What do you like best about the product?
I don't like it but many corporate customers still use it (I guess the name became somewhat of a household name in the offices), thus, we are forced to keep going.
Most parts of the admin dashboard are easy to understand, however, they keep adding extra features and all those AI-connected things that make no sense, bring zero value and often are quite irritating.

What do you dislike about the product?
Discrimination through pricing/tiers is quite nasty. A few years ago it was not like this, things are getting worse with every month. As of now, the situation is as follows (I know this because we have several different products on different tiers due to difference needs):
1) on a free plan you are NOTHING. The vendor can't even reply to reviews! Which is totally absurd and is such a cheap look, shame on you!
2) with a basic paid plan, you can do some. But you are always tied to their Support, and that Support replies like once in five days, often longer.
3) once you agree to upgrade, you are a king, with a dedicated manager and all the features. All your customers get gift cards, all changes are updated instantly. Especially if you pay extra for ads, your rating is instantly higher. What a miracle!

Getting feedback from customers mostly, both positive and negative.
