What do you like best about the product?

I work with Celayix as a consultant and have seen the product implemented for dozens of businesses and always makes a big impact. The thing users like the most are:
- It's an all-in-one workforce management software with all the features you'd need in one place
- It's super easy to use.
- It's easy to set up and support will pretty much do it for you.
- It's very customizable. They've got trial variations designed for different industries and the software has dozens of integrations with pretty much all major business tools.

What do you dislike about the product?

The all-in-one solution may be overkill for businesses with less than 25 employees. There's probably less sophisticated options that make more sense for them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celayix has helped us significantly reduce the time we spend on scheduling and has saved us a lot of money on payroll errors, especially errors related to non-billable overtime.
