What do you like best about the product?
The rapid response times on potential security risks are essential in the day to day operations and security of our IT Systems here at our organization. The responses on open tickets are quick and potential security risks are managed quickly and easily via email or the Arctic Wolf portals. Implementing Arctic Wolf into the systems at our organization has been seamless and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a high number of false positives that are identified using Arctic Wolf, so there can be quite a few tickets that are generated. However, we would rather have too many notifications, than not enough of them when potential risks are identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf is highlighting potential security risks from logins and failed logins on and off the internal network for our organization. DUO login alerts along with account lockouts are identified and the internal IT Team is identified, in the moment, as to when risks are found.
