What do you like best about the product?
Artic Wolf has been a great asset in making us aware of office 365 accounts that it has logged in from a country that is not normally logged in from. With this information we can determine if the user is just traveling or if there is a security breach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert fatigue can be a pain point with Artic Wolf and the number of notifications that are sent out. Mexico is a destination that is visited a lot, and we have received a lot of alerts for such. Artic Wolf’s customer service is great and has shown us ways so reduce the number of alerts we receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Artic wolf allows us to take a more hands off approch to security and only alerting us to information that is threatening and weeding out all of the other fluff.
