HubSpot is a powerful marketing tool to have in your digital bag!
What do you like best about the product?
The features I enjoy most about HubSpot is my ability to automate our prospects journeys using workflows and landing pages to customize content and messaging along their buyers journey. Also, the ability to team up with partners on projects simultaneously to achieve this has been almost flawless. I also enjoy the easy user interface that HubSpot provides, so if I need to learn something or teach something - it's almost always straight forward (and if it isn't the customer service has never let me down!).
What do you dislike about the product?
In my company the HubSpot reporting tools are a bit confusing for us. We want to be able to measure certain metrics that HubSpot makes it quite difficult to measure. We also use Salesforce as an integrated CRM and the numbers hardly ever match up. Making progress and reporting a pretty big headache. I dislike that each dashboard for reporting can only hold a certain number of reports - why limit this?
Sometimes in setting up workflows, it is nerve-racking due to the nature of setting something live. I wish that HubSpot somehow sent a weekly report of workflows, showing best performing and least performing ones and pointing out maybe why. When you have a bunch of workflows connected and they are all in different campaigns - it's quite the task to do reporting and I think any reporting details and suggestions, maybe ev en not just old workflows, that HubSpot can put together and remind you of would be a SUPER cool addition.

Right now we are really just trying to figure out the reporting, how to get true data and how that compares to reporting done in SalesForce. The SF to HS integration is NOT seamless and needs work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure you want to make this tool your entire CRM. It has all the capabilities. Integration is hard and timely and confusing especially if you have a large data base to begin with.
If it were up to me we would have been rid of Salesforce and using HubSpot as a primary tool just for metrics and reporting sake alone.

Hubspot is great, user-friendly tool, but has it's shortcomings

The social feature is awesome, support team is great and plenty of help articles out there to get you up and running very easily, overall much easier to use than many of their competitors, workflows are easy to set up and forms are fantastic

email builders are not as user friendly as I believe they could be, templates found in the marketplace are not easy to manipulate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
definitely cuts time spent on posting to social media by probably 75% or more, lead capture through website, trying to get nurture campaigns up and running in the next couple months. We have captured many leads since getting our website and the forms operational, and now hope to nurture those leads with workflows and nurture campaigns in hubspot. Still trying to learn best reporting methods for measuring hubspot activity

