The process, because it is so complex, can be challenging to understand and comprehend sometimes.

Real time tracking has to be their top notch feature, along with the bird's eye view.

We wanted to find out various Options for Transporting Parcels from Multiple Locations, And We got good Suggestions from Loginext. Somebody addressed very Promptly and Efficiently.

Reliability and userfriendly feature is what I like the best about the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product lags and freezes a bit in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating business orders, suppliers orders, and planning out the route altogether are the main problems we are solving for our business with LogiNext Mile.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is more reliable, and much more configurable. We can configure almost everything to our use case. Route optimization, tracking and visibility, automatic order allocation, and much more – it’s like a complete package.
What do you dislike about the product?
I, personally, feel that UI can be improved.

Managing multiple orders manually was a big task for some of us. After integrating LogiNext Mile, it has helped us improve our efficiency by automating many such things like assignment of orders, route planning, tracking, which have led to cost and time reduction.

What do you like best about the product?
Most important thing that I look for in any product is reliability and scalability, Mile does the job and has proven to be a very reliable product in multiple use cases. We have integrated with multiple partners, bundled it with IBM sterling, SAP etc and the product works perfectly fine. The delivery route optimization, capacity planning and live tracking capabilities have been impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a scope of improvement with customization and integration. Currently the system can be integrated with multiple partners. Since we provide services to our pharma clients, there are many legacy systems that the product needs to communicate with, until now we have not faced much issues however, depending on the businesses product fitment and requirement will keep changing. Hence, more integration is something that needs to be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have bundled the product with our solutions and have integrated with a few clients. The major problems that Mile solved were- distribution & delivery planning, route and trip planning and increased on-time deliveries. The benefits observed on a course of 3 months were maximum resource utilization which improved by 15% and fuel costs were saved upto 10%.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend Loginext Mile for effectively managing logistics and distribution. Especially for its route planning, live tracking and analytics capabilities.
