What do you like best about the product?
My calls get automatically recorded and notes are pretty accurate most times. I even have calls in spanish with my Latam customers and it picks up the content quite well.
We have it integrated with our CSP so key notes, action items, attendees, etc get automatically logged for me saving me hours of time per week.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having an option to automatically email a summary or action points (with a preview and approval of course) to my customer, instead of copy pasting it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Summaries & secretly joining my team's conversations for real time coaching and helping out without having to officially join their calls, this is super useful