New to Ads and happy I got to start using HubSpot!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is really a one-stop-shop for managing your ads and analytics! They have an abundance of training tools/ guides to help you AND a dedicated support team that's always there for you if you're having any trouble.HubSpot was one of the first programs I learned when I started my first job. They make it easy to become a pro with HubSpot Academy. I've been using it for a little less than a year and since then I have acquired 3 HubSpot certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have made 1 suggestion to allow Ads dashboards to be manipulated, also I'd like to download all my ads reports from the Ads campaigns dashboard.
Another problem we've faced is finding miss reporting when it comes to new contacts. For example, if I make a custom UTM link and go to that link's stats, they are different than the stats on the landing page it goes to. Usually, the landing page stats are more accurate than the actual UTM link analytics.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I came in after HubSpot was implemented. However, I know the organization as a whole had a very limited view of analytics all around. Now we not only have insight in areas we were in the dark about, but we can also drill down on what's working, and adjust our spend accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for insight on analytics, there's no better program than HubSpot!
HubSpot is a great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Its an great all around tool that many people can use. You don't need vast amounts of knowledge or experience to get things going (those things do help with refining though). The best thing is probably the CRM, paired with workflows. Its great!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be too constrictive at times. I know we have frequent issues with internal emails bouncing. That is a lot to do with the system on our end though more then theirs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is what we use to create most of our marketing landing pages, how we capture leads, and how we triage them. Its a very important tool for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this product when you are a small to mid size company. It teaches you what is a good options with the academy, and gives you a lot of options for doing stuff on your own. You don't have to have a lot of experience but can create a landing page, create a form to capture lead information, then respond to the lead/send that person's information to the appropriate place (like to your inbox). Then you can even drop a chatbot on there.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a clean, organized product; a huge perk for training new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a workflow gets large they can become very unwieldy. An alternate view, perhaps closer to how a tower of code logic is displayed, would be a great option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows marketing and sales to cooperate and quantify that cooperation much more easily. It also helps us report on a wide variety of tools in one place through it's suite of integrations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the online resources as often as possible. They are quite thorough, and when you still need to talk to support, they give you the correct terminology to explain the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
All features have very similar WYSIWYG editors that are easy to learn and teach others. There are a multitude of articles to help you figure out issues on your own, and very helpful customer service when you need a little extra assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say that I dislike the reporting because it is very robust, but there are a few additional things I wish we could see. I think that might just be due to the industry we are in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing HubSpot helps us with is automation. I love how we are able to "set and forget" email and social medial campaigns, and trust that they will do what they are supposed to do. Then we can see clear and concise reporting that allows us to determine the success of the campaign. Their easy-to-use landing page builder has helped us increase conversions, and our blog continues to bring thousands of new visitors to our site each moth.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot for their active support channels, customer success representatives, help articles, and academy pages. I was new to email and automation when I started with HubSpot. Their resources were perfect for developing our outreach program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more we do, the more it's clear HubSpot does everything you need effectively, but none of their tools have real depth. Certain features and reports are limited at times. It's something to consider if you have complex needs or need a very powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for all of our lead generation and nurturing. We're seeing sustained sales growth partly thanks to HubSpot's workflows, sales-marketing integrations, and CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your needs. I work at a small company with limited technology and a small marketing team. We didn't have much prior to integrating HubSpot, so we didn't need much. HubSpot is an excellent starter system. It's simple to use, and does everything we could have asked for. I was asked to lead our integration, and I didn't have much experience. HubSpot's Customer Success and Academy teams drove our early success. Large companies, companies with complex marketing and sales needs, and companies with experienced teams might not feel the same about HubSpot's effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it really easy to send emails, schedule social media posts, and see an overview of everything that's going on in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a few glitches I've run into. For example, an email was sent to someone who was not part of the list that was attached to it, and trying to create sequences within a folder never works, it always has to be moved into the folder, which caused me a lot of confusion at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started working with a company as soon as they got HubSpot, but it was great Marketing training for someone coming in with an English degree.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is really what you make of it. I've got 9 of the Academy certifications, and I've learned a lot about marketing and how to create a strategy for different areas of marketing, which really helped our company considering we didn't really have a marketing department until very recently. The Academy was great training that I spent my first three weeks doing, but it was well worth it in the end. Now I get to answer any questions about HubSpot that my coworkers have.

* Easy to use for the most common Marketing operations: emailing, landing page creation, database management

What do you dislike about the product?
* Landing page templates management cannot be handled by all the members of my team since every modification to the modules (whether it is CSS or HTML) have an impact on other landing pages using the same template. Indeed, cloning modules and code files cannot be understood by every marketer in your company. That means the admin of the account is always solicited to help on these topics.
* The bounced emails management is horrible. It is impossible to create active lists of hard bounced emails in order to automate the process of identifying and delete it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Improve emailing campaigns KPIs: thanks to HubSpot it is really easy to track the KPIs and see what is going wrong. The A/B test feature is complete and easy to use.

* Centralize data of leads' interactions and be able to score them: I was able to score the interactions and create buckets of leads according to their position in the funnel.

Great for managing a large customer base
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use in a very short amount of time, minimal training is required in order for staff to be proficient in using it to the best of its abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time the email design feature can feel too rigid with it's set templates however this is the payoff for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to manage a large customer basis across a number of brands with relative ease. The ability to create and assign leads is of great use to each member of the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to larger organisations seeking to manage a large customer basis and seeking to automate their marketing.
