Rate my experience with Teramind

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Teramind in our operation for a few years and recently we were configuring it for our planning for this year and it wouldn't be done without Gabriel Figueiredo's assistance, he's very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and by far his intervention it's been key for our plans to work in the company. Thank you for the assistance, we definitely recommend Teramind for monitoring and security as we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some agents cannot be heard because their computer is silent, we'd like that to be fixed because we've contacted tech support and the issue was partially fixed but not resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'bve been able to monitor almost all of our agents and we can get the reports planned as expected, in the past we couldn't but now it's something we are taking advantage of.
