The platform can also generate a large number of alerts, which sometimes require manual investigation and tuning to reduce noise. My main concern with this product is its cost. Additionally, it tends to use a significant amount of system resources, and its features are quite limited when used offline.

Console can be difficult at time to traverse on multiple aspects.

Mainly complete security on the cloud, specifically Kubernetes workloads. SIEM Integration for advanced visibility is good as well

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good platform, which, when integrated with your EDR and SIEM solution, delivers not only technical value but also helps with operational efficiency and meeting business objectives.

The same, they do not provide partners with price lists and to sell new functionalities or products, the prerequisites to be considered are not clear (a lot of complexity), I think it is because they are new alliances or acquisitions.

Reliable protection with future user interface improvements

What needs improvement?
I think the UI could be improved, but the technical support said CrowdStrike will improve the UI in the near future. But right now, it’s so messy.

We have been using it maybe since last year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It's stable, and we already forgot—it just installed and forgot.
How are customer service and support?
Technical support is quite good. We can just WhatsApp the technical easily.

This is our first time using CrowdStrike.
How was the initial setup?
It's easy to implement the product and we are already up and running in five minutes.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is still manageable. I think it's about five or six thousand per year. No additional cost for maintenance or support; it's all included in the quotation.
What other advice do I have?
I don’t know if I need to recommend it. I think the overall solution should be rated a ten out of ten.

CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security is a complete solution for security. It has very interactive dashboard displaying all the required information. It is easy to use and implement. The investigation feature is very useful and provided granular details of the incident. It is also very easy to integrate with other utilities. The customer support is always available with proper resulution and support.and we are frequently using crowd strike in our organaization.
