What do you like best about the product?

Arctic Wolf is more than just a great set of cybersecurity services, they're a member of our team. A member that is always working on improving itself and never sleeps. Their concierge team helps keep your cybersecurity program on track while giving you the peace of mind that they always have your back.

What do you dislike about the product?

Our experience with the Arctic Wolf Team keeps improving so I'm purely nitpicking here but they could do a better job of calling my team out on tasks in our court that we fail to accomplish in a timely manner. They consistently remind us, but don't be afraid to push a little more. We can take it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our business grows and the digital landscape changes with an increase in cyber security compliance, we found ourselves lacking in a few areas. Our biggest gap being threat detection, especially outside of standard business hours. We had many tools and solutions in place but not a proper XDR/SIEM and team to run it. Arctic Wolf came in, took over and gave us an enterprise SoC at a cost that we could not internally beat. And since then, has become a vital member of our technical team. Providing insights and assurance that go well beyond our initial goals at the time.
