Game-Changer for Global Payroll

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Papaya for both payroll (in different countries) and contractor payments (all over the world), and moving to their platform has been one of our best decisions. Payroll is smoother, faster, and more transparent. Papaya’s global reach has given us confidence to scale into new regions without worrying about payroll delays. Their support team is also fantastic, responsive, hands-on, and always proactive when we need help.

Another huge benefit is that each payroll project has in-country experts making sure we stay compliant with local regulations. That takes a big concern off my plate and gives me peace of mind that everything is handled correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve had a few minor issues during new project implementations, such as invoices being sent with errors, which meant we had to double-check them carefully. That was easily fixed and hasn’t been a recurring problem.
There’s also a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, simply because the platform has many features, but once you get used to it, it really pays off.
Sometimes responses from support can take up to a day, which feels long when payroll deadlines are tight, though that’s understandable given the time zones we work across, and they always follow through to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Papaya has solved the challenge of running payroll and payments across multiple countries in a consistent, transparent way. Before, payroll involved long manual processes, unpredictable payment timelines, and extra costs on bank transfers. Now everything is centralized: I can run payroll and contractor payments, track every step, and know exactly when and how people are being paid.

It also takes away the worry about compliance. Each payroll project has in-country experts ensuring we meet local regulations, which saves me a lot of time and stress.

What do you like best about the product?
System integration is very helpful and makes the process much easier and more efficient. Papaya platform is very user-friendly, especially for accessing all our payroll inputs , outputs and workers' documents. It's also incredibly helpful for obtaining our monthly invoices and detailed cost breakdowns directly through the platform. Having everything in one place has been a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've noticed that response times can sometimes be very slow when we require clarifications on employee questions or payroll operations. Prompt responses are crucial for us to address queries efficiently. In addition, We have to remind Papaya to get monthly reports for a couple of countries every month.
Hope that the payroll summary and bank files be provided in a timely manner, as per our agreed-upon timeline.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope we can get efficient responses to our questions regarding payroll processing. Ideally, a response within two working days would be greatly appreciated.

What do you like best about the product?
We operate in over 40 countries and made the decision to switch to Papaya as our global payroll provider. The experience has been excellent. Papaya not only gives us real-time access to global payroll data, but it has also significantly improved our internal controls and processes. The platform is user-friendly, and payroll processing is quick and efficient. It also allows us to streamline our approval workflows across payroll preparers, management, and HR. Overall, it’s a powerful and reliable solution for managing a global workforce. Highly recommended.

As with any bank transaction, some don't go through from the 1st attempt, but Papaya Support is always there to help with investigations.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Papaya account manager has consistently been proactive and responsive to our needs. The management team has also been highly supportive and always willing to assist, which we truly appreciate. While we’re still in the implementation phase, we’re already impressed by the reporting capabilities of the Papaya Global platform. The potential for streamlined data insights looks promising, and we’re eager to see the full range of tools in action once we’re fully up and running. What do you like best about the product?
Papaya has greatly enhanced the efficiency of our Payroll operations and the management of independent contractors. The platform is not only highly comprehensive but also intuitive, making it easy to integrate into our processes. Additionally, it seamlessly connects with our HRIS platform, BambooHR, further streamlining and simplifying the entire workflow.

While the platform offers a robust set of features, the sheer variety of tools and options may feel a bit overwhelming at first for new users. However, once familiar with its capabilities, the platform becomes a powerful asset that greatly simplifies operations.

Similarly, there can be a slight learning curve when onboarding new administrators or users. Given the range of features available, it may take some time to explore and fully harness the platform’s potential. That said, Papaya offers excellent support and resources, which make the transition smoother and ensure users quickly become comfortable with the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Papaya Global offers features with the latest technology that make payroll processing a lot easier than it has ever been.

Papaya Global enables us to hire people from any part of the world by taking care of the local legal requirements and by processing payroll as well. This lets the business be location-agnostic. With the technology that the platform of Papaya Global offers, it becomes so easy to administer.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Papaya is they have a Payroll experts in resolving issues very quickly. The immense knowledge on Payroll is lovely.
Aside to this, What i like the most is the onboarding of new hires who can quickly login to Papaya to complete the onboarding process very quickly. Kudos to entire team of Papaya and keep going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any dislike with Papaya, i am sure the team is doing pretty well in resloving issues very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The response and the changes to our requirement is pretty good. I must say it's a stellar service. This will make our job easy.
