It does its job, it's super helpful to have the recording of a call, and being able to easily share and manage the recording
The new AI assistant is great. The Summary, Action Items, and Key Points take relevant data and save time by not having to watch the entire recording to find something

The transcript could be better; it sometimes doesn't identify properly who's talking, and invents words out of nowhere. I have tried to use this transcript option a few times, and it just doesn't work well

It records the calls I have with clients. The main problem it solves is saving time by having the intelligence tools for every call, so you don't have to rewatch the meeting when you need something
