What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment in less time across perimeter.

Console can be difficult at time to traverse on multiple aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly complete security on the cloud, specifically Kubernetes workloads. SIEM Integration for advanced visibility is good as well

Provides tools to customers that allow them to detect events well in advance of an incident being detected.

The price lists are not clear as to the scope of each item. is only for a few clouds

I think the UI could be improved, but the technical support said CrowdStrike will improve the UI in the near future. But right now, it’s so messy.

We have been using it maybe since last year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It's stable, and we already forgot—it just installed and forgot.
How are customer service and support?
Technical support is quite good. We can just WhatsApp the technical easily.

This is our first time using CrowdStrike.
How was the initial setup?
It's easy to implement the product and we are already up and running in five minutes.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is still manageable. I think it's about five or six thousand per year. No additional cost for maintenance or support; it's all included in the quotation.
What other advice do I have?
I don’t know if I need to recommend it. I think the overall solution should be rated a ten out of ten.

CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security is a complete solution for security. It has very interactive dashboard displaying all the required information. It is easy to use and implement. The investigation feature is very useful and provided granular details of the incident. It is also very easy to integrate with other utilities. The customer support is always available with proper resulution and support.and we are frequently using crowd strike in our organaization.

It's ability to identify threats on proactive basis, having MITRE tactics integrated makes it more capable

Sometimes it creates false positives because of lack of information of client with CS team

What do you like best about the product?
Crowdstrike Falcon Cloud Security is one the best SIEM tool with ease of installation and use. There are multiple features and it is easy to integrate with other tools. We have been using it from past 1 year and are fully satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue faced is of time-zone setup, the logs are generated in UTC and the nwe have to convert it to the requried time-zone/

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Falcon as XDR, it is one of the best tool to investigate hosts, IP and User all at one place, you can identify the process ran by user and also any command thereof.
Easy to operate, enable us to identify whether the triggered incident is a true positive or false positive.

What do you dislike about the product?
It runs on UTC, so whenever u need to find out what was happening on the particular machine, you have to set the time according to you home zone and UTC zone difference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves most critical cases like Attack IQ, Bad scripts, unknown process, it has features like Scan on demand which enables us to scan hosts for any malware.
Effective EDR for Large Infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
Really Like The CSPM Feature of Crwodstrike, with this i can easilly see all teh reasourec interconnect to each other on a single screen . This is very usefull in SOC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i find difficulties while dowloading the host timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In SOC generally, it is very difficult to have visibilty in cloud environment for example if i need to see all the resourecs that are conncet to compromised EC2 , this will be very usefull during any incident.
