Marketing Tool. It is very easy to use especially the newly added feature "Drag and Drop". You can send to targeted audience and also you can see the analytics report easily. You can also make customized designs to even make the email a lot more interesting. I also like the "Forms" where I can actually do surveys and add the information directly to the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the Design tools. Not that I don't actually like it but it is very hard to understand. Maybe web developers can but I, as a Digital Marketing practitioner, would like to explore it more so I can use Hubspot to fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helped us on problems with email blasting and also on generating more traffic on the website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to recommend using Hubspot because it is very easy and convenient to use. You can access your account through web or through phone. Effective in email blasting with instant result on email marketing analytics. You can also do easy automation for both marketing and sales process.
My best first time with a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
This was the first time I used a CRM like Hubspot but since I started it made easier to work with leads generated from everywhere. The possibilities of automation in different processes it's amazing.
The personalization of almost everything is very good, It can take you more time to create everything as you imagine, but the possibility is there.
It's a really heavy platform, that offers endless possibilities, we are a small company and even though it takes time to get to know all the possibilities, it makes a big difference in our processes. Every part of the team can focus on their expertise having different levels of authorization, and that makes easier to work in a team.

For now, we are using WhatsApp as a primary channel to communicate with our leads, but in Hubspot I can't link my WhatsApp account.
The other thing that I don't like is that when I'm making changes in a workflow there is no way to undo some change. It happened to me once, that I had an error and I couldn't remember how it was before neither a ctrl+z option

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem was having all the historical information of a lead or customer in one place, but Hubspot has solved it effortlessly. And also it's amazing to link all the social media campaign results in the same platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you review all the tutorials on the platform they are really complete and usually can solve your technical questions.
Hubspot the HOLY GRAIL
What do you like best about the product?
I love the social media features and how easily is to keep everything I need on one platform - landing pages, emails, contact list, etc. HubSpot is a one stop shop for all things marketing and integrates with so many other components.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't send a contact list a "one to one" email from our sales team, or no way to email multiple people from the sales side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email, Automation, Nurturing, Social Media, Marketing Calendar, Website Bot, Marketing Reports, Landing pages.

Make the time to do the training and courses they have! It's SO helpful!
Always interesting, occasionally limiting
What do you like best about the product?
I like using HS, it can be very user-friendly and easy to relay how our company uses this tool to new people. We have many different levels of computer experience and nearly everyone has adjusted to HubSpot very quickly.
I'm happy with the addition of Deal workflows instead of relying solely on Contact workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
Meetings can be frustrating and very limiting - it's very focused on B2B and not the potential for B2C calendars, which might include branding options, multiple calendar availability for a company, etc. I think the most frustrating aspect is that Meetings forms are not as sophisticated as Contact forms, and that has been a huge hurdle having to adjust contact properties for a very simple form.
There are a lot of limitations still in the deal workflows. Why are there character limits in an internal email notification?
Unfortunately, the social media feature on the platform is not as sophisticated as we need it to be so we cannot use the particular feature.

Certainly amazing for small businesses. I would focus on either using this platform for just Marketing or CRM. Focus on one aspect of the platform. Too many routes at once and you will find too many limitations.
HubSpot Helps Me Target Sales My Efforts unlike Any Other Tool I have Used
What do you like best about the product?
The level of insight that HubSpot provides in terms of Prospect engagement levels and areas of interest is amazing. I have thousands of Prospects, and I can target my sales efforts according to their interests, as assessed by website views, downloaded content, webinar registrations, specific emails opened. I also love that I can schedule emails to go out at HubSpot assessed "Best Time to Send", or for first thing in the morning.Seeing the email open rates is very satisfying - and if it's an important email about a contract, I can place a call right away, knowing the person is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the feature where I could see where an email was opened. This helped me to determine of it was a co-worker or a Prospect or Customer opening a group email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to target products with specific campaigns based on subject areas or interest, by seeing their activity. I have also been able to engage customers that have never engaged in mass email campaigns, with personal emails - because I can see that they need a more personal approach by their lack of engagement.
Lead Nurture Strategist
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy user interface and the wide variety of modules to cover all aspects of digital marketing. It is extremely helpful being able to connect paid ads to HubSpot for use within lead scoring, automation and ROI calculations. It is also helpful to be able to create re-targeting audiences based off HubSpot activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pain point when it comes to HubSpot ads is the low budget allowance. With our client spending over three million annually in paid media, it is impossible to manage ads within the platform. We rather just use the platform for additional segmentation and user journeys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed us to streamline an organization with 150+ "franchises" into one efficient account with unique campaigns. By tracking the initial ads interactions, segmenting opportunities have been created and developed to provide greater insight for future campaigns.

Connect as many apps and features as possible for greater insight into your customer's journey in order to make data driven decisions.
An email marketer's dream platform
What do you like best about the product?
Working at a digital marketing agency I have many different email clients. If all of my clients used HubSpot it would make my job easier. From building email templates to setting up workflows, HubSpot makes it easier to do my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when it comes to reporting. Unless you are doing your reporting inside of HubSpot pulling all the data can be a very manual process that takes way more time than it should. One big issue I have is that currently there isn't a way to pull all the workflow performance data out of HubSpot to be easily formatted in an excel spreadsheet. If you don't need to report out of a separate tool though this might not be an issue for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my clients shares their HubSpot account with their corporate team which in most platforms would make it difficult to set up separate lead scoring. Not in HubSpot though. We were able to help our clients see more leads that pertain specifically to their division of the business as a result of setting up their lead scoring.
Great software with few hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease I can create emails and post to multiple social accounts. My company uses the software to manage our social media, create blogs as well as communicate with our members and prospects from our 17 clubs we have across Southern California
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't autopost videos. I had to purchase a separate software to do so and will eventually phase all social posting to this site. It would be amazing if they had the ability to autopost videos or tag individuals in pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving blog distribution problems. Being able to link my LinkedIN account and post blogs there is great!
