Excellent payment management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of managing payments, control over spend, excellent support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Clearly communicating with the team on the way to operate (especially the bookkeeping team..)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credit card payments control, recording into the relevant accounts in the accounting system
The only solution that serves both the finance department and all other departments in the company
What do you like best about the product?
I like the solution's efficiency: it allows the finance team to understand the owner and nature of each expense.
In addition, PayEm offers control: over the approved budget, real-time spend, the ability to block a charge in case of deviation from the budget on the spot (and not in retrospect), prevents cases of card breaches and unfamiliar charges, and allows users to attach the invoice/receipt themselves.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not every business works with an American credit card - but PayEm is working to change this.
Also, the user experience can be improved, with slight changes that will make a big difference.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now, with PayEm if an employee leaves and forgets to close an account/subscription that charges every month, we can simply cancel that card, and the charges cease. Or, if a supplier attempts to charge more than we know is necessary, they're unable due to the settings we have defined for the card. There are no more credit card charges that we do not know who is responsible for. PayEm's SaaS and vendor management solution has truly made us more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PayEm offers a convenient and efficient way for all company employees to request funds while ensuring the finance team still has control. You can create custom approval to streamline your process. Our employees feel it's so much easier to work with the finance department. We hear the feedback that employees feel there's finally a convenient and efficient way to request funds. Amazingly, there is a tool that makes everyone happy, from the employees to the finance/accounting department for the first time.
Since PayEm - all the handling of credit cards in the company is no longer one of the tasks that bother me as an accountant :)

Easy to use. great CS team. provides simple solutions to processes.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us with the reconciliation process. We get all the receipts right away with all the accounting and transaction information. It's easier to control the expenses process, and the integration to Netsuite makes it even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything yet....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the expenses to employees such as T&A expenses. For that, we use the fund request process which gives us more control over the employees expenses. All the P2P process is automatic, more defined with integration to Netsuite which saves us a lot of time.

Great product!
The product gives the financial team a great tool to work with. We get full clearity and control for all the expenses in the company.
We have a full clarety for all the purchases, in addition to that, we get a confirmation email for every transaction.
We have a real time control for the limit of every card and we can increase or reduce the card limit on every single moment.

Nothing so far, and hope not to find. The tool is making exactly what we need it for.

Before PayEm, we had a credit card with a lot of charges.
It was challenging for us to follow all the expenses.
Since we started to work with PayEm, we have assigned a credit card to employees that should carry a credit card, and now it's very easy to follow the expense

We finally have control over our credit card expenses. PayEm always works with me to resolve the issues. It's a great vendor management Saas tool that brings efficiency and productivity.

For now, I can't see any downsides, the product is doing exactly what you would expect it to do.

We have complete control and visibility of our expenses; before and while spending.

In the past, if a problem arose, we didn’t know who the procurement owner was. At present, due to the approval mechanism flow, this problem is solved.

As a manager, PayEm really helped me get visibility and control over all our spending. I recommend this tool strongly.

Looking forward to the system to be implemented also for the employee's cards- it takes some time!

Issuing virtual cards is extremely easy, and solves a lot of the trouble around credit cards within the organization.
The system is secure, and allows you to set controls over spend amounts/Vendors.
Vendor management is super useful and allows control, all with full ERP integration.

PayEm - Making Expense Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PayEm is how easy it is for employees to request and receive funds for their on-going purchases and expenses of all kinds and how easy it is for them to upload receipts, either by taking a picture of a physical receipt and uploading via the app, desktop platform, or replying to an email reminder.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we do not see any downside in using PayEm.

PayEm has made it easy to track and manage our company’s credit card spend and saves us loads of time since we no longer have to chase receipts. PayEm has automated processes for the finance team so we are no longer stuck doing manual work- which saves hours and hours of work.

PayEm makes it easy to issue physical and virtual cards to pay for any corporate expense. It's simple to track each transaction, so you can stay on budget

This platform saves precious time and eliminates the need to reconcile credit card statements. You no longer need expense reports or to chase down receipts
