Great file sharing work center
What do you like best about the product?
I can see client activity. I get notifications and can send automatic notifications to my team regarding work to complete. file storage space is appropriately sized for my size business.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool is cost prohibitive for my size/type of business. the solution itself appears to be very solid. no issues with the operation or intuitiveness of the product. no clients have offered any complaints. however, I and some of my peers share the same client base and also use exavault in our practice. clients do get "sent" to the wrong "inbox" often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
secure file sharing that allows for more personal service than a dropbox or similar tool. clients are sharing personal information regarding their clients. security is a key measurable for them. ease of operation and personal service is key for me. exavault does both.
