LogiNext Mile is an incredibly comprehensive last-mile delivery management platform. The feature set is extensive — route optimization, real-time tracking, delivery scheduling, and driver management are all covered in depth. The pricing is competitive for what you get, and the customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever issues arise. For companies looking for a powerful, enterprise-grade last-mile solution, the breadth of functionality is genuinely impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve is steep — the platform is so feature-rich that it takes considerable time and effort to get teams up to speed. The interface is not particularly intuitive, which made adoption difficult for our operations staff. Additionally, the software is not well adapted to the Spanish market: certain local logistics requirements, carrier integrations, and regulatory nuances are not well covered. This made full implementation challenging, and ultimately we were never able to fully roll it out as intended.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking to digitize and optimize our last-mile delivery operations — specifically route planning, driver dispatching, and delivery tracking. LogiNext Mile addresses all of these use cases on paper, and the functionality is genuinely there. However, due to the complexity of the platform and the lack of localization for Spain, we were only able to partially implement it. The benefits we did see were improved visibility into deliveries and better route planning, but the full potential of the tool was never realized in our day-to-day operations.

What do you like best about the product?

After some basic training, it can self-configure. It also includes predefined workflows that can be set up quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?

When changes are required in the code, or when even a very small new feature is needed, LN often takes a very long time to develop and deliver it. Many roadmap features also keep getting postponed for months sometimes.

From a UI/UX perspective, the system is generally user-friendly, yet certain parts of the interface can feel a bit cluttered—especially when working with large datasets or managing more complex delivery operations. A cleaner, more streamlined dashboard, along with stronger customisation options, would make navigation faster and day-to-day use more efficient.

On integrations, it’s good that options are available, but connecting to other tools can sometimes require extra configuration and technical support, particularly when dealing with legacy systems. A more plug-and-play setup for common platforms would reduce effort and speed up implementation.

In terms of performance, the platform works well in most situations, though there can be occasional lag when processing very high data volumes or running complex reports. During peak operational periods, this can affect efficiency.

LogiNext Mile has significantly improved our last-mile delivery operations, particularly when it comes to route planning and delivery optimization. The platform’s intelligent routing helps cut delivery times and fuel costs by factoring in real-time traffic, vehicle capacity, and delivery time windows. With real-time fleet visibility and dynamic rerouting, our on-time delivery performance has improved, and we’ve seen fewer customer queries about ETAs. Automated dispatch and capacity allocation also save a considerable amount of manual effort, while the ePOD functionality provides accurate proof of delivery and supports faster reconciliation. Overall, it has proven to be a reliable and efficient solution for managing last-mile logistics.

While LogiNext Mile is a powerful platform, there are a few challenges worth noting. The system relies heavily on stable internet connectivity, which can limit real-time tracking and route optimization in remote or low-coverage areas. Customization and ERP integrations may also take considerable time, which can delay time-to-value for organizations with more complex requirements. In addition, the advanced features come with a steep learning curve and often require dedicated training, which may be difficult for smaller teams to accommodate. Although third-party integrations are promoted as straightforward, real-world implementations can still run into API limitations and data synchronization issues. Customer notifications and ETA updates may also be delayed in poor network zones, and onboarding or customization support can be slower than expected, with more complex implementations taking a few months.

Before implementing LogiNext Mile, we struggled with poor delivery visibility, inaccurate ETAs, and high customer dissatisfaction because real-time updates were limited. The platform helped resolve these issues with more accurate ETA predictions and real-time customer notifications, which significantly reduced customer inquiries and delivery refusals. We also lacked data-driven insights for resource planning and forecasting, making it difficult to plan fleet capacity and investments with confidence. LogiNext Mile’s analytics and predictive insights supported better decision-making around fleet size, hiring, and equipment utilization. In addition, manual dispatch was a major bottleneck that consumed a lot of time and led to operational delays. The automated capacity allocation feature streamlined order-to-driver matching, saving substantial planning time while improving overall delivery speed and throughput.

The platform is easy to use and are aligned with our exceptions and ticket's are being resolved on priority basis.
