Review on NX CAD
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface like SpaceClaim and Solidworks
What do you dislike about the product?
Old kind of UI ,need a different kind of appearance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically I only NX CAD for modelling, After modelling we use the model for analysis in softwares like ANSYS

Complex engineering drawing are easy to be made on NX CAD.
My perspective: the most friendly CAD software
What do you like best about the product?
Wide range of features, starting from entry-level license. A lot of settings that provides control over geometry. UI is modern and offers efficient work. Information, warnings and errors and presented clearly. There are great features of Synchronous Technology to modify geometry imported from other softwares.
Loading of big assemblies is really quick due to newest modes.

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of users claims about proccess of licensing.
A price is a little bit higher than expected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within NX I can solve a lot of our customers problems: to better control of geometry (i.e. edge rounds going throughover differents rounds), to decrease time of loading big assemblies, to gain a higher quality of surface.
NX is very User friendly software

User friendly,Most Convinient,NX Part list making, easy integration with Teamcenter, customer support

Routing issue, NX got stucked sometimes while loading big assembly,

Works well with CAD CAM requirements, powerful software
What do you like best about the product?
I would say easy to use interface and as they evolve from initial verions to now. They have improved a lot in so many areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific but in industry reach of the software is limited i dont know the exact market share but in automotive domain i have to learn different softwares to cope up with customers or vedors as very few are using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually using it for 3d building and CAD solutions. For further 3D analysis and evaluation.

For 3D compare to other tools it lacks a bit

For Designing it is easier but it restricts for some of the tools

The detailing we can achieve in plastic moulds

As we all know it is not the most popular or commonly used software in companies

Like I said it gives users upper hand compared other platforms in plastic moulding
NX CAD - hands down one of the best CAD software

It is very versatile. You can import files from a lot of other softwares and export files to a large number of different formats. You can use it for class A surfacing and solid modelling. It is easy to use and learn. Lot of tutorials available inbuilt into the software. Latest ai features are cool like predictive selection of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is at times slow. Depends on your PC specs. It cannot do parametric pattern creation like rhinos grasshopper. Even though there is algorithmic modelling feature, there are not much tutorials available

It helps to create robust CAD models which can be sent to factories for manufacturing the part or developing prototypes

The extensive feature catalogue and the stability of the models.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of interface - especially the environments. Part, assembly and datestamp order vs non date stap. For user moving into NX it is quite hard to get a grip.

NX is best for combined CAD, CAM and CAE
What do you like best about the product?
Modeling is very easy to use, it has n number of features, and easy of implimentation and easy of integration with PLM, I'm using it frequently from last 2 years it has good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drafting is need to improve for beter results.

Synchronous modeling is very impresive.
