Lots of modules, user friendly interface, straight forward, quick learning curve, embedded AWC, very customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal loading limitations, convergent modeling is not supported by all of the tools, logic editor and checker rules are complicated and training not very helpful, error messages like internal memory violation isn't clear at all

NX CAD is a powerful software so it requires robust hardware specifications to run smoothly and its pricing and maintaining license cost may have concerns for individuals and small-scale businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that one of the most helpful technology is synchronous technology, which enables users to make changes to models regardless of their modeling history. Another one is an integrated simulation capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
NX cad can be buggy. Some functions may not work properly or not work at all until I restart the application. Besides that, very high licensing costs plus it requires a relatively powerful hardware to run it smoothly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have primarily used NX for modeling aftermarket intake manifolds for ICE vehicles. The feature that was helping a lot is computational fluid dynamics module which helped me to analyze an air flow inside the manifold before prototyping
"NX CAD" - Deserved best review
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best 3D modeling software developed by SIEMENS. I used it in the second semester of engineering to design a 3D model of the Wheels of a car. After that, I created other parts of the vehicle and assembled it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is smooth to run better than Solidworks. It never got hung when I used it compared to other 3D modeling software. So I recommend it to those who belong to the core engineering field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to design 3D models like gears and arms for robots for other 3D printing. And also I used it to complete my engineering assignments. It is not very easy to use. However, after small help from a trainer, you will easily operate. It meets all requirements of designing product and machine design as well.
seamless and breezy design to prototyping experience
What do you like best about the product?
NX CAD has a super easy interface to navigate and use which allows for an incredibly easy design experience. this ends up saving us alot of time where we would otherwise struggle.
What do you dislike about the product?
the program does happen to crash sometimes which does slow down the process quite a bit and sometimes stops us in the middle of our very important work which is definitely a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product reduces the time spent to design a prototype print and allows us to jump to the actual print much faster. time is money and nx cad saves us time and in turn money!
