What do you like best about the product?
LogiNext Mile has significantly improved our last-mile delivery operations, particularly when it comes to route planning and delivery optimization. The platform’s intelligent routing helps cut delivery times and fuel costs by factoring in real-time traffic, vehicle capacity, and delivery time windows. With real-time fleet visibility and dynamic rerouting, our on-time delivery performance has improved, and we’ve seen fewer customer queries about ETAs. Automated dispatch and capacity allocation also save a considerable amount of manual effort, while the ePOD functionality provides accurate proof of delivery and supports faster reconciliation. Overall, it has proven to be a reliable and efficient solution for managing last-mile logistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
While LogiNext Mile is a powerful platform, there are a few challenges worth noting. The system relies heavily on stable internet connectivity, which can limit real-time tracking and route optimization in remote or low-coverage areas. Customization and ERP integrations may also take considerable time, which can delay time-to-value for organizations with more complex requirements. In addition, the advanced features come with a steep learning curve and often require dedicated training, which may be difficult for smaller teams to accommodate. Although third-party integrations are promoted as straightforward, real-world implementations can still run into API limitations and data synchronization issues. Customer notifications and ETA updates may also be delayed in poor network zones, and onboarding or customization support can be slower than expected, with more complex implementations taking a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing LogiNext Mile, we struggled with poor delivery visibility, inaccurate ETAs, and high customer dissatisfaction because real-time updates were limited. The platform helped resolve these issues with more accurate ETA predictions and real-time customer notifications, which significantly reduced customer inquiries and delivery refusals. We also lacked data-driven insights for resource planning and forecasting, making it difficult to plan fleet capacity and investments with confidence. LogiNext Mile’s analytics and predictive insights supported better decision-making around fleet size, hiring, and equipment utilization. In addition, manual dispatch was a major bottleneck that consumed a lot of time and led to operational delays. The automated capacity allocation feature streamlined order-to-driver matching, saving substantial planning time while improving overall delivery speed and throughput.

Great Integration and Usability, But Needs Better Auto-Allocation and Support

What do you like best about the product?
The app is fantastic—very easy to use and ideal for managing our internal orders. It also offers an API for integration with other tools. We connected it to our own app, Logilinker, using the Loginext API, which allows us to send order details from our Shopify store directly to Loginext.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we send orders to Loginext, the system does not always automatically allocate them to the nearest driver as expected. Additionally, Loginext only offers email support, which causes delays in communication. also facing some issue with payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are managing more than 100 orders per day and we are delivering the order within 1hr. so managing the drivers and root is easy with the app.
