User-Friendly and Cost-Efficient Routing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The UX and UI are very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. It's also a very good and cost-efficient solution for routing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat challenging to tailor the software to specific requirements, especially when dealing with unique customer processes that are common in Latam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables quick expansion into new regions for last mile parcel delivery.
Outstanding versatility, but slow on devices with limited resources
What do you like best about the product?
I highlight the versatility of being able to have all the functions of a complete website within a mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that the performance is slow on devices with less memory or resources. This can affect the user experience, especially on older or lower-end equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system contributes to order in business processes, as it somehow forces following a structured format for workflows. However, it proves to be rigid when human errors occur, as it does not allow much flexibility in those cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool, very wide and has lots of functionalities. It is far away from the previous tool that we have been using, we´re still exploring all the modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues with the translation of labels but it has been solved by the technical team. These labels were not accordingly to the context of the text and that´s why I report them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I´m still solving problems related to the overall flow of transactions, autoassignation model and different profiles for different branches so I can get the best usage of the tool.

Trip assigning ( Reassigning, Modify Rider Mapping, Notification) & Now we can download data easily in Excell format
