Great for Marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to:
- Listen to customer calls
- Send call snippets in Slack
- Leave comments/feedback on Sales calls
- Search for call recordings using all the different filter options (by client, by team, by call length, by topic, etc.)
As a marketer, Jiminny gives me easy access to the customer voice. As a result, I get to understand why prospects buy/don't buy our solution, and use this to shape our positioning & messaging.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one itty-bitty thing I don't love is that you can't appear to filter topics by speaker (e.g. a lot of our 'wow moments' are generated by our salespeople using words like 'love' and 'amazing' but what I'd really like to filter on is 'wow moments' expressed exclusively by prospects/customers). Being able to filter topics by speaker would be a game-changer for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me firsthand insights into our customer's challenges, frustrations, desires, wish lists and pain points - which is GOLD DUST for marketers!
