What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform offers a wide range of features, its user interface may seem a bit complicated for newcomers, and setting it up initially demands both time and some training. Furthermore, there are sometimes delays in real-time updates, which can affect decision-making during busy periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LogiNext Mile has been instrumental in tackling major challenges we face in last-mile delivery. With its real-time visibility, route optimization, and automated dispatching, we have seen a reduction in delivery delays, more efficient use of resources, and a noticeable boost in customer satisfaction. Additionally, the platform’s analytics support improved planning and cost management, which has had a positive impact on our operational efficiency and the overall performance of our supply chain.
Exceptional Support at All Times
What do you like best about the product?
The support they offer in the face of any inconvenience is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful for in-person visits for meetings to be more frequent in the Latin American region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me with the automatic assignment of orders in real time, generating the best combination of efficiency and experience needed in high-volume operations.
Great Integration and Usability, But Needs Better Auto-Allocation and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The app is fantastic—very easy to use and ideal for managing our internal orders. It also offers an API for integration with other tools. We connected it to our own app, Logilinker, using the Loginext API, which allows us to send order details from our Shopify store directly to Loginext.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we send orders to Loginext, the system does not always automatically allocate them to the nearest driver as expected. Additionally, Loginext only offers email support, which causes delays in communication. also facing some issue with payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are managing more than 100 orders per day and we are delivering the order within 1hr. so managing the drivers and root is easy with the app.
User-Friendly and Cost-Efficient Routing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The UX and UI are very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. It's also a very good and cost-efficient solution for routing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat challenging to tailor the software to specific requirements, especially when dealing with unique customer processes that are common in Latam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables quick expansion into new regions for last mile parcel delivery.
Outstanding versatility, but slow on devices with limited resources
What do you like best about the product?
I highlight the versatility of being able to have all the functions of a complete website within a mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that the performance is slow on devices with less memory or resources. This can affect the user experience, especially on older or lower-end equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system contributes to order in business processes, as it somehow forces following a structured format for workflows. However, it proves to be rigid when human errors occur, as it does not allow much flexibility in those cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool, very wide and has lots of functionalities. It is far away from the previous tool that we have been using, we´re still exploring all the modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues with the translation of labels but it has been solved by the technical team. These labels were not accordingly to the context of the text and that´s why I report them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I´m still solving problems related to the overall flow of transactions, autoassignation model and different profiles for different branches so I can get the best usage of the tool.
